The staff here a very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned thoroughly every day. There's 3 swimming pools to choose from and water slides perfect for the kids big or small, and the salt water pool is fab! The restaurant is clean and the food is pretty good for an all inclusive, not repetitive and has a pizza and pasta cart where you can order fresh made pizza/pasta. The hotels in a perfect location just up the drive you can catch a tourist train to either Sousse or Por... Read more

Beautiful hotel, clean and stunning views. Room cleaners work hard - please remember to tip them! Many thanks to Noura who kept our room looking great. The waiters in the restaurant are polite and do their best to make your stay a good one. Many thanks to Habib and Saiid. Shame about the food, repetitive and boring. Best option for this hotel is bed and breakfast, then eat elsewhere!

First of all I would like to say that when I go to a 4 or 5 stars hotel, I do not like cheap reactions from hungry procedures or from staff!! This being said...I would start my ‚??hospitality consultant‚?? report by the bad thinks that need to be worked on!! I reserved my stay through Traveltodo.com, that doesn‚??t always keep their promises‚?¶Nevertheless, we had a delay in arriving to the hotel instead of 4 pm we checked in at 10pm, as I had my 5 Years son in the party, and we didn‚?? t have t... Have just returned from a two week stay and have already booked to go again. I found this gem of a hotel three years ago and this was my seventh visit. .. the hotel is situated in beautiful gardens and has its own private stretch of beach. The hotel is very clean.. the food is good and even the fussiest of eaters would be hard pushed not to find something they enjoyed. The rooms are very clean.. towels changed daily.. I always ask for the fourth floor. . The maid is lovely always adding those li... Read more

Loved this hotel for our holiday! Beach front location with golden sands. Great selection of pools, after two weeks food was a bit repetitive but the staff could not do more for you, always had our cup of tea waiting for us in the morning and the tables were decorated with flowers when we were leaving it was lovely. There is a handy wee shop outside the hotel about 5 minutes walk again staff very friendly and great selection of souvenirs. Didn't really like the market in the centre of town, lot... Read more

I was quite reserved visiting Tunisia, but staying at this hotel enhanced our experienced and overall holiday. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and spoke good English. There is always someone on hand to speak to, offering various services such as the spa, pool and day trips out. It's an extremely relaxing place to be, with free wifi, and stunning architecture to admire. The rooms were cleaned every day, to a high standard, with towels, toilet roll and the beds being changed daily. Th... Read more

I returned from this hotel 2 weeks ago and had the most amazing time. I was a little worried travelling for the first time alone spending 2 weeks here but the hotel is absolutely amazing. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and very happy to see an English person in the hotel. The animation team made my stay, they always laugh and make sure you enjoy yourself with a different show every night. They work so hard to make sure everyone has a great time. My strongest impression of this hotel is that dirt is everywhere: in the room, at the sea, in restaurants. Also there was the most terrible check-in in my life. We arrived to the hotel after 11pm, after 12hours travel with comletely exhausted 2years baby, who couldn't sleep. We had to wait for 20-30 min after we checked-in for the porter, who showed us our room. There was no late dinner in the hotel and the receptionist suggested us to go and eat in the nearest restaurant. But we had no dinars,... Read more

Had vacations in Tunis this July. Meal was quite tasty but sometimes too full and more like a snack. Our room was cozy, with a little terrace and well-designed. As for animation, I was impressed so much because guys worked hard every day since morning till the night, there were a lot of competitions, perfomences and dances. Every day we had a lot of fun and at the end of our trip we forgot about our problems.I would like to say big thanks to Gaby, Choco, James, Christy, they made my vacations un... Read more

Best part of this hotel is the Animation team (Kabil, you are the best!). I spent a lot of time alone and he always made sure I had a good time and wasn't bored, really saved my holiday! The shows were really fun to watch and they are amazing with the kids. Now for the bad parts. I booked the room online for my fiancé and I. The website said nothing about having to stay in separate rooms if you aren't married, so I was extremely pissed off upon arrival when they made me pay £80 for an extra ... Read more
