      It's a long way from the Hotel Zone to Key West, but you can make the trip without ever leaving Cancun with a stop at this theme restaurant that evokes the spirit of the Keys where singer Jimmy Buffet got his start. Decorated to resemble a snazzy version of Buffet's favored Key West haunts, the restaurant offers such Keys and Caribbean favorites as conch fritters, Jambalaya and that all-time favorite, Key lime pie. Margaritaville offers the classic tropical setting loved by Parrot Heads and others who enjoy a unique, relaxing atmosphere. After dinner, Margaritaville turns more into a nightspot with music every night of the week.

      "Went for lunch with some buddies to Margaritaville. It was my first visit to any of JB's Margaritavilles. If you go and do not order the 'Cheeseburger In Paradise' Cheeseburger, then you best stay home - it's a lot of food for a great price! The atmosphere was intoxicating, as were the drinks. Sadly, Jimmy Buffett does not get around to his restaurants - he was there for the grand opening and since then, ZIP! I realize he has several Margaritavilles, but then again Sammy Hagar visits his CaboWabo Cantina at least annually. Going to Cancun? Margaritaville is a must stop - don't forget the shop. Beats paying shipping on the website. Going back in March!!!"
