Do not be fooled by the beautiful pictures of this hotel because its service and amenities are the worst. At first look, the hotel does not look that bad and the rooms are nice. BUT, once we arrived, we were surprised to learn that we had to pay for WIFI and that there are no free WIFI areas in the whole hotel, so we paid for the WIFI which turned out to be a trick because it did not work most of the time and even if it did, the connection would only last for an hour maximum so we had to go back... The hotel does not deserve four stars. I doesn't deserve three to be honest. Except for nice rooms I can't say anything good about the hotel. Making a long story short: -Food was gross, looked like dog food, everyday the same -staff doesn't speak english at all, not even a manager -they don't provide towels at the pool -music is so loud that you hate sitting by te pool -they run out of everything: alkohol, ice cubes, food, internet seriously don't go there...

My partner and I booked to stay here for 4 nights for a leisure trip. When we first arrived at night we were both amazed by the location of the hotel and the way the hotel looked from the outside. One of the night staff who checked us in could not speak a word of English so he gave us no information at all but we were so tired that we were not bothered. However, 1st stumbling block was we booked a double room but was given a twin room?? The employee attempted to tell us that the hotel was full a... Read more

Very friendly place to be lovely decor and right in the middle of everything you'll ever need shops bars restaurants. Etc If you get any problems go see seda she's lovely and will do all she can to help as she's the owners niece. The food is always a pretty high standard and there's always something tasty to eat. The pool area is always very clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Try a meal at the Piccadilly bar accross the road and if you want trips go next door to... Read more

my family and i went to turkey for the first time in 2013 and decided to go to this hotel. We had 2 poolside rooms which meant we were not disturbed by the noisy roads. Breakfast served many different things every morning such as pancakes, omelettes, boiled eggs, different juices and many more. we never stayed for lunch as we were always out however dinner was always great. the pool was amazing the children loved it however it was a deep for the little ones. there was a beach near the hotel with... Me and my partner have just got back from staying 1 week at this hotel and we had a lovely stay, the room was really nice and clean, room was cleaned daily and towels changed, food was nice and all the staff there are very friendly, the only thing we didn't like was we paid all inclusive and the drinks there were obviously watered down and we had to pay for cocktails, other than that the swimming pool is big and they really are very clean throughout the whole hotel, I would recommend, although i... We were 3 couples for vacation in Marmaris, we spent 1 week in this hotel, everything is good and new furnished... But about the food, i think they need a new chef... all the week we enjoyed 2 meals only (fish and chicken)... beautiful hotel but need to do work better on the kitchen.

Stayed here for 10 days. Hotel is very clean - room cleaned every day pool area very clean and nicely maintained. Staff very nice and extremely helpful. We took a Turkish Bath package and loved it - the staff there are excellent. Food not too bad for all inclusive but could have been better. Only downside was wi-fi - it was very disappointing We had to pay for that and the service was very patchy. The hotel itself is ideally located for the beach, shops and restaurants and bars. Would certa... Read more

Me and a friend booked to stay here in May, 6 nights.. Great hotel for the price! We were a little wary after some of the reviews on here.. But our room was great! 2 different types of shower, and very clean! Out balcony overlooked the road, but this wasn't a problem, it gave a great view of mountains, and got the evening sun. My best bit of advice.. Don't pay for the all inclusive.. Some stuff was nice, but you can eat out and chose from a menu, and only pay £5-10, maximum.. There are 2 pl... Read more
