Our travel agent had booked this hotel for us, and from what was advertised it seemed like a great choice. Boy was I wrong! the room was the size of a matchbox, we could barely find room to place our luggage (although their advertised standard rooms are 25 m2 big) oh and the bathroom is every claustrophobic's nightmare! The walls are paper thin, you could hear your neighbors loud and clear. Empty mini bar, no water, no coffee/tea amenities, no bathrobe, no slippers. Nothing is complementary. Roo... Read more

I don't know where start... Warm welcome, clean rooms, delicious meal, awesome pool&spa, and the most important of all, jovial personnel and hospitality. All for an amazing price. We stayed one night and missed the breakfast. They prepared breakfast for 5 of us when they were not supposed to. Gave us tea and fresh bread and pastry. All the amazing experience of Cappadocia aside, I would come just for the hotel. PERFECT! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!..

8 ki?ilik rezervasyonumuz vardı. Her ?ey harikaydı. Ozellikle resepsiyondan Melike cok ilgili ve güler yüzlü bir çalı?an. Kahvaltı saatini kacirmamiza ragmen bizim icin tabak hazirladilar. Sef ve garsonlar cok anlayisliydi. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. It's hard to put it in words how satisfied I am with this trip. Absolute right choice! Welcoming personnel, clean rooms, good prices, and delicious food! Recommended for sure!!!

I don't think it is 4 stars hotel. It looks like 3 stars hotel. No kettle ( for boil water), no drinking water - need to buy. Location far from shops and other places. Foods are average, normal turkish dish. Quite old, it can be better if renovate. During my check in, always black out several time.

The Hotel itself is fine, simply what you expect from a hotel anywhere in the world but not in Cappadocia. The high lite of this city is the caves and it is a must to stay in one of the many hotels located in them.
