the hotel was great, spacious rooms, great service and facilities at a very reasonable price with breakfast every day included. it is situated in a very central area in walking distance from numerous shops, market stalls, the beach and so many fine restaurants. With the main nightlife strip a short distance away late night noise was not an issue. Our days were fun packed with snake shows, bird sanctuaries, patting live tigers, boat trips to bond island, the fantasea dinner and show and so much e... Read more

Ok property. Staff at the frontdesk very rude at the time of check in. not at all friendly. not a good property for family with kids. room was spacious. my 3yrs old daughter was not well, i asked for a dr. no help from the hotel staff side. i took her to the hospital with the help of a local cab driver. since my little one was not well ..so she was not able to finish her breakfast. i requested them for a small bowl of food which she had not finished to take it to the room..the staff at the coffe... .When we arrived at the hotel the staff fell over themselves to be of assistance. We were whisked up to our 16th floor room and shown how everything worked. First impressions. 1) views to die for. 2) room tired-looking - very tired. 3) bath leaks and b/room smells moldy, water was dirty-looking. It needs updating ASAP. The toothbrushes, razors etc were great As for the welcome drink, why bother.? The staff were anything but welcoming, it was as though we were bothering them. No friendly smile ... Read more

located near patong beach, very good location. Rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly. After a busy day, have a traditional thai massage nearby hotel, just a few minutes walk. Besides that, you also can walk to Jungceylon for shopping. Lot's of stall and pub around the hotel.

We booked a double bedroom on 11th floor and they gave us a twin room, I called the reception and was told that's the only room but they can give me another room which will b a 2 bedroom on 7th floor, I went furious- how could she downgrade us when we have paid money for a higher floor and the view, I went to the reception and she asked me in a rude way - what do u want we are giving u a room on 7th floor only that is available, I told her that's not what I've paid for. We booked three rooms at the royal wing and it is exactly like how the pictures shown. Clean and spacious. Although the halal food choices for breakfast is very limited. There's one halal restaurant in the hotel but we did not dine there as the price is almost triple of the shops nearby.

I feel so sorry that I spend my stay at wonderful Patong Beach in such hotel as for me it wasn't paradise as I reserved my room through booking.com, I checked in room which were far away from the photos provided on the web which I did the reservation upto it, was old bad condition room smiling so bad , there was no water in the bathroom to shower , when I complained they said we apologise but there is a problem in the water and we are working on fixing it , I requested to change the room , they... This is the 3rd time I have stayed here - which should say it all. I rated 4/5 this time due to the construction taking place at the hotel at the time which was loud and made a sleep in after a big night impossible. This is a lovely designed hotel and the pool bar is great. One of the best parts is the Pool bar, cocktail bar and rooftop bar happy hours - 2 for the price of one is great! Staff are always great here and is located close to soi Bangala road. But if your looking for something quite... Read more

The location of the hotel together with the affordable price makes it a good option for a holiday in Phuket. Although the standard rooms are not renovated they are a value for money. Not impressed by the quality of the breakfast buffet even though there is a variety of food. Overall a good stay

I recently stayed here with a group of friends and found the hotel quite good. The pool bar was excellent especially during happy hour between 5-6pm. It was buy one get one free drinks. The location was convenient and a short walk to Bangla road. The breakfast had a huge variety and some dishes changed day to day. The hotel room was clean and had a fantastic view of the pool. The staff at the front desk were quite rude but overall it was a great experience.

My family and I ( two kids 18 & 20) stayed for 10 nights in June 16, Had all that we had hoped for. Great location, within 5 mins walk to large shopping plaza, all the night spots ( no that we hit the bars) and restaurants. The breakfast was a great start to the day and kept you going until the afternoon. Staff were always very helpful and the Sky Lounge is a must for a drink or two with the best views in Patong. (we had a couple of drinks there at different times of the day and every time had t... Read more

Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights had a room by the pool. Had everything around us great location can be a bit nosey with the rooms near the road so just take note of that. On another note for the hotel staff behind reception were a bit abrupt and rude when we arrived not all but a nice welcome and hello and thank you wouldn't go a miss with some staff members. Other than that pool was nice breakfast had a wide variety I would stay here again.

I stayed in royal paradise patong for 2 weeks. Hotel is located in a central location it's almost near everything , around 10 minutes walking distance to jungceylon shopping center as well as to patong beach. A different varieties of restaurants and pubs are all around the hotel. The only comment was how to communicate with hotel staff. Honestly they are doing their best to understand clients from all over the world but still staff need a kind of improvement to learn English language so communi... Read more

This place is an absolute joke! Upon checking out we where told that we had a broken their tissue box case, and needed to pay for the damages. But guess what we didn't break it! We were told that if we couldn't tell them who broke it and if we weren't prepared to pay for it they would call the police. Unfortunately visiting Thailand had left a sour taste in my mouth from this one man at the hotel. My recommendation is to check your room for anything that is wrong and notify reception immediatel... The size and scale of this hotel as one of the largest in Patong allow it to provide a broad range of services to its guests. It provides a wonderful breakfast and comfortable rooms. There are extensive pools and also a spa service on site and it is only about 200 metres from the beach with the central areas of Patong being located nearby. Tip: Some rooms get a lot of noise from the nightclubs, if it Paradise wing ask for an even numbered room (south side) and if in Royal wing ask for an easter... Read more

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was a very enjoyable experience staying at this very good 5 star hotel. We stayed at a normal room at first but after a couple of nights stay we changed our room to a pool front room and it was terrific. The balcony had a great jacuzzi from which you could enter the main pool. The food, tidiness of the room and the service was great. Would recommend it to anyone who likes to stay at a luxury hotel in thailand.

Stayed here for a few nights on holiday. Check in was easy. Staff helpful and took our bags to our rooms. Rooms old but nice with no issues. I had a corner room which had a huge rap around balcony which was great, had a view of the beach and hills. Location is about a 5 minute walk to Bangla road, which we found to be a good distance away from the nightlife for a quiet night yet close enough for a quick walk back home. One thing we did not realize is that most of the bars and massage places in... Read more

Located in the Paradise area of Phuket, it was close to Bangla Road and the nightlife that Phuket is known for. Paradise has its own nightlife too‚?¶. Whatever your lifestyle or fun your seeking while in Phuket, the Royal Paradise Hotel is in walking distance. The rooms are very nice and quite comfortable. A remote panel on the bedside table controls most features of the room, which makes things very convenient. The pool area is stunning, with a large pool, a wading pool and a large area for... The breakfast buffet with lots of varieties... The pool... And most of all the location of the hotel, near almost everything, nightlife of Bangla, jongcylon mall... In short its a worthy stay and a very happy one for all honeymooners ;)

I enjoyed my stay at The Royal Paradise Hotel. It was comfortable, professional and helpful staff, and centrally located in Patong. Check in was a breeze, check in staff were quick and professional. Room was much more bigger and spacious than I had expected so that was a welcome surprise. Will consider this hotel again if I return to Phuket

Hotel is good and their swimming pool is awesome. We had our room in 21st floor and the view was stunning!! loved every moment in the balcony. Rooms are clean. Their breakfast spread us very nice. Main attraction is its walkable distance to bangla road (2mins by walk) and patong beach (10 to 15mins walk). Yet hotel rooms are quite and comfortable. Only draw back is wish staff were little friendly at the reception. We were an hour early for 2pm check in and were asked to wait. When we ask... Read more

What a wonderful hotel to stay in, great views from higher floors and down the lift. Location is fantastic only 2 minutes away from the main strip! Pool area very quiet and relaxing although quite a few steps in 35degrees heat was hard work. Patent is an amazing place to go for tourists especially over songkran festival time Lots and lots of bars restaurants and a great beach all within 10-15 mins walk. We stayed bed and breakfast and always plenty to choose from Would recommend

Travelling through phuket on our way to Koh Phi Phi we had a single night at Patong and chose Royal Paradise. The hotel lobby is very encouraging on first arrival and the warm welcome by the reception was great. Note patong is generally quite far from the airport (1 hour taxi). The hotel is relatively close to Banglor road but far enough to remain quite for a decent sleep. However the walk down from the hotel to the main road can be quite sketchy late at night. Great Hotel, which is walking distance to all the major attractions in Patong. We stayed for 4 nights in August. Pool and the pool bar are great, lobby bar has great cocktails and dinner. Breakfast is good, can be very crowded at times. You have to ask for bacon, which after other hotels was a new experience.
