Stayed at the hotel for five nights and was very happy with the service l had received. Hotel is in a good location close to Sukhothai Historical Park and city centre. Please note you will need some form of transport to reach both from the hotel. Had a room which over look rice fields large and comfortable room great bed and an air conditioner that work well which was great after spending the day travelling around and taking many photos. Happy with the food selection the hotel had to offer as l ... Read more

This is one of the hotels one wants to avoid. One feels the whole room is dirty and does not want to touch anything including the bed. And worst of all there is a bad smell in the room. The hotel and the rooms urgently require renovation in particular the bathrooms with the mold. Even the towels are thin dirty and look like they have been used for decades, which is also true for the bath robe. The food in the restaurant is very poor. The breakfast far below the standard one expects. If you decid... Read more

This is our second stop from Bangkok to Chang Mai. Very basic standard room, hard bed and pillows. Broken remote controls, room looks very used and old. Same for the bathroom, stinks, towels grey/ brownish with holes in them. Breakfast: cutlery looks not very inviting to put in your mouth, here again the whole room old, outdated and dusty. Broken dusty old curtains hanging at the windows. Very basic breakfast, no cheese or ham or anything of the sort. I would not recommend this hotel, the name... Read more

As my friend said it's like they put a veneer on a bad tooth. Shower barely worked. Wifi never got going. Concrete floors are sticky. Tiny ants in room. Can't flush toilet paper. And some crazy bird or something outside the window making a loud sound every hour or so once it got dark.

This is a very beautiful resort. On the edge of the historical park, a world heritage site. That why we stayed here. The rooms are very modern and new and comfortable. The grounds are very attractive. Now the down side. Restaurant needs to be improved. I ordered three things off the menu before I got something they had. One friend ordered an entree that showed up more than half an hour after we had all eaten. We were actually getting ready to leave. The food was ok but really not the vibrant tas... Read more

Stayed here for two nights as part of our tour of Thailand to do the historic sights which are fab and we did them by bicycle, but the hotel seems to be lacking in good management. The staff were all helpful and friendly but seemed to be unaware of faults. The breakfast buffet should be kept warm and look more appealing. The coffee was disgusting! The shower door wouldn't close properly and even after reporting it nothing was done. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. This could be a first ... Read more

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be a very nice hotel located less than 10 minutes drive away from the historical park and also 10 minutes away from the new city. There is no convenience store within walking distance but there is a BiGC hypermarket about 5 minutes away by car. The property is a big low rise place, designed with the traditional red bricks to give the historical Sukhothai ambience. There is a large pool in the center along with a decent gym. We were giv... Definitely will come back again to this resort! Comfortable and lovely environment ! We paid at cheap and reasonable price, but got the 5star services and stay. The buffet breakfast was in great variety of choices, delicious! I love this hotel very much!

It was very hot room. 6 hours after check-in our room still has been hot, because air condition was very old and not so useful. Therefore it depends on climate (+43C degrees). Also we have not waited when cold water will cold, so only warm and hot water for shower. Dinner is too expensive for Thailand (600 bat for one person) and spa also (from 1500bat). Swiming pool is not so deep and cold. Thus one night is possible but no more. Very close to Sukhothai history park and other tourists attracti... Read more

I didn't stay here, just went for lunch, but I was so impressed! The physical plant is beautiful. We were too late for the daily buffet, but were able to order from the menu. My Thai chicken noodle soup was hot and delicious -- also cheap, especially considering the luxurious surroundings.
