We stayed on the 6th floor and was kept awake each night by noise pollution from bars nearby and people inside the hotel. We had booked a double bed room and were given a single bedded room which was not ideal for a couple. Hotel staff and facilities were good as well as the breakfast. Would recommend staying on a higher floor if you was booking this hotel.

We travelled as a group of 5 friends and booked 3 rooms in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is excellent if you are planning just to party, eat and shop. Bangla Street is within 5-7 mins walk. Shopping and restaurants are literally just a stone's throw away. The beach is around 15 mins walk. We had booked the Deluxe sea view rooms and the rooms didn't disappoint us. We were located on the 20th floor and got amazing views. The breakfast was good, but the place was super crowded. Considering... Read more

My family and i went to Phuket to welcome 2017 . We stayed at this hotel. Pretty nice place . Breakfast was good . Location very centralised . Plenty of shops nearby. About 10 minutes walk to Patong Beach .

Location is excellent as main town within walking distance hence saving on daily transport costs which are very high. Choice of room extremely important as night-club in close proximity especially if light sleeper. Rooms in the older section are dated and extremely basic but thoroughly cleaned each morning. Service is excellent as all strive to please. Breakfasts are repetitive but with ample choices, supplemented with daily fresh fruit .Service at their Indian Restaurant was poor but overall f... The first thing you need to know about this place is that it's a very reasonable hotel with BEST location just a couple of minutes away from Bangla Road. The service is fair enough with a mediocre but fair breakfast. The pool bar was my favorite, but I never really stayed in the hotel that much. One thing bothered me and I was very lucky to be leaving when it happened. There seemed to be a problem with the water system, as we were about to check out last day of our trip, the toilets wouldn't fl... Read more

The Hotel is definitely value for money. We stayed four nights and enjoyed them. Everything in the room worked. The bathroom was luxurious. The pool was perfect. The free breakfast was a veritable feast. You step out and in two minutes you're in the midst of the famed wild Phuket nightlife. Five minutes to the Patong Beach. The WiFi was not too good though. Kept disconnecting. The front desk could do with a few lessons in the otherwise all pervasive Thai politeness Other than that this hotel is ... Read more

Started off our honeymoon here 10th October 2016. The service for checking in was superb. room was upgraded for free when I told them we were on honeymoon. They had created swans from towels, the room was spacious tidy and inviting. We had breakfast more choice than we expected. The fresh waffles were beautiful and a must have. Visited the pool and sat in the bar in the pool. It was clean and there were plenty of staff ready to help. This hotel is very close to Bangla Road and convenient if ... Read more

We just returned from our 5 day trip to Phuket. We were a family of four, 2 adults, and 2 children. This hotel is located two blocks from Bangla street and is surrounded by clubs. There are lady boys everywhere and as soon as you step or if the hotel you'll be harassed to rent a taxi, tuk tuk, or get a massage. This hotel is not a five star hotel. It is far from it. You do not get plush bathrobes, slippers, or the feeling of luxury. The rooms are old, as are the facilities. They have a ... Read more
