"My family goes to Maui every year and Oahu every other year. We have visited Sansei every year 2 or 3 times over (it becomes a little expensive after 3 or 4 times). That is the one place we look forward to every year. The food is to die for, it is amazing. The monk fish (Butter Fish) literally melts in your mouth. I LOVE SANSEI every year I go back. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!

"My husband and I visited Sansei Restaurant twice while honeymooning in Hawaii. With all the restaurants on Maui we had to revisit Sansei b/c of their delicious food and excellent SAKE! The service was good and the food just kept coming. We never had a chance to get dessert b/c the portions were huge! I think the prices they offer are well worth the money! I WILL VISIT AGAIN!!!"

"Food was good. No ambience, very loud 50's and 60's songs blaring made conversation difficult. Our server was rude and condescending - we were given a water glass with a lipstick mark and the wrong bottle of sake. Kobe in Lahaina a much better experience all around."
