The rooms are nice, spacious, and comfortable. The balconies are huge! Great views of the town with a sliver of a view of the ocean in the background. Beach closest to the hotel is not as nice as Grace Bay, which is a quick 10-minute drive away. Beach chairs and towels are in abundant supply. Having a washer and dryer was great; you can wash your wet clothes after going to the beach, pool, or hot tub. The maid service was timely but not very thorough. The low point for me was the front desk se... Read more

We chose this hotel for 2 nights and a resort on grace bay for another 2 nights. We thought it might be nice to stay near turtle cove marina for some of the week, and also the price was good for Turks&Caicos. Pros: The Hotel room was nice- spacious and more like an apartment- large outdoor patio, full kitchen, plenty of space. Everything was clean and fairly modern. The pool area was also nice- smaller pools but not crowded and comfy lounge chairs. The beach is within walking distance, about ... Read more

Wonderful service! The hotel is very clean comfortable and has a kitchen which is great for families! The beach is very close and is beautiful, be sure to catch a famous Turks and Caicos sunset, it is gorgeous! Oooooh and be sure to eat at Simone's... The food is amazing (especially the paella)!

We stayed three adults in one room. Plenty of space with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Pros: Almost everything! - Private balcony with lounge chairs and ocean view - Reliable wifi - Gym on the property - Jacuzzi and two beautiful rooftop pools (one is adults only). Our unit (5303) was only one floor down from the pool. Close to the pool but still quiet. - Peaceful! - Full kitchen, washer and dryer (with laundry detergent provided), beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs, snorkel gea... Read more

We stayed in 303 building 5 - it was a great place and the view was wonderful - The owner, Deveraux was an excellent host - He met us at the airport, escorted us to the villa and gave us inside information on the island - where to eat and where the best beaches were. The villa was clean and well equipped for any length of stay. It was great that the resort had an adult only pool also. Now the island is desert, so expect lizards everywhere - no problem but just there. Also dogs run free on th... Read more

Lovely place! We had to switch this resort after a nightmare experience at Grace Bay Suites. They gave us a discount and were really accommodating for us. We got a free room upgrade. Beautiful room with full kitchen, washer/dryer, huge couch, huge balcony. They have 2 clean pools on the roof that we're basically private pools to yourself. The beach is about a 2-3 block walk but totally worth it once you get there. Besides one person and a dog we were the only ones on the beach! Our own private p... Read more

The studio I stayed in is 104, it has all the amenities that you would want, but no maid service nor an instruction book. Robert met me and showed me the place in all of 5 minutes. There is no remote for the television, just for the digital box, and I had to purchase new batteries as it was not working. The little pool right in front of the balcony is very nice, there are some sun loungers, but not enough for all the guests staying at the condo, Overall this is a nice studio apartment, even thou... My stay was just a one night deal waiting in the Turtle Cove harbor area after my boat dropped me off. My flight was the next evening so I needed a comfortable place to stay. I had asked for a lower area room but they placed me in the top building so all the luggage (lots of it) had to be carried up many stairs to get it to the room. Big hastle both directions. The room was comfortable but no black out drapes which gets you awake early. The last time I stayed here the bedroom was dark and it was... Read more

We had a room at the ground floor, facing a passage between two buildings, that was not a problem for us, coming from Europe and still under jet leg, but we stay just for two nights heading to Salt Key. The room was big, now view at all, with a noisy air conditioning, with a very beautiful bathroom, and it did its job well enough. They provide you beach towels and the beach is about 5 minutes walk crossing the main road in front of the main entrance. No many things to do around, and a car is su... Read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this well equipped suite with amazing views, a 5 minute walk to Turtle Cove. The suite was spacious, clean and extremely quiet. We found a couple of minor niggles but overall felt the suite was fully equipped. A car is definitely needed if you are wanting to explore the island. Our favourites were Chalk Sound and Sapadillo Bay. We hadn't realised we were visiting Provo in their 'closed' season and was disappointed so many of the popular restaurants ie Co... Read more

No lift but lots of stairs....had to fight to get help with bags as no bell shop and only one bar open - out of season but need a car and not somewhere that suits a lone traveller especially a woman....rooms are OK with all mod cons but has no soul and lacks charm

Not the same all-inclusive feel as other resorts on Provo and a short walk to the beach, but an ideal location to base yourself near the restaurants to Turtle Cove and the Smith Reef for excellent snorkelling. The rooms are clean and modern, the pool area is a pleasant area to catch the sun and unwind. And a hot tub in case you want to look out over the sea. Worth a stay!

We chose this resort as it is close to Turtle Cove Marina where we were due to join the Aggressor liveaboard. We were met on arrival and shown to our room which was at the top of the resort. We were offered a lift in a car to the room which I highly recommend accepting as we didn't. We had to climb several flights of steps carrying 50kgs of luggage! Our room was very spacious with a kitchen area, large bed and settee. Patio doors opened out directly onto the pool and there was a beautiful vie... Read more
