If you TRULY want to relax on vacation, The Beach House is a must. It is so peaceful, the resort nearby were packed but at the Beach House it was still relaxing to hang out. Staff was really fun and easy-going, I'm definitely staying here again!

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing beach vacation and didn't really want the touristy resort option. This is the perfect boutique hotel with a great beach house vibe - simple and modern, yet luxe feeling. Really clean and in good condition and spacious enough for a family (kitchen and dining room). I loved that we had our own designated beach chairs so we didn't have to worry about not having a spot at the beach. All the beach equipment was free to use (snorkels, masks, etc.) Transport... I've never left a review before but felt I had to after experiencing The Beach House! As my husband and I told the manager, there are many beautiful resorts to accommodate people here on Turks & Caicos, but what made THIS resort stand out was the amazing service of all the staff-from gardeners and housekeeping to wait staff and bartenders. Every single staff member indulged us as if we were the most special guests ever to stay and each person helped to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A ... Read more

We stayed for the second time 8 night at beach house in the one-bedroom seaview suite at the 2nd floor. Like the first time 2 years ago was perfect. The staff is everytime happy to help you, the hotel is clean and luxurious (modern luxury). The breakfast was very good and also the restaurant is very particular and good. The wifi isn't avaible at the beach bar or in the beach, there was another resort wifi but not the guest one...why?. I recommend this resort to families and couples(more than ... Read more

Upon arrival we went to the front office to check in and a lovely lady sitting at the desk asked for our names then showed us to our room, once there she told us a bit about the resort but I do not recall exactly what she told us, I just remeber handing over cc for incidentals (my toddler was wanting to roam around the suite, do wish we would have done check in process in office then gone to room). My 1st impressiong of the room was how clean and welcoming it felt.We stayed in a pool view suite... Read more

We loved everything about the Beach House. Our room was large and clean, with a kitchenette. There are only 21 rooms so the hotel was extremely relaxing. Each room had it's own designated beach chairs. We didn't have to get up early to claim our spot on the beach. Even when the majority of the guests were at the beach, it was never overcrowded. Kayaks, paddleboards, and a sailboat were all available for guests to use at no additional charge. The beach bar was beautiful and convenient with plen... Read more

In Grace Bay, but away from downtown noise and traffic. This hotel has its private beach and a sunset view you never forget. Big luxury rooms, well furnished, with kitchenette and patio or balcony. Clean and silent even on the ground floor. A top restaurant in house. These and other characteristics you may find in this place. Price is not convenient, but for a couple of days this would be a magic gift.

If you want a vacation where you can just chill and relax in a beautiful setting the Beach House is for you! Some folks come to Turks & Caicos and want to stay at a large high end resorts like Seven Stars or an all-inclusive place like Beaches. Others are willing to sacrifice some of the creature comforts and go for less expensive properties that are close to the beach but not on the beach where a car or moped might be needed. Others are looking for a beautiful place on the water that is simple ... Read more

Went with friends for 6 days and stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom overlooking perhaps the best beach in the world. A huge veranda allows for ample time to admire. The staff was extremely attentive but never intrusive. Shout out to Sherman and Randall. The beach is huge with great snorkeling a few steps away. Breakfast was extremely pricey (as is everything in the island ESPECIALLY taxis) but with the room credit made it more than worthwhile. The rooms are impeccably clean and the best pillows I've e... This was our second outstanding vacation at the Beach House this year and once again it was a amazing stay. We were also delighted our request to have the same room we feel in love with during our first vacation here back in April of this year was fulfilled. Upon arrival we were given cold towels to cool off with and then we headed straight to our beautiful beach front suite for the room check in, which was very easy and fast thanks to MaraDonna at front desk and other employees like Alan that ... Our return to the Beach House was like a return to heaven. "Shermanator" and Randall on the beach, Sandy and Dorothea at Kitchen 218, and Johanna at the Beach Deck....the whole staff treats you like family. The housekeeping crew is fantastic and the small size of the Beach House makes it the ideal place to relax. My wife and I went back and forth for months trying to figure where to spend our honeymoon, finally we decided on the Beach House and it did not disappoint. The island is beautiful and the hotel's location could not be in a better spot. We were worried about going to one of the smaller resorts, but we really enjoyed it. After being there for seven days we got to know the staff and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. If we wanted anything all we had to do was talk ... Read more

The Beach House is a truly amazing boutique hotel. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. The best part about staying at the Beach House is the amazing beach and the personal cabana. You always have your beach furniture and umbrella set up on the beach, so you can go to the beach whenever! We sat on the beach every single evening to watch the sunset - truly beautiful and magical. The beach is clean and crystal clear and one of the most amazing beaches we have been to. Had a lovely time.

My husband and I just returned from a week at the Beach House. Wonderful staff: Sherman and Dorothy were exceptionally delightful and helpful. The rooms were clean and large. We enjoyed walking on the beach every day and the incredible blue water made for a perfect back drop. Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding....a mere few steps from our room.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Great stretch of beach. Quiet. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beautiful views. Only issue was restaurant which I don't recommend. And beware that the "breakfast included" is really just a $20/per person credit that doesn't cover more than about half as it is expensive.

The Beach House was absolutely PERFECT for our stay in Turks and Caicos. The accommodations were stunning and the staff was incredible. Dewayne, Sherman, Wendy, Jessica and the other staff members were so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Dewayne even had a bottle of champagne sent to me on my birthday. The location on Grace Bay is the best! The hotel is quaint, quiet, clean and beautiful. We cannot wait to go back!!!!

This is a very nice, very clean, very spacious small property right on the beach and near a reef. Not highly fancy like some on the island but perfectly comfortable. Our 2nd floor room had a huge porch looking at the sea, kitchen with large fridge, microwave toaster, coffee and tea. The staff was as nice as one can imagine. Always greeted us with a smile and kind word. Arranged rental car and other activities promptly. Couldn't have been nicer people. Very pleasant pool area, uncrowded,... Read more

I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a very peaceful and relaxing getaway in T&C to stay at the Beach House. The rooms are great (all suites) and all have patios or balcony's. The view of the ocean from the bottom floor is limited, so if that's important to you pay extra for the Deluxe rooms on the second or third floor. The staff is very attentive and the food is good. It is not a party place though, so if you're looking for a party go up the beach to Club Med!!
