This hotel is perfectly located in Trade Centre . There is a car rental walking distance, although I found it was not necessary the Uber rides were not expensive from the hotel. The restaurant had a breakfast is great ambiance & service by rakesh, anne, lori and the fitness center was very clean. The highlight of the hotel is the rooms and the views. The rooftop is amazing. Great hotel! Especially i would like thanks to ranjan, who supported me with his nol card & proper guidance for the loca... Read more

Getting to my room took well over an hour, which is to very pleasant after a long journey and the Check in staff were very rude and there was no system. Maybe you guys should train your staff first ? Apart from that everything was alright .. Anwar at the concierge desk was VERY HELPFUL. Excellent location and facilities. Great value for money! Housekeeping very prompt! Great apartment style rooms!

Relatively expensive for what it is, which is strictly a business hotel. Very adequate gym facilities, rooms were clean though design is a bit dated. Coffee lounge and also the restaurant area is nothing to write home about but located near the MRT, which is a big plus. Overall, as far as business hotels go, very acceptable.

The Emirates Grand hotel is well located particularly for a business trip. In a city of glitz and everything new the hotel has a slightly faded quality. The rooms while well appointed could do with refurbishment. That said the bed was very comfortable. An upgrade was given which meant a larger room including a kitchen. The room rate was also very competitive meaning the overall trip cost was kept reasonable. The lifts have an unusual programming logic which left guests in the lobby for a l... Read more

I stayed at this hotel along with a friend for one night in a two bedroom apartment and found its size is vast, excellent furniture and very beautiful lighting. Also, the location is great and near a metro station.

We recently had a long layover (22hours) in Dubai. We arrived in Dubai at 5:45am following an overnight flight from Nairobi. Our onward flight to the U.S. Did not depart until very early the next morning. Upon arrival at the Emirates Grand Hotel, we were allowed an early check-in for a small fee (very reasonable). The front desk staff was extremely accommodating for our family. We reserved a two bedroom suite, and were very please with the size and amenities of this room. The master bedroom had... Read more

I really liked this hotel, when I chose a trip on website. When I came to this hotel, my expectations were met. It is beautiful high tower skyscraper! The hotel reminds me of New York. Rooms clean and nice. The rooms have a great view of the city. On the one hand, we see the Persian Gulf, on the other, skyscrapers, Dubai Mall and financial district. The hotel is not far from the metro station "Financial center" (100 m on foots) and one stop from the metro station "Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa" (1 km ... Read more

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past couple of years. I find the staff very helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast in the Panorama Restaurant is very good and good value for money, and the Tal Al Amar Lebanese Restaurant is also good. The location of the hotel is good being less than 100 metres from the Financial Centre metro station, which is about a 20 minute ride from the airport. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall is a 5 minute metro ride away. The roof swimming poo... Read more

The hotel is now looking a little aged and the downtown location is now perhaps not the trendiest. This hotel still offers spacious rooms with good services and polite and helpful staff. The deluxe rooms are like apartments with full kitchen facilities. Ideal for families visiting Dubai.

I've spent 4 nights at the Emirates Grand to attend the Arabian Travel Market 2016. The Hotel Location is just perfect to reach the Metro, 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest station. The Hotel Staff are very welcoming and always smiling. I got an upgrade to my room after complaining about getting a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one. They put me on a Superior 2 bedrooms apartment which I really appreciate it. Someone even went to get me a sim card for my mobile phone while I wa... Read more

Many people book a room here because of its vicinity to a metro station. But trust me, that's the only good thing. Just when you enter, the receptionists will give you a cold and rude welcome. Then u check in and go to the lifts. Worst elevator technology ever as you have to wait for atleast 10 minutes each time. Food is hopeless, staff is incompetent, pool is too small. Be critical when you decide to book.

The luggage just keeps lying around in the lounge. No place to sit peacefully. The receptionists are frustrated. I had paid online but they denied and wasted a lot of time. The elevators are horrible. Food is disappointing. One of the worst hotels in Dubai.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days over the recent Eid period, we had a suite with 2 bedrooms which was lovely, however, the hotel had poor Air conditioning, as it was capped at 23 degrees, meaning our rooms were hot and sticky! We had over 4 different engineers sent to out room each morning and night as we complained about the lack of air con, seeing as Dubai is over 45 degrees in the summer weather with added humidity, it was disappointing for a hotel not to be able to provide adequate temperat... We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was included. We had a room overlooking the main road. It had a bedroom, kitchen with washer dryer, microwave and hot plate. Nice bathroom too. There is a Lebanese restaurant, another rooftop snack bar near the swimming pool as well as the main restaurant on floor 43 where breakfast is served. Eggs are cooked to order, a large variety of foods hot and cold, cereals, cakes, breads, yoghurt, juices. Free wi fi is a bonus. Taxis right at door, metro just a short wa... Read more

It's a great apartment hotel with all essential amenities and lots of eatery near by! Check in-out process takes longer than other hotel. Elevator once you are used to it, it's ok! Yes you have to wait but it's not like forever, think of a security point of view you will tolerate. (once you choose your floor you can't change your mind in the elevator)

The experience started badly when I arrived and was informed that the policy was to pay the room in advance plus deposit for incidentals. Had to insist that they only imprint my credit card. Then I found out there was no bar. The reception area smelled of cigarette smoke and was filled with conservative arabs with women fully covered, including faces, in black. I asked for a quiet room in the back and was given a noisy room in front. Never again.
