When we originally booked this hotel it was under a different name so when we arrived in Thailand we had a hard time finding it at first. The hotel has a great location, its walking distance from everything (restaurants, beach, bars and mall). It's very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very professional and helpful. The restaurant has great food everyday. The only issue we had with this hotel is there was no hot water for the 4 days we were there. We called and they said they would look ... Read more

Had my pleasant stay in Aspira Prime Patong known as Eastin easy , very friendly staff, clean room and very near to bangla street, junglecylon shopping complex also close to Hard rock cafe. Lot of options of food shop nearby which made my trip so awesome.

Its a very nice hotel in the prime location. Everything in very close by from hotel beach, Bangla road , malls etc. Hotel staffs were fast and helpful. There is no restaurants in hotel ( only for breakfast). Though there are thousands of restaurants close by. No reason , not to visit again the Aspira prime.

We stayed here for 7 nights. First, we were booked in a superior room facing the street. Well, lets put it this way....the noise is unbearable! So we upgraded to a Deluxe room facing the other way(aka sea-view...which is a joke). The towels looked like they've just survived WWII. I asked for a replacement, got another set of the same shredded towels but the 3rd time I got lucky and was given new towels. Breakfast was ordinary, same thing for 7 days...ex: reheated spaghetti. You can't get a decen... Read more

after responding to a "special one hour deal for 4 star hotels" on Agoda, we got Eastin Easy (since changed name to Aspira Prime). it certainly was not 4 star! we paid a reasonable price ($65), but now see it advertised for $AUD43! Reception so small that the firve of us and our luggage filled it. it was raining when we arrived and we had to drag our luggage across flowing gutters - there is no-one to help. there were a lot of girls behind the counter where the receptionist was tring to boo... I was looking for a budget option in Patong, close to the nightlife but not very noisy. Aspira was a good choice. Room was clean, great shower, comfortable bed. Free tea and coffee from a round-the-clock coffee machine in the lobby. The only down side - is that the rooms facing the road can be quite noisy during night if a car with loud music on passes by. Otherwise, worth the money paid.

The hotel itself was great really clean and modern, probably one of the nicest showers I've had in my 4 week stay. However the wi fi which was essential for us backpacking and booking hotels etc was non existent, had to use the wifi for the mijeir hotel up the road. The staff were rude and unhelpful when we asked about the wifi they told us our phones were broken and that it was working fine (that's 4 of us with broken phones then!) so basically had none the whole 3 days! Overall location bri... Read more

I had visited this Hotel in Feb this year for my Honeymoon. The hotel is decent and clean. More importantly, it is located close to Patong beach and the local market. Also Indian restaurants (with Jain food options) are in close proximity, one being right next to the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful, as we had one of our luggage's misplaced at the airport & the hotel staff communicated with them in their local Thai language & urged to get it delivered asap. Good Service, Nice rooms. For ... Read more

Nice place to stay with family. First I have to appreciate hotel representatives and attenders. This hotel is excellent place for stay couple/family/friends. As a family , we stayed there for 3 days and enjoyed our vacation without any issue during 2014. The hotel location is perfect and take a motor bike to explore more as a champ or use nearest tour guide packages to explore more without tension. I was so happy to get my native food from Madras cafe Phuket. Hospitality - 5/5 Cleanliness - ... Read more
