I picked the hotel for its location--close to the red and green line metro stations. It has some points of interest within walking distance with grocery stores and banks nearby. I had a nice quiet room overlooking the pool. Wifi was great and a plus having an in room safe. I only ate in the bar, Viceroy Pub, and the food was fine. Starwoods members get a 20% discount on food with their card. The pup is not smoke free. The quality of a Sheraton is there and no surprises. My second 3 nigh... Read more

Mr Josef, literally shunted me out of the hotel on 11th May, citing surge pricing of AED 650. Was he even thinking straight !! All 5 * hotels in Deira were selling at AED 400 - 550 that time. Greedy !!! I was staying for 5 days and had a confirmed booked for 2. The hotel was apparently sold out on 11th and the reception assured that they will try to accommodate. I didn't hear anything from them on the 11th morning and assumed the stay had been extended. The manager, Josef calls me at 2 PM, in t... Read more

We stayed here for 2 1/2 nights and from check in to check out it exceeded our expectations. The night we checked in all we wanted was to sleep. We had the most comfortable beds you could ask for and a choice of different pillows. We had two double beds in our room and there was still lots of room. The staff are an asset to the Hotel from the cleaner to the General everyone was courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Thank you all see you next visit.

It offers breakfast for 70D. Just for reference Atlantis is for 155D and you can buy milk, bread and butter for 10D which will last for 3 days. Room size was ok with a bed, 3 seat sofa, two tables and a separate chair. No view at all. Bathroom is not huge but has a bath tub. Room service was prompt but requests like to change the room after couple of nights in a 5 night stay were curtly denied. Swimming pool is tiny but maintained. Sane for gym. Mini bar rates are prohibitive with a pint of Hein... Read more

I booked here for 4 nights after reading reviews as to its proximity n cleanliness. Hmm..my room smells like moldy urine and they sprayed freshener on top. Not so nice. I also booked online through a travel consolidator which stated the booking includes breakfast, but upon arrival at breakfast was charged 80 Diram/20usd a day...Not happy. Breakfast was very ordinary and they couldn't seem to make a decent cup of coffee. ;( Gym is small but clean n pool is tiny but clean. It is a great locati... Read more

Except location don't fall for this hotel. It's good for Indian guys only because it close to Meena Bazar. We stayed in two rooms with families for 6 nights. One of the worst hotel ever I have stayed in the world. Rude staff, below standard food, loud music playing in middle of night from Antique Bazar restaurant. Over crowded breakfast space. Dilapidated lift and toilets. Noise making ACs and top it all of you request something it takes ages and hotel staff seems to think they doing a favour t... Read more

We arrived at the hotel around 8.00am after an 14 hour flight from Australia. We were greeted by a very friendly reception girl who proceeded to see if there was any room available at that time. We were very grateful she found us a room and also organised to swap our last breakfast day for that morning as we would have been unable to get breakfast on the last morning due to an early flight. The room we had was quite small for a four star hotel, but we weren't complaining as a bed at that time wa... Read more

Loved the vegetarian spread here! From the salads, juices, bread station and live chole Kulche station (which I have never seen before in Dubai) everything was delicious! They had the most scrumptious feta cheese I have ever eaten! We had a variety of dates when we arrived and one of those stuffed with pistachios and cream was to die for! There was roasted potatoes, Aloo Gobi, pakoras, samosas, sauteed Okra, daal, Rice and the chole kulche. A pretty hearty meal I must say. From the desserts I r... Read more

I was out walking the 7 km marine walk. It was very hot. I lost my wAy and saw this Sheraton. The staff took me in, had me sit, and searched the web for my hotel and directions to get to it. Since I was so tired, they called a cab and gave the drive the directions. I wasn't even staying with them And they went out of their way to help. Thank you.

I enjoyed my Iftaar buffet the most in one of their restaurants Promenade. With so many variety in Salad, main course and desserts. I liked everything. Service is good, and staff is courteous. This is located in Bur Dubai, where you have all easy access to public transport.

I stayed for a week solo at the Four Pounts by Sheraton Bur Dubai. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the recognize SPG status, for example I was upgraded to one of the executive floors due to my gold status. The hotel has three restaurants, a small spa, outdoor pool, and gym. Although I was solo this trip, there were plenty of families around. There is also a concierge in the lobby to help you book tours. Pros: Great value for the price. Clean. Good restaurants on site. Grocery sto... Read more

This is one of my much liked properties in Dubai. The rooms on the higher floors are very good and clean. The breakfast spread is delicious (there is always scope for improvement), the staff, extremely cordial and General Manager par excellence. Two suggestions, kindly enhance bathroom amenities and replace coffee sachet as they do not taste like coffee.

I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai mainly for its location and friendly service. The hotel is located quite close to the Burjuman metro station that is only one of two stations in entire Dubai that caters to both the red and green lines. Also there are a number of restaurants, shops, malls all walking distance from the hotel. Also service was excellent and quite friendly from the reception to restaurant and housekeeping. Probably the only negative would be the way the bathroom ... Read more

As many other reviewers have written, this is located in one of the best place with two metro stations located within 5-10 minutes walking distance. (this 5-10 minutes can be quite difficult during Jul-Aug due to high humidity & temperature). I stayed here for 4 nights & I'm a frequent traveler to Dubai (from Kuwait). Having stayed in other hotels within similar price range, this hotel is a big let down in terms of maintenance & service. The room I got was rather vey small with a mini bar which... Read more

Stayed in Four Points Sheraton Down Town 02 moths ago and checked out after 04 hours that was a nightmare place to stay. I booked there as I heard a lot positive about Four Points Sheraton, my request was for bank street but agent booked my by mistake in down town so I want to give a try to my selection. Now traveled again and stayed in Four points Sheraton Bank Street and my stay was wonderful. Excellent staff, great locality, nice food and peaceful. The gentleman at reception on my checkout... We have stayed a total of 4 stays within one month, as the rates were good and so was the rating of the property. It is definitely a convenient hotel, two metro stops are just there, taxis available everywhere, so are the malls and little stores. The property itself is not bad, the restaurants did not wow me and during Ramadan they weren't really accommodating. The rooms weren't bad, however we were facing challenges with the temperature of the water. Not a single room we stayed in had it sorted... Read more

The breakfast was the best part, except seeing a bug resembling a cockroach scurry under a warmer. The gym is what you'd expect but could be improved greatly with modern equipment. Not a spectacular view. Great location though. Lots to explore nearby.

Only one person at check-in waited over 10 minutes, no SPG loyalty program recognition or mention, poorly lit room overlooked a parking lot. AC was not working very well. Hotel has a very low budget feel and tacky lobby with very dated furnishings. Location is far out however public transport is about 100 meters away.
