Stayed at Seven Stars From 5/15 thru 5/21 Arrival at airport was very smooth and made it through Customs and immigration very quick . In no time we were in a taxi on the way . Check in was very efficient given tour of the property. Taken to our room 2606 garden view. Room was beautifully kept , loved the walk-in shower. . There was a bottle of white wine on ice, a fruit plate in the refrigerator and a small box of cookies . We spent the whole week between the most beautiful beach and pool are... Read more

Turks & Caicos was always a dream vacation for my wife and I. We were finally given the opportunity. When looking at hotels in the area, we found a top 3 choices. Although Seven Stars is among the top of the list price-wise. It's well worth the extra money. Their beaches are so clean. The rooms and hotel ground are even cleaner. The hotel is located right across the street from a local supermarket where we went to pick up snacks and food to make our own lunch. The hotel is also walking distance ... Read more

Seven Stars is great destination for numerous reasons, including: 1. It is large enough to offer a full complement of services, yet small enough to retain its intimate feel. 2. It is perfectly locate...not only relative to the beach, but to restaurants, shopping and a great, "new" grocery store (1 block away). Everything you need is within walking distance -- saving you the need to rent a car, and the experience of driving on the other side of the road. 3. The staff make an effort to be frie... Read more

We read so many outstanding reviews of the Seven Stars that we had to check it out for ourselves. All I can say is believe the hype because this resort is INCREDIBLE! My husband and I have travelled to the Turks three years in a row now and we have always enjoyed the places we have stayed. The Seven Stars just takes it to a new level. If you are trying to decide where to stay, look no further. Here are just some of the things that helped to make our visit so enjoyable: 1. I am very fair-sk... Read more

Came here for my honeymoon, Fantastic hotel! Beautiful landscape! Expensive but not the most expensive on the island, good location, close to the village (walk or ride a bike available at the hotel), friendly staff. Stayed in the Junior Suite Ocean Front, with a deck facing both the beach/ocean and the island! Sunset/rise was beautiful right there. Concierge helps you reserve restaurants, cruises, taxi, and pretty much anything you may need on the island. Paddle board, kayak and hobbit cats are... Read more

From entering the Hotel the hospitality greeting is warm and genuine. You feel like you have been transformed to a different place and time, and feel the tension slip away. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast is served with class and elegance. This is not place a for the less refined traveler. We had an ocean front room which was well-worth the price and felt like home. The staff at the hotel, on the beach, at pool and outside restaurant were always courteous. As we drove down the drive... All the staff are very nice. They have tons of free watersports, a tennis court with a fridge of chilled waters, and a bacci court. The pool and hot tub was also out of a magazine. The drinks were strong which I always appreciate and the servers on the beach, by the pool, and at the restaurants were very attentive. There were also lots of hot girls everywhere.

A delightful visit with teenaged sons (15 & 18). They swam and sailed while the parents generally unwound and soaked up sun. We loved the comfortable suite with full kitchen and laundry, and lots of room to spread out. The view from 1305 was excellent -- both pool and sunsets. Complimentary breakfast from Seven Restaurant started our days off right. We have new coffee drinkers in our household thanks to Seven Stars' custom blend. My wife and oldest daughter spent 4 days at Seven Stars prior to July 4th. We went down with high expectations and were not disappointed. Since we were there for only 4 days, we stayed on the resort the whole time. That meant beach, pool, cabana, spa, gym, repeat. Several Caribbean hotels are set up similarly to Seven Stars (including Grace Bay Club), but what makes Seven Stars unique is that on one side of the property there is just sand dunes. That keeps the beach much more tranquil. In addit... Read more

What an unbelievable property! My wife & our 2 daughters just had a great summer vacation at this property. Great location (walking distance to the main shopping area), great beach of course & what a fantastic staff! We were so surprised at how soft spoken, humble & courteous the staff was. Ronald really took care of us around the pool & the beach while Merlin mapped out all the 'out of the way' places we should check out over breakfast. On reaching there, my wife wasn't feeling very well due to the long journey. I asked the receptionist for a close by doctor. I was driven to the doctors place by the manager on duty. He came back to pick us up when we were done. Took us for grocery shopping near by and helped us to the room. My wife also received a cut fruit platter with a note saying Get well Soon. All of this was done without asking for anything. It truly felt like I was home and being cared for. These small things really mak... Read more

We recently stayed at Seven Stars and had a tremendous experience. The staff were all friendly and very attentive. If you end up staying here, definitely be on the lookout for Beatrice and Merlin at breakfast every morning. They'll get your days activities lined up. And when you're at the pool or the beach, Martin and Lila will take excellent care of you. We will definitely be back!

Having never been to Tci before we let trip advisor show us the way and we're so glad we went with seven stars. Beautiful grounds and the location on Grace Bay Beach could not have been better. We chose to rent a car but didn't use it too much, everything is fairly close by. Ocean front junior was plenty for my wife and I. Night time on "The Deck" was great with live entertainment and the fire pit. Staff was always pleasant and very helpful from the grounds guy to the concierge. Only been home 3... Read more

From the cheery staff, excellent service, delicious food, and impeccable accommodations, you really couldn't ask for more from a resort. There are no better beaches in the world I am convinced. The resort was luxurious and well maintained. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit, almost 1400 sq ft, full kitchen, TV area, dining room, bedroom, large full bath and 2nd 1/2 bath - marble and granite everywhere. Housekeeping was very good, room was always meticulous. we had a clogged sink and shower that wouldn't turn off, but within 5 minutes of both individual incidents, maintenance was there to fix it. This hotel is a nice property that is geared towards kids and families. The rooms are nice but some of the furniture is a little dated. I had a queen suite which included a washing machine and dryer. This is not your romantic getaway resort but if you have 2-3 kids would be ideal. Everyone is super nice. The service by the pool is a little slow and you will have to ask two or three people for help before a server comes over.

But after walking onto the balcony, we quickly changed our mind!
