Stayed here for five nights for a city break in Istanbul. I have stayed in several hotels in Istanbul but this is by far the best one. Location was amazing, just a few steps away from Kadiköy Metro Station and the Kadiköy Pier which brings you to the European side by ferry in just 20 minutes. Moda is a great neighbourhood with lots of nice bars, and this hotel is located right next to the trendiest spots. The spa facilities were good. The gym was well equipped. Only disappointment was that we... Read more

Very convenient location for work on the asian side close to the docks where the boats take you to the european side and also to the airport (needs a taxi ride on the other side). Room on the 5th floor, clean and quiet, no issues. Food is good, with sufficient choice. Staff are friendly and accommodating and there are some excellent local restaurants nearby serving local food and with live musicians. Connected by a nearby metro for the asian side. It's just a ferry ride away from the European side and all of the tourist attractions. We loved using the pool and relaxing at the doubletree!

The traffic of city is a nightmare. It will be so convenient and enjoyful when you take one of the ferries to your destine. Hotel services are perfect, too. They desire to help whenever you have a problem. I will come back to this hotel next year. Definitely.

We stayed four nights in late June (about E150 a night). The hotel is an easy walk from ferries, and steps away from the busy Kadikoy market area of food stalls, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Our room was spacious, spotless and had a nice city view of the surrounding area. The rooftop pool and bar area are lovely, there's also an indoor pool. Metal detectors and a gracious security guard on entry to the hotel and secured elevators with key required.

I stayed for 5 nights on business. A great hotel, good location, great bosphorous views and even better staff. My only issue was the rooftop pool, which is lovely with great views and should be the biggest selling point, however it seems it is leased to a private company, who have a lot of events particularly in the evenings, so it closes at 6pm for them to set up. As a business traveller i therefore could hardly use it returning after meetings.
