Nice clean property. Although you need a car to get around, it was a pleasure to stay here. Gabriella is an awesome host, always available to guide and answer questions. lots of trees around, pool and hot tub are amazing. we had a lot of fun here and want to go back again, soon. wifi signals were strong, we had no prob streaming videos, breakfast is also good, pastries, bagels, juice, yoghurt, coffee out by the pool. airport shuttle has a fee of $23 pp roundtrip. daily housekeeping, kitchen is ... Kokomo Botanical Resort was a great find for travelers like myself that do not want big overdone resorts. Kokomo still provides plenty of services, a pool on site, breakfast in the morning and airport pickup if needed. They also provide you with a cell phone while you are on the island and need to get in touch with anyone at the resort, which I thought was a nice tough. Clean room units with kitchen, bathroom and living room. Gabriella and staff are very nice and accommodating and can help answe... Read more

Nice, clean, quiet property that's about 15 minutes from airport. With this price point and the fact it was our first time in Turks and Caicos, we were unsure of the choice. To our surprise it could not have been any better. Gabriella was a tremendous host and she represents the property in a very professional manner. Car rental is a good option for this island just be careful of the left hand driving. This is where I will stay on my return visits.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Provo at the end of April 2016 and chose to stay at Kokomo, mainly after its convenience and affordability. Little did we know how lovely the accommodations and how gracious the hosts were! We wouldn't hesitate to return here. The villa was spacious and very clean.

This place is wonderful! The staff were so helpful! Our villa was a perfectly stocked and modern home away from home. We just wanted somewhere to lay our heads but ended up with so much more! Continental breakfast by the private pool every morning. We rented a car to get around...scared at first but very easy! We met the developer at a weekly Monday happy hour who was just such a pleasure to talk to! Passionate about this development and new ones....we didn't want to leave! Every detail has been... The Cottage was wonderful, everything you needed was in the room. It is very well kept and clean. The bed was so comfortable. You get free breakfast daily and the staff are lovely. I enjoyed the onsite pool. The beach is less than 3 minutes away! Enjoy

Positives: location, layout of resort, non-touristy feel, privacy on balcony, lovely pool area. Negative: small bathroom, poor indoor temp control. Location was great-short drive to anywhere. Nearest beach was about 5 minute drive (Bight Bay Beach). Nearest supermarket less than 10-min drive in either direction. Not walkable to anything though (unless you are ok walking along the highway or crossing those crazy roundabouts). We had a panaromic view family suite, with lovely view of the (distant... Read more

Spent a week at Kokomo's resort for daughters high school graduation. Perfect little hideaway. Villa had it all. Kitchen and bathroom were small but no real issues. Cable and wifi excellent. Did not miss the NBA playoffs and they had multiple movie channels. Breakfast was good, no eggs and bacon but fruit, bread, bagels, cream cheese, butter and jelly. We picked up a dozen eggs at IGA and completed a full breakfast. We stayed in Villa right next to pool and used pool a lot (it was a grea... Read more

My daughter and I went on a girl's trip to Turks and Caicos. It was our first visit to the island. Gabriella gave us great suggestions on what to do on the island. We went snorkeling in the ocean from Caicos tours (great entertainment.) We to the TCI Ferry over to North Caicos and rented a car, drove to Middle Caicos (about 20 min. drive) and saw Mudgin Harbour. Breathtaking! We ate at the restaurant on top of the cave (food was OK but the view amazing!) You can walk to the top and hike aro... Read more

My wife and I came here for our 10 year anniversary. We wanted to stay somewhere a little more secluded and romantic. That is exactly what we found at the Kokomo Botanical Resort and Spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was blissful. Anna, the proprietor met us and helped acquaint us with the island and the culture before we set out. She is a well of knowledge regarding this beautiful island. Take her advice. The condo was great. Two bedrooms, a full kitchen ... Read more

This was our third trip to Kokomo and our best to date! Every time we come there are new features. The pool and hot tub- accessible 24 hours- was a treat for us and the teenage kids! Courteous service and office staff anticipated our every need! We love the full service resort features with the personal touch. We were even introduced to exotic fruits that grow on site! Feels like home and we appreciate that we don't have to deal with the chaotic crowds of the larger resorts. Truly a refuge o... Read more

The staff is very friendly and the quaint cottages are very clean. But, there is noooooo spa! How can a place have the word spa in name and there not be a spa? You have to taxi, shuttle, or drive to the spa and everything else. And, there are no alluring botanical gardens here. Just a few fruit trees and some clean, but unappealing grounds. Im told the beach is a 10 minute walk, so its probably even further. Sigh... Ive traveled the world and I will say, the island itself is beautiful, but this... Read more

My two siblings and I booked Kokomo because of the affordable price and based on reviews we saw on TripAdvisor. We were VERY disappointed. The most disappointing factor was the rude staff. We did not love the resort itself, but our experience could have been better had it not been for the staff. The reasons why we weren't thrilled with resort was that the rooms were tiny and there was an overall motel-type feeling. Here are some of our experiences: - As far as sleeping, their beds are not ve... Read more

A group of friends hosted a surprise birthday party in Turks and Caicos and they made accommodation arrangements at Kokomo due to the size of our group. We were a group of 5 and there was more than enough space to fit comfortably. We arrived in the evening and were greeted upon arrival and proceeded to our room after registering. The room was clean, spacious and had a great selection in the minibar. There was a full kitchen with pots, pans, cups, glasses, plates and anything else you would possi... Read more
