"The Ocean Club Resort is wonderful. It basically is one resort in two locations and you can't go wrong either place. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly. The concierge (Action Jackson) is the happiest guy ever. He took our luggage to the room (and it was not a small job) and smiled the entire time. The restaurants on both properties were very good and the wait staff very helpful. Have no complaints about this resort, can't wait to go back again."

"Our trip was relaxing and fun. There was a storm in the area.We had three days of rain and winds but it was still beautiful. We would like to go back when it is calm. The people were super nice. Food was very expensive because of shipping and taxes.
We rented a car and went all over the island. We also were able to go snorkeling one day. We went to Smith's Cove and saw lots of fish and stingrays.
Overall, we really enjoyed our trip.



I did have some trouble with Book-it. Com. Not calling me back several times. I tried renting a car. I didn't receive a call. I did it on my own for less. The airline seating was wrong. We finally got seats from one of your helpful employees. I didn't realize that it would take sixteen hours to get to Ontari Airport. I wish Book-it would have told me this. It was my mistake for not reading the itinerary more carefully but it would have been nice if the Book-it representative had told me the hours envolved."
