Hotel-apartment rooms are great, comes with options of having 2 or 3 bedrooms, city or sea view. Big enough to have privacy if need or to spend time with all family. Fully equipped for cooking, laundry and at the same time good service from staff provided per request. Very good customer service. Perfect location, Marina Walk can offer lots of choices with different shops, restaurants, entertainment. Easy access to other areas of the city.

We did not stay here as we were visiting relatives. They took us here for Happy Hour. The cocktails are fantastic and you can have snacks or a meal. I can recommend the passion fruit bliss and potatoes in skins. Not quite what I thought I would get but lovely surprise. The view of the Marina is spectacular especially when the lights around the Marina come on.

Local guide mentioned the views from the 52nd floor of this hotel. Did not stay there but was made to feel extremely welcome when arrived (without a reservation) at the Observatory for lunch. Staff could not have been more attentive and moved me three times to improve my view of the beach and the Palm. AMAZING brunch buffet, very reasonably prices (~£30) with a huge range of dishes. Not only was it a great experience with very attentive team members but also located in a special location at the Dubai Marina with a stone's throw distance from the very nice Marina Walk. The service at this hotel is beyond excellent! From the moment you enter the hotel till check out you will notice a high quality of service is maintained across all areas. Despite my below point, I stayed in this hotel twice in one month, my only reason is the location close to my work and to use my Marriott's reward point. This means I will reconsider string in this hotel if I'm fully paying for it. My disappointment with Marriott is the condition of the hotel, it's in an urgent need for renov... Read more

Booked a suite two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for less than the cost of two regular rooms. The suite was massive with a full kitchen and accessories, a dining room and a lounge area. It was the perfect place to be able to be able to have local friends join us for a relaxing time or to host business meetings in a private location for both parties. The bedrooms were well appointed and comfy, each with a TV and desk. Plugs were available in many spots (requiring adapters for US plugs). T... Read more

I have never been dissappointed at this hotel. They have the best apartments that are well equipped, large, and very elegantly furnished. The staff are amazing and cleanliness is top par. Also, the nice thing is that you can go down and walk to the Marina to hit all the restaurants. I would like to especially thank Mr. Christian who is the Director for rooms, and went out of his way to please us. The staff made a special cake and wrote all their names for a birthday we were celebrating.

I would give them only 2 stars but the view is breath taking so I will give them a 3??????. We went on the yellow boats and we wanted a view of the Palm. We went to take pictures have a bite to eat and a drink. We had to wait ages for a drink and didn't eat. But the view is totally amazing from the 52nd floor!!!! ????????????????????????????????????????????

This is a type of apart-hotel concept with large suites complete with kitchens and dining rooms. It is more like renting an apartment by the night. The hotel is very tall, with a nice restaurant at the top on the 52nd floor. While the apartments are huge and well located in the city near businesses and some nice attractions, the hotel is not exceptionally luxurious. This is especially notable in Dubai. I don't mean to say that the hotel is uncomfortable or unpleasant. The staff are very ni... Read more

We stayed here for 8 nights in October 2016. We arrived around 1am and were swiftly checked in, we had emailed ahead to state we would be arriving late. On arrival the hotel exceeded my expectation, we stayed in a 2 bedroom city view apartment. The apartment was huge lots of room for 3 of us with an excellent view over the marina. There is a lot of construction work going on around the hotel however this is to be expected in Dubai and the noise disruption wasn't too bad. Beds were comfy, daily... Read more

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at the end of September. The staff that we encountered throughout our 3 nights were all friendly and made their best attempt to be helpful. We had a great meal at The Observatory. Other than the friendly staff, this hotel is very average. There was always at least a 5 minute wait to take the elevators, housekeeping "forgot" to come to our room to clean one day, and while the rooms are ok, the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms are nothing to write home about. Staff extremely helpful, room was huge and food at all restaurants very good. Very close to restaurants at the Marina. but.... Lifts very slow & this has 52 floors with only a few rooms on each Fridays are mayhem - restaurant is a venue for stag & hen groups doing brunch (all day & evening) Pool tiny and in-shade most of the day, over a 6 lane highway - gym also tiny Just could not figure out why they did not allow you to use the beach/pool at the other Marriott nearby. Fellow TripAdvisor readers.... below is an extract of an email I sent to a Senior Marriott Executive responsible for the region. Email was sent on 24th Oct, yet to receive acknowledgement / reply. I stayed in this 4 star hotel (3 star in my opinion) for three nights. This hotel was really not bad in regard to room rate in comparison to other hotels in Marina, however don't expect much viarities. As simple as an example of missing options is bein sport channels are not available although we are in 21st century which makes me very mad to miss my favorite soccer team match. I asked the manager on duty to switch the public bein sport channel to other channel but he did not do anything. On oth... Read more

We came for a home finding trip before relocating to dubai in October and stayed at Marriott. We arrived early so we were checked in as early as 9am. Rooms were nice n clean. Friendly staff. It was hotel apartment and had a kitchen too. Staff was always cleaning our dishes even though it was not included. The best bit was their breakfast at restaurant. Chef their personally attended to my needs Asian vegetarian and do not eat eggs either. It was a special experience every morning and on last da... Read more

Just come back from an amazing trip to Dubai, We selected the Marriott Harbour for the size of the apartment compared to others. From the moment we arrived at reception to the day we left, all the staff were extremely attentive to our needs. The apartment was far better equipped than the description on the website we booked through. The location was not close to any of the sights, however a reasonably priced taxi or public transport at a short walk were more than ample. The comments regarding no... Read more

We are just back from a 5 night stay at the Marriott Harbour. This hotel really made a difference to our trip. The suites are huge, clean and are more thanI ever expected. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The pool area is small and the sun doesn't come around until 2pm due to the high skyscapers surrounding the hotel. However, we still enjoyed it and it was never too busy. A taxi is required to travel everywhere but that wasn't a problem (we found taxis to be the only cheap thing in Dubai -... Read more

Great staff, lovely location by the Marina (so much better than the Palm), lovely breakfast and fantastic room BUT we had an awful smell of cigarette smoke in bathroom for several days (we were on a non-smoking floor). When I complained, they said someone smoked in a room below and should not have - then sent up housekeeping with an air freshener! They should make it all non-smoking if you ask me...

Our suite overlooked the palm leaf artificial islands in this exciting part of the ever expanding Dubai . We could walk to the marina and the vast varierty of shops and restaurants. Of course, the hotel itself has its share of these as well. This hotel is connected to the text of Dubai.by any.number of methods, including the Metro.

We spent 4 nights in a 2 bedroom suite and were not disappointed. Check-in was smooth when we arrived in the early hours of the morning and we were pretty pleased with our suite overlooking the sea. The 1700 square feet former apartment was perfect for our stay with a large open-plan lounge / dining room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, huge master bedroom with it's own balcony, and a twin-bedded room. My only criticism would be that the bathrooms are in need of a good bleaching and moderni... Read more

We spent 6 nights in 3 badroom appartament with great view over Dubai Marina. After the entrance my son said: I could live here! Appartament was huge (over 220 sqm), comfy, modestly but nicely furnished. Location was absolutly great! We could not imagine better: close to restaurants, market, bars, coffee shops. There is authentic life during night and day. Excursions come to check view from Marriott's observatory floor and we had it "in hand". Staff was friendly and helpfull, appartament clean. ... 10 of us Stayed for 7 nights in 2 x two bed apartments which were very spacious in fact huge and were very well appointed with everything you may need including cooking should you wish to. If I was to find fault it would be the bathrooms although clean the grout in the tiles was a bit grubby in places and the silicone in places was missing or patched over, also the pool is small and when we were there it was shaded from the sun by another tall building until around 4 pm then it sets by ... Everything about the hotel was just great. Got an upgrade from the two bedroom suite we booked to a three bedroom suite. The 46th floor suite was gigantic with amazing views of the Palm on one side and the Dubai Marina on the other side. Service was excellent throughout - super friendly from the checkin staff to the waiters. Excellent location too - with the marina walk just outside the entrance. Highly recommend this hotel. I've been in the Middle East for about 1 1/2 week now and I think this has been the best overall hotel experience on my trip. I was upgraded to the two bedroom suite which gave me a ton of space, full kitchen, dining room, living room and washer/dryer. It made for a relaxing stay with a lot of flexibility. Close to where I wanted to be at night and just a very pleasant experience overall. The other hotel chains that I stayed in here were the Ritz Carlton and the Intercontinental and I had very p... Ok, Dubai is great. No, Dubai is amazing. And of course, service is all that matters. Make the money flow. Please visitors. But seriously, getting an upgrade to a 3-bedroom apartment, including 3 bathrooms, a well-equipped huge kitchen, a family-sized living room and a separate guest toilet, all that spread over 2 floors, for a single person... It's a bit much. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad this hotel is so service minded. Got that same feeling with the housekeeping, reception staff and breakfast... Read more

We arrived a little early at the hotel after an early morning flight for our 5 day stay and Julie at the front desk worked her magic to get us an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. We are a family of five and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of room the two bedroom suite offered. It actually had a small maid's room with it's own bathroom that could have housed one of our children but we instead moved the roll away bed to the other bedroom for a total of three beds in it. ... We have been upgraded twice to a 2 bedroom enormous suite with Ocean views and a verandah included a full kitchen , laundry and a seperate room for a maid should you have one.
