The hotel was terrible. Old interiors, surprisingly no free internet facilities in room, very poor lifts and floor inside the lift was broken. Hotel needs urgent refurbishment otherwise no one will come next time. There was nothing to like. One of worst stay I've ever had in Dubai! Will never come again.

Hotel was good overall. Room are big enough and ours had a jacuzzi. Staff were also helpful and accommodating. I like the pool area and location of it in the building was great. Breakfast was fine and dining area as well.

Ok is best I can describe this hotel, there is nothing luxurious about it. I do love that there is grocery nearby and it is close to Dubai mall and the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are large though but very basic furniture and the lifts are tiny.

We stayed for one night in a 2 bedroom suite. Overall it was OK for one night although I wouldn't have liked to stay any longer to be honest. The suite was huge but wasn't very clean and was quite tired looking. There is building working going on next to the hotel meaning the balcony was filthy and the pool area was pretty dusty too. we booked through booking.com and got the room at 70% discount, I would not have been happy had we paid full price. Overall it appears to have been a great hotel th... Read more

We stayed two times at the Copthorne Hotel for a total of 6nights before and after travel to Greece. Both times we were fortunate to be given an upgrade. This was especially welcome after our 14 hour flight arriving at 2:00am. The receptionist Tess could not have been more helpful throughout both stays. At all times staff were helpful, professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, although a little expensive, the swimming pool was welcome and the rooms were fine. We would stay t... The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is quite good as well; and the hotel is conveniently located 100 metres away from the underground. I'm giving it an average rating because the hotel doesn't really stand out, the rooms are quite small and they feel impersonal. The big issue, though, is the noise coming from the mosque across the street. It is impossible to get a good night's rest because of the early morning call to prayer. The hour-long sermon on Friday is ... Read more

After a 14 hour flight and arriving at 7am to be told that the prepaid, expensive 24hour access (extra paid!) standard double non smoking room does not seem to be available is not good. To be asked to pay more (already paid) for early access is not good. To be offered a room with two beds that turned out to not be a non smoking room and with only one towel and with the requested second towel that was to be delivered 'immediately' never arriving, that is not good. And things did not improve from ... Read more

I really wanted to like this hotel, because Emirates Airlines provided it at no charge with my $2K ticket from DFW to LUN (via Dubai--layover required.) I have visited Dubai before, so my expectations were high. I have stayed at other hotels in Dubai and experienced 5 star customer service consistent with the Dubai tourism reputation. Emirates is truly providing a service that is much needed and appreciated, but here is the lowdown: 1--The airline needs to inform travelers that you will not... Read more

Stayed here on two separate occasions. Flying from Seattle to Entebbe with Emirates and had to stay overnight for connections. This hotel is close to the airport. A cab ride is the best way to get here. Rooms were booked and prepaid. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Second time I stayed in this hotel. This time airport transport was arranged excellent as this was my remark on previous visit. The hotel has everything you could ask for in a 4-star hotel. Rooms are big and bathroom is well equiped. If you need anything, just call reception and it will be brought.

I stayed here courtesy of Emirates and I had a nice little stay, room was clean, I got a good view and it was very close to the train station. I was able to take the train to Mall of Dubai and this was very easy and cost effective. I also went on a tour arranged by Sun Tours in the hotel lobby it was a really nice. The biggest con was that there was no free wifi in this hotel and the cost to use the wifi was very high. It's not a five star hotel but i would definitely go back.

This is my favorite hotel in Dubai, its a 4 stars hotel. I have stayed there for almost 12 times and every time its get better and better. Mr.Tuhami is a very nice man in the reception and Mr.Ravi is a helpful bell man, the location is quit and near to diera city center. 2 mini markts are near the hotel and 1 pharmacy. Dubai international airport is 10 minutes away if there is no traffic, The only thing I noticed is the need for changing rooms towels because its look expendable .

We stayed here earlier in the year on our way back to Sydney, and it was very pleasant. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The swimming pool was also good. Reception was very helpful and responsive to requests. They organised cars to take us to and from the airport and to Abu Dhabi. The staff were very friendly. It was also conveniently close (but not too close) to the airport. We would certainly stay here again.

We were always looking for fork or spoon and asking for tea many time in breakfast time.Overall I recommend this hotel for sure.

There were three of us, we traveled from Isfahan to Dubai. Copthorne of our stay at the four-star hotel. The room was intended for us in a double room with added bed room that was very tight and small. Went to Reciption who said to the deluxe rooms have an extra night cost 60 AED 420 AED was that for 7 nights. Very typical hotel breakfast that was unimpressive and simple.
