We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Topkapi Palace, 8 of us in all, ranging from 75 to 9 months old. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, there was not one are that was dirty or in disrepair. This is also true for the rooms, the rooms were spacious and clean, they had all the amenities you could need; hairdryer, safety deposit box, kettle etc....they also had baths which makes life so much easier with a 2 year old and 9 month old! Staff were outstanding and couldn't do... Read more

A nice week, mostly sunny, two days cloudy. The first room given to us was earlier used by a heavy smoker but we asked and got a non-smoking room. The age of the hotel shows, the rooms have an aged feeling but otherwise everything was nice. The food was very good and the staff was friendly.

the staff were fantastic - I will name a few Baris - head of entertainment. fantastic man. Helpful and funny. Makes you feel like his best friend. Yousuf - a harder worker you will never see. He served us in the tea and cake house at 2pm, he was our waiter at our evening meal in the Hunker and one night he was our waiter in the cocktail bar until midnight. Mustafa in the Justice tower. Galatasaray fan. Served us brandy, coffee and cheese for hours. really great sense of humour. Ali at the ma... Read more

Hotel.and grounds lovely. Cover charge on most alcarte restaurants which we wasn't aware of before we came. The the buffet restaurant is cleared away 45 minutes before it closes which is horrendous service. Evening meals if you want a choice of food your better eating at the kremlin next door. Entertainment team good fun especially Anna. We made the best of the holiday and had a great time still here writing this round the pool with a beer lol. Never a 5 star hotel and be warned from Ap... The below report will detail the facilities and ratings for each section based on my recent stay at the World of Wonders Topkapi Palace Hotel in Kundu - Antalya. As the hotel is a five star hotel, I've rated each section of my report in star grading levels. Check-in The check-in process was smooth, efficient and quick. The staff were friendly and spoke relatively good English during the process. Once he??d taken our passports and copied them he handed over our keys and asked for the bellboy to... Read more

Well what can I say other than thanks to Omer the manager for making our stay welcoming. He hotel is very pretty from the outside but the decor is very dated in the wise if ur fussy on what you eat then turkey isn't the place for you unless u wish to try different cultures but u can eat pasta and chips etc.the entertainment team were very nice but the pool games were very lame compared to other places I have stayed.they do look have football teams staying with them which can get prett... Just got back from a 2 week holiday here, disappointed is an understatement after reading all the reviews. Being English we were definitely the minority! The staff didn't speak English and made no effort with us. The food in the nicest possible way was just slop, with absolutely no variation and definitely catered to the 80% Turkish that stayed there. What the brochure doesn't tell you is that the hotel sponsor football teams from Istanbul, and for the whole duration of our holiday we had a mini... Read more

Have been there during the October school holidays the past three years running. Can't wait to return this October. Excellent facilities, even if the rooms are a little dated. Good choice of food, would recommend the chicken kebabs from the outdoor Turkish restaurant.

We stayed in the Topkapi in June 2015 as part of a wedding party. I'm writing this a year later as I'm looking on Trip Advisor for a place to stay in a different country and time this year and find this site really helpful in making my decision, so I thought I would mention my holiday last year if it helps anyone. What a fabulous time we had. The hotel was amazing. The rooms were lovely, with air con and lovely views over the pool, which was huge. Clean towels daily from the hut. There wa... Read more

We have travel to this resort as a family which includes 2 adults and 3 boys age 10, 9 and 2 and half years old. On arrival staff has directed a place for us to leave our baggage. Than went to reception and they have taken a copy of our passports and assigned us a room with keys. No safe key or towel card was given. However when we were leaving they did asked if we had one no major issue. It is a family oriented resort as well as a place for singles. We weren??t impressed by its first impressio... Read more

My wife and I were there last week, and I need to say that we have the best experience for an All inclusive plan! Usually our holiday is to go to big cities and walk around and visit museums and different attractions, but this time we needed something different... we needed a "rest" time.We were looking for different options in the Mediterranean and we found this amazing place. It was around 15min from the airport and the check in was really fast. The people was always nice and friendly, the m... Read more

After a long year of waiting. We finally made it to our joint family holiday. It was my wife and I with our sons family. The children are 5 and 3. For them the wait had seemed a whole lot longer than ours was. Upon arrival we were driven into the palace like drop off area and met by the porters who directed us inside to check in. This was quick and efficient without seeming rushed. The porter then took us all with our considerable luggage to our rooms. On the way he described everything he po... Read more

Been here many times before and I have to say to does seem to get better on each visit. The grounds of the hotel are up to the normal very clean and pleasant standards. The food was veried and most importnalty always hot (which is an improvement on previous visits). The hotel staff were very attentive, throughout our stay and the rooms (still need a little cosmetic updating) were perfectly clean and serviced well throughout our stay. During our first week the hotel was very quiet, by the secon... Read more
