This is my 3rd time at this hotel ,and it's improved lot since I went first time. Same recpition staff but more helpful now ,I only know one name (Mehmet aydinci ) wifi better than before, But could do with more. The location is very good clean to walk and on the beach. All in all very good for 3 star.

Poor basics, poor customer service, poor food, poor pool. Do not go there even if the price suits your budget. This hotel has just decided to go all inclusive, plus the usual half board. Staff have been laid off to cut costs and this is reflected in all aspects of the service offered. The food can only be described as slop. No fresh fruit and the same menu ever day, all bar one product. The resort is very good, the hotel needs a major overall.

Positive points are: + Very friendly personel (they work hard and are very helpful and friendly) + Quiet (not much noise or loud guests) + Clean room (daily thorough cleaning) + Good food (not excellent but good and a lot of options) + Close to the sea and the center of the city + Enough warm water in the shower without waiting Negative - Food could be a bit more spicy and hot - Rooms are noisy (people standing in the hall can be heard in the room as if you are standing next to each other), bu... Came for two weeks 30/04/16-14/05/16. Transfer from airport can be 2 1/2 to 3 hours long. Flight took 4 hours from Manchester. Before I came on this holiday, I read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel. They're all absolutely unfounded, this hotel is spotless, looks gorgeous from the inside and out! Pool area is lovely, dining area is also well presented. Rooms are modern, with comfortable beds, flatscreen tv, aircon and everything you need. You have to pay 1 euro per day for use of the fridge ... Read more

My wife and I are currently half way through our stay here, we are both in our late 40's but act like teenagers. Anyway, the hotel is perfectly located within a ten minute walk, on the sea front, to the bazaar, the staff are pleasant and informative, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the maid service is second to none, and although this hotel caters more for Scandinavian guests, there is still a good choice for breakfast, we are on the 3'rd floor at the front of the hotel, which is on the main roa... Just returned after a week here. Had a good holiday as the resort is lovely and very Turkish. The hotel however was disappointing. We were on the 5th floor with a sea view and this comes with a lot of traffic noise, also we were next door to a really loud Dutch gentleman and as the walls were paper thin, you could hear his every move and his TV was really loud so take ear plugs. We booked half board but only did the breakfast as the first night buffet was unlabled and looked dreadful so after tha... Read more

Had 10 day stay at half board, room was lovely and clean. Hotel is in great location just a short walk away from harbour and shopping area. However food in hotel really wasn't up to much, breakfast was ok but dinner was terrible food was lukewarm and unappetising we ate out most nights. Bar service was shocking, went to pool bar and was sent to garden bar then sent to terrace bar where there was no staff - 20 min wait for 2 drinks. Resort is very beautiful and really clean but would not reco... Read more

I have just returned from staying at this hotel for one week halfboard. Arriving at the hotel in the early hours of the morning I was greeted with what I can only describe as a very limited english speaking male receptionist. However, my room was very clean, well equiped and comfortable. I hired a safe deposit box for the week which was about £17.00, and the Air Con was included in the my room rate. The hotel is in three seperate units and I was staying in the main building. I have to conc... Read more

Try to get another pillow for your beds as this was lacking we used the horrible blanket to prop under pillow to have a read at night time (should have asked at reception for another pillow) Only world news on telly. After reading some of the reviews for this hotel, we were apprehensive (to say the least) for our stay here. However this has been one of, if not the best, hotels we have ever stayed in! The hotel and its surroundings are absolutely spotless and the staff work very long hours and very hard to make sure your trip is as enjoyable as possible. I could not fault any of it. The food is lovely, always a large selection on offer, even my daughter who has a range of food allergies always found somethin... Read more

Amazing holiday with my girlfriend. we had the best room facing the beach/mountain and castle. The staff were good. Use tripadvisor to find a good restraunt as our best two were on the last two nights-marbella beach and olivias and would recommend them both if your half board and want some lunch as the breakfast/evening meal is nice but by the end of a week we was bored of the same foods. Also its worth doing the turkish bath and spa treatments!

Stayed here with my partner for ten days. The hotel is spotlessly clean we stayed in the middle part and didn't have a problem. Plenty to do however some of the waiting staff and guests are very very rude! The food wasn't for me, it was always the same things warmed up and very bland hence why we didn't upgrade to all inclusive. I wouldn't recommend lady's going without being accompanied as some of the men in that area are very abrupt when it comes to lady's and are not shy about putting it out... Read more

A great location adjacent from the beach. The room was nice, modern and really clean. The maid service was regular and thorough. The staff weren't over friendly but were helpful and happy to chat when approached. I was Bed & Breakfast and the breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh food throughout the breakfast period.

Hotel is centrally located & spotless. Cleaning staff were lovely. Unfortunately can't say that for the rest of the staff who were surly and rude. Food in this hotel was appalling, it was the same every day - cold & overcooked. We were half board but fortunately it was cheap to eat out & there are plenty of lovely restaurants. Alanya is a beautiful resort & would go back there but definitely not to this hotel.

Just returned from our 3rd visit to this hotel and as usual we had a lovely, relaxing break. Some reviewers paint a stark image of this hotel but from my experience I can't agree with them all. The staff were always friendly but I can see how some may see it differently. The whole resort is geared up to the Europeans and without judging their nature to much they can tend to be brash, the staff act the same way as they are treated, so if you are polite they will be back. Last time we were here it had just been modernised, and although it's not a wreck it's looking a little tired now. Food was below par and the staff were a miserable bunch (End of season apathy?) Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Sheets were changed often too. Fridge was charged at 1 euro a day? The room safe was chargeable. Why? Our holiday was at the end of the season so the choice of food was not too varied we had alot of chicken for lunch and dinner. The staff were all so friendly. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided every day. The beach over the road from the hotle was lovely and clean. The hotel, was only a 15 minute walk from the town centre. no entertainment sadly and limited choice of free alcohol. free wifi was abit hit and miss. all in all a good holiday.
