I picked the hotel for its location--close to the red and green line metro stations. It has some points of interest within walking distance with grocery stores and banks nearby. I had a nice quiet room overlooking the pool. Wifi was great and a plus having an in room safe. I only ate in the bar, Viceroy Pub, and the food was fine. Mr Josef, literally shunted me out of the hotel on 11th May, citing surge pricing of AED 650. Was he even thinking straight !! All 5 * hotels in Deira were selling at AED 400 - 550 that time. Greedy !!! I was staying for 5 days and had a confirmed booked for 2. The hotel was apparently sold out on 11th and the reception assured that they will try to accommodate. I didn't hear anything from them on the 11th morning and assumed the stay had been extended. The manager, Josef calls me at 2 PM, in t... Read more

We had the most comfortable beds you could ask for and a choice of different pillows. We had two double beds in our room and there was still lots of room. The staff are an asset to the Hotel from the cleaner to the General everyone was courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Thank you all see you next visit.

It offers breakfast for 70D. Just for reference Atlantis is for 155D and you can buy milk, bread and butter for 10D which will last for 3 days. Room size was ok with a bed, 3 seat sofa, two tables and a separate chair. No view at all. Bathroom is not huge but has a bath tub. Room service was prompt but requests like to change the room after couple of nights in a 5 night stay were curtly denied. Swimming pool is tiny but maintained. Sane for gym. We arrived at the hotel around 8.00am after an 14 hour flight from Australia. We were greeted by a very friendly reception girl who proceeded to see if there was any room available at that time. We were very grateful she found us a room and also organised to swap our last breakfast day for that morning as we would have been unable to get breakfast on the last morning due to an early flight. I stayed for a week solo at the Four Pounts by Sheraton Bur Dubai. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the recognize SPG status, for example I was upgraded to one of the executive floors due to my gold status. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai mainly for its location and friendly service. The hotel is located quite close to the Burjuman metro station that is only one of two stations in entire Dubai that caters to both the red and green lines. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Wi-Fi speed is quite decent. Meena Bazar is just 10 minutes away by walk. The location is very much suitable for Indians. A good hotel conveniently located in "Bank Street". I arrived at half nine in the morning and my room was ready, even though the official check-in time is 2pm. There's an Arabian Adventures tour desk in the lobby and the restaurant does a reasonably priced Indian lunch buffet. Stayed here for two nights on business. My first impressions were good with friendly and professional front desk staff and a nice lobby area. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was very spacious with comfortable bed, seating area and modern bathroom. Room also had good facilities including safe, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. The location of the hotel is good, with two metro stops a few minutes walk away; it is located in the lively older area of Dubai but is not on the most attra... Read more

Not good for spg image. Smelly rooms,corridors,linen,towels... stains on curtains and carpets. Bring your own slipper, shaver, dental kit,...they provide nothing . Old towels . No supervision or proper management for facility. All special requests not honored. Very expensive for service offered. No difference between executive rooms or normal rooms. Spg membership means nothing to them . One of my worst experiences in dubai. Good luck .

Four Points Sheraton Bur Dubai. I love this place, having stayed here on and off for the last year for work, sometimes for up to 2.5 consecutive months. In the months when Dubai gets sizzling hot, this place not just provides a peaceful refuge but really shines with it's extra helpful and corteous staff who always go out of their way to help whenever required. I must mention the FPS Bur Dubai management here especially Nedyalka and Sanjeev who were both always extremely welcoming, and over time ... Read more

Stayed for 5 nights recently. Firstly given its location and its proximity to both the metro lines (Burjuman and Al Fahidi stations) this hotel is ideally suited for a leisure traveler. The hotel staff (Abilash,Dinesh and Joseph) were quite courteous and the rooms are pretty good. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Indian food served at the Antique Restaurant is very delicious and the breakfast buffet spread is sumptuous. Amit and Surabhi at the Coffee Shop are quite caring. Overall a ... Read more

Beautiful hotel and professional staff. It was first time to Dubai and was vacation with friends. Hotel was located at a very good spot with access all the luxury items. The bar is very decent with staff to recommend the best options according to your liking. Rooms are big / spacious with no compromise on the comfort. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

I only stayed at this hotel for a night. I was in Dubai for business. I arrived very early in the morning, well before the usual afternoon check in time. Service was exceptional. I was served an orange juice whilst I waited and the manager promised to try and organise for a room to be made available ASAP so I didn't have to wait so long in the lobby. A wifi password was provided so I could do some work while I waited and a pass to the spa with showers was offered if I wanted somewhere to freshen... Read more

First of all the location is fantastic, 5 mins walk from Al Fahidi, and a 10 minute walk from Burjuman Metro Stns. Right in the centre of Bur Dubai. It was Divali when I last stayed here, and the surrounding area was full of lights and fireworks. Check in was very quick as I'm a member of the SPG scheme, the room is a good size for Bur Dubai, and is very comfortable. The wifi provided is very good throughout the hotel. ANd real coat hangers too, not the ones that you have to uncouple to use...!!... Read more

My teens and I enjoyed our five day stay here. The concierge was great, cabs and car service readily available with no waiting, breakfast buffet was superb! Great flavor and a variety of eastern and western choices. Lovely rooms, care-takers are very helpful! Just everything was grand! Excellent location- just minutes away from the airport and malls/shops! I plan on returning here! Thanks all at the Four Points!

It is not worth the EXTRA 170 a night we paid to stay here. We were at a holiday inn express in Internet city and the service and breakfast were far superior. We moved here for what we thought would be the added luxury and comfort and it was not worth the extra nightly fee! That's a whole 340$ above the price of holiday inn that was a waste! Save your money because this place is NOT worth it.

The room was good and clean and it was made up every day very nicely. we stayed here for five nights and the experience was very good. The manager and hotel staff was very friendly and helping. location is good as you have departmental stores and local market nearby. Its just that they should have options in breakfast as we stayed for five days and we had same options in non veg every day.
