I was in Dubai for 7 days during January 2017. I had booked the hotel for 3 days as rooms were not available in the hotel i used to stay thinking that i will shift once rooms are available. But when i checked in, from the very first moment i started feeling that my decision of booking the hotel was correct. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff are very good, polite and friendly. I meet with Rajat at the Reception and I must say he is one of the best staff Hospital has. I have extended my st... Read more

This hotel is perfectly acceptable in terms of facilities and location. The room has minibar (the receptionist will ask if you want this or to remove it), safe for all your belongings, traveller sockets to accept the various plug types. Don't expect a luxurious stay, this is definitely an older hotel and the features and fittings show, but the staff are extremely polite and helpful, location is a small walk from the creek and the old souk, and the hotel is older in style - but given the surround... Location is convenient for the abra river taxi to the old souk, and the swimming pool and poolside bar service were good. Our twin room was a little small as it had a writing desk but barely room the casual table and 2 chairs made it a bit cramped. Other guests seemed to be mainly from Turkey or China so the breakfast buffet whilst okay wasn't ideal for British tastes. There was no sound on the BBC World TV channel. If I visited again however I'd probably stay at the nearby Best Western for simi... Read more

The hotel location is very good. I stayed at room for single use. Its not big, but good for one person. The bed is comfortable, the room and the bathroom are clean. Water is warm, but not hot. The bed is very comfortable and spacious for one person. The location of the hotel is very good, nice view to Deira Creek.

We stayed here in November for 1 night. The entrance is woody and old and smells wet. The rooms are comfortable but room service is extremely slow took them 2 hours to bring international adaptor. Elevators were not working so we had to use the back stairs. Desk staff were friendly and the Arabic coffee and dates a nice touch.

The Hotel is in a very convenient place, in Deira, with Dubai Metro at 5 minutes walk and airport at 5 stops. Hotel is a little bit aged, but comfort and service are very good, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom complete. Also, I booked at a very convenient rate, so, definitely a very good stop in Dubai.

Resided in this hotel for 6 nights in October of 2016. The overall impression is that of an old (from the late 70's) hotel in dire need of a major overhaul or at least a lot of maintenance in the guest facing areas. Rooms are in general in decent condition but pool, restaurant and bar/night club are really not up to scratch in view of value for money ratio. List of maintenance issues too long to elaborate on this site but suffice to say that the whole place is stuck in an unfortunate time-warp... Read more

The hotel is in Deira which is not the best tourist location. I would class the hotel very decent for a budget category. Overall the staff are good and friendly and the rooms clean. However, please don't expect any courtesy from staying guests as they generally do not have any regard for your privacy and most often queue jump. The hotel staff are also not well trained in dealing with such incidents as they would start speaking to others whilst serving you, which I found extremely rude and frus... Read more

Location is good. No sheltered parking (they use the public parking outside) and that was a little annoying. The rooms furniture has seen their best days many years ago. Restrooms needs an upgrade urgently. The Staff are good and seems the guest are mainly from Russia and India. The Filipinos Disco is very popular in the area and the hotel is guest friendly. For the same price you can get breakfast and covered parking in other hotels in the area
