What an amazing location, right in the Burj Khalifa and both the Indian food and the Japanese restaurant were amazing. Sitting on the deck and watching the fountains while eating sushi has got to be the best Dubai experience yet.

Connected to the well known Dubai mall. Can spend time in the lounge or at the Indian Restaurant and view the great fountain show as well as get exclusive access to the top of the tower. The service is of a good standard and Armani is a great hotel if you want the little luxuries in life - but dont expect it to come cheap. The gym, pool and spa were good and not very crowded. Breakfast was fabulous and the restaurants great for Dinner. Lunch was mostly outside so cannot comment.,

I stayed in Armani for 3 nights in May, took a fountain view suit. I'll talk about what's important to me in a hotel room, the room has big windows, so it is well lit by sunlight, the carpets, bedsheets, towels and bathroom were clean & spotless. LOVED the fountain show. The fact that you could play the fountain music on your TV made it magical. Armani hotel is known for the scent of its shower gel. I stayed in Armani Milan and simply fell in love with the smell of the shower gel. Luckily I... Read more

Really lovely food at this restaurant and if you eat here, you get access to Atmosphere on the 127 floor of the Burj Khalifa. Meal with wine works out about £100 each. But worth it for the experience.

I had a 20 hour layover in Dubai and stayed here for one night with the points I collected from Hotels.com. I was on my way to a long trekking trip in Nepal so I was dressed in hiking outfit and had only a backpack with me. I felt initially underdressed going into this hotel which I presumed to be pretentious for its luxury. Then when I checked in, the staff greeted me very kindly and offered give me an upgrade to a suite. Facilities of the room was OUT of control. I mean everything in the room ... Read more

Did you know that the hotel is owned by Giorgio Armani him self, which reflects his taste on the interior design of the hotel. The staff of the hotel are extremely helpful and welcoming. They even have what they call it Life Style Assistant.. Mine was Mr. Torres. He showed me my room and gave me a brief about the hotel facilities and also gave me his cell phone number in case I needed any help. Not t to mention its location .. Burj Khalifa. Believe me you won't go wrong with this hotel.

Had a fantastic meal @ Armani Saraya Tent. For me it was the best Iftar in town. Chef Vijay and his team have done a fantastic job. Hilight for me was the live cooking counters for the grills & the dessert section. You are spoilt for choice. Congratulations to the kitchen brigade for putting such a fabalous show. Service too complimented the food. Overall a 5/5 experience.

The Armani décor is nice but the most impressive is the fully automated room fully controlled by 2 iPads, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The reception staff is great, the Emirates car pick up quickly arranged by them. The only negative point was the Chicken Caesar salad I ordered from room service that was not good, although the mushroom soup was good. Overall I will probably return,

Réception is warm ,friendly and efficient.Rooms are big but in my case narrow living room and parallèle to the bedroom both too dark in my opinion.Bathroom also is a bit basic. Service is good.

We had an amazing chilled holiday during our stay in Armani Hotel. It was a very short stay for me and my friends however Armani staff made it 100%!! We stayed in room 511 and we really enjoyed it. Receptionist Kristina who accommodate us in the hotel made our day!!! And she's very kindly for who came to the hotel first time We really felt welcomed to this place and we wish to come back very soon. Thank you again for the great weekend :)

I booked at the aramani hotel for my anniversary thinking that its as special as this occasion but the offered level of service was below my expectations. I didnt like the fact that my queen bed was two single beds brought together and i could feel it. I also didnt like that the TV in the room was not working properly and colors were crazily mixed on the screen, they offered to change the TV on the next day but we were leaving coz our reservation is for one night. Additionally there were no Qi... Read more

I booked high tea for my wife as an anniversary surprise and to get there you can only go through the armani hotel lobby through to the restaurant. The lobby is grand and has comfortable leather sofas in the waiting area. On the way to the lift there is an Armani gallery which shows the history of Armani products. This is a very lavish hotel.

Definitely one of the best hotels around the World. Located right in the city and connected to the Dubai Mall, its a very convenient location. When you enter the lobby, you are greeted by a pleasant fragrance smell. The rooms are very unique. I had a fountain view suite. The design of this suite is such that it had no corners. It's designed with curves rather than corners. You also find Armani amenities in the room. All the drinks and fruits in the room are free. The hotel staff were amazing. No... Read more

Great location in the Burj with great views over the fountains. Very conveniently located beside the Dubai mall as well. The service was fantastic - you are escorted to your room and shown how to work the ipads that control the lights, blinds, tv etc. The mini bar (non alcoholic) is all included with the room. Everyone smiles and greets- a warm welcoming atmosphere. There is a great attention to detail with everything.

I avoided this hotel for years because of the negative reviews! Do NOT BELIEVE the negative stuff, this hotel is "ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, DARLING!" Why? THEIR PEOPLE!The most wonderful welcome and a man who really truly understands that he's selling "an experience" & NOT a bed IS Mr. Gracer Torres. On my first visit, I arrived in the middle of the night with no reservation, disoriented & exhausted, as I'd been turned away from 2 sold out properties in the area, over the Islamic-new year crush. Living in Dubai, I know personnel is relatively inexpensive, so why does the Armani feel understaffed? Valet service was discombobulated. We had to unload ourselves. The Armani Hotel has great service from his doting staff who are there for all guests' needs. The location is very good with views over the fountains for a perfect seat for the water show. Hotel has a monotone design, which would seem to indicate simplicity yet it seems the hotel is over designed with this, with almost hidden doors in the rooms to very cold bar and areas in the hotel. Overall great service and location, but the design lets it down.
