I liked the hotel, though I think it's one of the oldest in Dubai but it's very unique and very clean, the Thai atmosphere is everywhere. The hotel is in a great location just like 5 minutes walking to Dubai mall. It feels like home, the kids play ground is also great to have we all enjoy and my one year old boy loved it

I recently stayed in Dusit Thani and it was honestly the best hotel experience I??ve ever had, the rooms are amazing, the staff is out of this world, and the next time I visit Dubai I wouldn??t stay anywhere else but here! What really stood out was how helpful and friendly Sameh Afify the night manager, was. He honestly made my hotel experience over the top. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Nice hotel and a good location , very close the to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. Although there is a free shuttle drop to the mall , you can always get a taxi as it won't cost much. The staff was very nice and courteous and the rooms were good sized. We couldn't get an early checkin so that's the only thing which I wouldn't be that pleased about but apart from that everything else was great.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Dubai Mall and the DIFC so will suit both business and leisure travelers. The lobby looks quite nice with lots of flowers. I stayed at a one bedroom apartment which was spacious enough with lots of mirrors, a kitchenette, a living room and a bedroom. The furnishings looked maybe a bit dated but not too bad, however I hated the sofa as it is not comfortable to sit on at all and looks cheap. The windows were very dirty (it was very windy though so lot... Read more

The Dusit Thani for us was ideal. It is located in Downtown Dubai so very close to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. We were in Dubai for three days and were on the go most of the time. If you're looking for a hotel to relax with a good pool and near the beach then this is not the hotel for you. There is a pool on the roof but this is really for recreational purposes. Not worth the price paid. Absolutely poor service and the facilities are below par. There are so many better hotels you can stay at for the same price as well. The only great thing was location. They can do much better with few changes on the room amenities in terms of varieties and quality. The staff was efficient and professional, but looked mostly unhappy and hardly smiled! Staying in this hotel as a two day stopover en route to Meditteraen. Room 3074 is very nice. On 34 th floor - which is a bit of a worry because I can't look down the atrium, or out the window. Nice bathroom. Staff brought an electric jug when requested, as while there is a coffee machine - for pods, we couldn't make tea. Restaurant on 24th floor. Food is delicious, beautifully presented. Service is exceptional. The chefs and the staff willing to meet with us and very engaging.

We stopped in dubai for a 3 day stay, from are way back from Indonesia to visit family. Dubai was real nice to see. We got the hop on hop off bus and visited everything, malls, temples, ect. Had a real good time. Are hotel was across from the BaRaj tower. All the rumors I was told and read were ok dress codes were ok no one cared what people wore. Over all had a good time and would visit again and try to do other things. The people and hotels were great.

I've been staying here on and off for years. Once upon a time it was on its own more or less on Sheikh Zayed Rd - and now it finds itself surrounded by newer buildings and the metro line which crosses right across its front aspect. It remains, however, iconic - the upside down tuning fork is one of Dubai's landmarks - even now with all the twisted, wavy, new wave architecture that is popping up everywhere. Of course, this is a Thai chain - there's a newer version in Abi Dhabi that doesn't have t... Read more
