As always a 4 points doesn't disappoint, the staff was great but not amazing. The restaurant and bar are clearly understaffed we waited 45 min for a quick meal. But in the end it's a good hotel with all the basic things you would expect. Amazing roof top with a pool

This hotel is great for an extended stay in Dubai, good location, some of the rooms have balconies so your not trapped in air conditioning and Shane and his team make sure there is always a varied and large selection of middle eastern, western, european and Indian food for breakfast every day.

My favorite business hotel in Dubai: central location on Sheikh Zayed Road, great staff namely the food and beverage staff headed by Chef Shane. End your day with a drink and a great view at the lounge on the 43rd floor! Clean, convenient, complementary internet and a location practically close to everything.

We stayed here between 20th May and 27th , The service is incredible and the rooms are very clean and spacious, the roof top pool is a nice addition too . If you fancy a drink on the sky lounge level 43 go for the CO 55 cocktail it was the first drink I had and could not bring myself to buy another drink but this one absolutely delicious ??? , the staff are genuinely very nice people and very caring from the cleaners to the chefs , when we visit again next year it will definitely be here!!

I have stayed in the property for a few days and was happily surprised. A four points is actually a select service hotel brand but not this one. Everything you need for a good price with a perfect location. One of the highlights is the lounge on the 43th floor. You come up there and have an amazing view of Dubai. Enjoy a cocktail with a view of Dubai. On the other side of the 43th floor is a nice pool. A nice calm place in the middle of the city. I will definitely come back.

We were here in May for the Beauty show and we couldn't have chosen any better. The location is great for those attending shows at the Convention Centre, as it is just two stops on the metro line or under 10 minutes by car. Although we arrived late at night, the staff were very kind and checked us in very quickly. The reception staff were very efficient and quick in sorting us out. The stewards were also great and whisked our luggage to the room before we even hit the reception desk. The room! O... Read more

There was one issue the hotel didn't have any rooms after 3pm. I arrive in Dubai at 9am from London and I requested in booking for an early checking. Furthermore, I was not informed the rooms will not be available until after 3pm. I was not provided with an options or suggestions. We eventually worked through having a shower on 42 floor Gymnasium and showers and leaving my bags with the porters until a room became available or until my return from a meeting.

Stayed here just for 2 days. Fast check in. Good service. Breakfast buffet is very good too. Spacious rooms. Excellent location. Sometimes taking the exit from the highway you can get cought a lot of traffic. They offer happy hour with free alcohol at the z lounge!!! The sky bar is pleased to chill out when the weather is good. I recommend this hotel.

I spent two nights in this hotel for business.p and I have mixed feelings on this experience. On the positive side, the room was clean, spacious (I have been upgraded without asking anything), the view from the 43rd floor was amazing and the personnel at the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, for such a big hotel, it seems inappropriate to have only 4 lifts... Hence, we needed to wait for 5 mins min. to go up and down, not ideal when you are in a hurry. Also, the break... ? Rooms were really good at the time of stay ? Breakfast was awesome, the Chefs were very passionate about cooking food that was not on the buffet on request. ? Separate Restaurant on site offering variety of dishes ? Close to Metro Station which connects to almost all major places including Dubai Mall, Old/New Dubai, Mena Bazzar, and connection to The Atlantis the Palm via another Metro Link

Decent hotels with good location. Rooms ok, great breakfast, good roof top bar, and good gymn - service, however, fairly average and non-attentive. All in all ok hotel, but service can be improved. Stayed there 4 years ago, and experience was better then

So firstly the hotel was impeccable, friendly staff with 5* facilities. They even opened the Rooftop cocktail bar that was due to be closed throughout Ramadan. We booked the desert safari through the hotel and would also rate the experience 5* from cost to the quality of the experience. I also rented a car from the desk in the reception that was so easy and efficient, really took the stress away from arranging hire, pickup and drop off. Lastly I will comment on Dubai through Ramadan. I think tha... Read more

First visit to dubai for business purpose, this place was perfectly located in centre of 2 metro stations. Staff was very warm and welcoming, we were upgraded to suites, thanks to Mahajabeen. Only change would suggest would be to add more variety to breakfast. For vegetarian only one dish was there for breakfast, wish they could add one more vegetarian meal

I've stayed here a couple of times on business (I wouldn't recommend for a family holiday as it's not near a beach): - short walk to the metro - short walk to DIFC - rooms are clean and well equipped; room size is good - free wifi in rooms - there is a Z Lounge (premium is payable) which has happy hour for free drinks, etc. - breakfast is good - overall service is good - there's a great rooftop bar with nice views over the city - there is a small swimming pool on the roof as well

I love this hotel. It's only 20 mins from the airport and 5 mins to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. There's a Nandos, KFC, Starbucks and Tim Hotons right next to the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel offers good Morrocan restaurant as well. There's also a rooftop swimming pool and the view is stunning. I like the location because it's very convenient to amenities. One thing I find a bit different is that there was no socket in the bathroom for hairdryer which was a bit weird bit other t... Read more

I went along with a friend to try the iftar there and it was a great choice which did not disappoint us at all. The food was really tasty and very authentic, the buffet spread was very nice and meets different tastes, chefs and service team are very helpful and extremely accommodating and the price is very reasonable. can be considered one of the best iftars I tried... Our family recently stayed at the Four Points Sheikh Zayed while on vacation in Dubai. We had an amazing time and were very impressed with the hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that had a breathtaking view of the Dubai skyline as well as the Burj Khalifa. The apartment had floor to ceiling windows and was very nicely decorated. There was a wrap-around balcony that made the view even more spectacular at night to see the city lights. The Four Points is in a very good location that i... Read more

The Four Points by Sheraton was great. I called ahead to confirm a booking that was being made by a third party. The lady in charge of group bookings was very helpful. Although the final arrangement were not complete (for 13 rooms) the lady encouraged us to come to the hotel and use the amenities while we waited for our confirmations. We were there during the last days of Ramadan so there were restrictions on when the restaurants were opened. The English style pup was great. The food was excell... Read more

If you coming for business in Dubai this is the hotel for you. They have small roof top pool , well equipped business center . When you request something you will receive a follow up call to check if you got what you need, A lot of phone calls tho - but that means service. SPG member discount can make the most out of th... I stayed at this hotel from 10th to 15th july 2016.It was a great hotel with a beautifiul view of skyline. The best part of the hotel was the chef Mr.Sree kumar as he prepared mouth watering vegetarian dishes for my family everyday for the breakfast throughout the stay.Being a pure vegetarian i was not expecting such a great taste away from home but the chef's hospitality did not let me feel like that way.

I often stay in various hotels with suites and 1 or two bedroom apartments in Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, this time have decided to stay in the this hotel since I am also a longtime member of the SPG club. On arrival there was not much recognition of being a SPG member nor separate check in like in IHG and other chains, had to pay full for the suite and the price is the same as the 1 bedroom in the Crowne Plaza which is higher class, the room, living room and kitchen were ok although need to men...
