Stayed here while we visited Dubai in April and were very satisfied. The room, although not very big, was always clean and we found it very comfortable for 2 people. Service was excellent and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, included both middle eastern and european options, we believed there was a good variety of options to choose from. Internet was ok, but sometimes too slow, we were not able to skype chat with friends and family back home. Overall a good stay ... Read more

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Rooms were small but clean but very basic. There was a weird smell from the drains in the bathroom some days. Breakfast was almost the same every morning, not tasty. Rolls pastries were dry. Everything looked watery and bland. Only water melon and oranges put out as fruit but not chilled enough. Some of the staff at reception were so unclear with information. During our stay only two members of staff at reception were accommodating. Hope all this improves to... Read more

I have been staying at this property on and off for the last few years. Recently I stayed here for 3 weeks in May '16 but somehow could not feel as much enthused about the place as I felt a couple of years ago. The location is good - just close enough to most of the important attractions and business places, though metro is a good kilometer away. It's usually bustling with tourists, mainly from India and East Europe - most of them booked through tour operators, no doubt. Breakfast is alright -... Read more

Majority of staff are helpful and pleasant. Rooms are compact but clean and well furnished. Free WiFi. Good location. Bus Stop near the hotel entrance and finding a taxi can be quite easy. Tip: Higher floor room would be advisable as noise from ground floor bar can be quite irritating.

The hotel room was very good and clean. It's quite big for a single person. The staff are friendly too. It's easy to request for anything they can provide. All in all, the service was very good. However, it's quite far from the nearest Dubai Metro Station. At least 15 minutes of walk away. But nevertheless, it was a great experience staying in this hotel.

Fabulous experience and i have complete confidence in suggesting for their hospitality, professionalism and courtesy if planning for tour/vacations to Dubai.

My only thing from giving this a 5, was the AC would never reach the low setting. Stayed fairly constant at night, and the days weren't that bad, just saw looking for something a bit cooler after being out in the heat. Other than that, great Wi-Fi, good food, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Stayed 4days at Citymax during EID holidays 2016. Everything about hotel was good, right from location, Bar, rooms, pool, room services & staff. The best part was room service people they were the best. What you want more after a hectic visit to city, when you return to your room, its should be clean and it was just that. The only issue I had was regarding the parking during night time there was no parking slot. so I had to park somewhere else. All in all it was GOOD stay.

Dont eat at sizzling wok in the hotel because its expensive and food their isnt that good.
