I found this hotel very good, very occidental style, good service, at the reception they speak many languages. Restaurant offers a dinner buffet quite rich for a reasonable price. There is a nice wellness center on the roof with a spa ouside. Breakfast is very expensive...

Good service. Food is ok. No room service available. The gym facilities are in the Novatel and you have to pay extra. You can cross o we from the 8th floor. The rooms are clean and neat. I missed the mini bar but for a three star it's not bad and good value for money

A very good hotel (for the price) that compare favorably -for the service as they otherwise all look alike (for the rooms)- to Ibis elsewhere. Staff is very attentive. wished they did not allow smoking in the restaurant. Guests can use the small gym at the Novotel nearby. Two good coffee shops in the street (to the left when exiting).

A lovely hotel in a very convenient location. New, clean and comfortable. The bed was so good and the air conditioning so cool. The hotel restaurant was affordable and had very good food with a large variety of choices on the menu.

The hotel is in the heart of the business district. Rooms are very clean, staff are very professional and welcoming, breakfast for ibis is great. The location is the best feature of this hotel. Not much lunch and Dinner options but you have the Novotel (back to back with Ibis) and they offer a full menu. I have stayed here three times already and would go back for sure.

The Ibis Hotel in Tunis is my favorite hotel. It is clean, safe, has great food, and has fantastic showers with strong water pressure! The staff were always friendly and helpful! Security was impressive! I will definitely go back! It was a lovely hotel!

Business hotel in the heart of the business district. Efficient is the word what comes to mind first when i think of the Ibis hotel in Tunis. Overall the best Ibis i ever visited. * Staff: well trained and service minded. * General manager: responsive and kind. * Room: modest without fridge or coffeemaker but clean, quiet and with a good bed. * Airconditioning: perfect, choose the temperature you prefere and with 3 fan options. * Washstand: sufficient space for toiletries, clean, hairdryer pres... The whole place smells bad, like they are using some cheap detergent. Spent two days and two nights, left the windows opened. By the end of the second day, the smell started fading out. I've being staying regularly at this hotel for 4 years now, but never again The TV's in the rooms are obsolete,

If you have been in an ibis hotel, then the one in Tunis will satisfy. It's efficient, staff courteous and businesslike. But do not keep your expectations high. Breakfast is okay, with none of the items very appetizing. Don't bother to ask for a city map, you won't find one. But, friendly staff will print directions to wherever you are going. As well, cautious about taking the taxis the hotel calls for you. They wanted 500% more than regular metered price.
