We spent only one night at this incredibly beautiful place, but if I could, I would have stayed a week! This summarizes what I think of this "much-more-than-a-hotel"! The resort's site is on a lagoon and most of the rooms have a balcony with a view of it. The room was rather large and fully equipped and everything was impeccably clean; In addition, the bed was extremely comfortable. The welcoming 'ceremony' at the hotel was very friendly and there was immediately a feeling of trust with all the ... Read more

Most Relaxing resort in Pisanulok; Variety of Choice for Breakfast and nice swimming pool overlook to the big pound. Room is clean and comfortable. Present stay for us. Just some mosquitos during the hour of 18:00-19:00 but the staffs bring some anti-mosquitos spray and it does help a lot. Love the bath tub.

The rooms here are very comfortable and there is zero noise, so you should sleep very soundly. Massive bath to relax in, and very high refreshing rain shower. Having a large lake / pond with lotus flowers around which the rooms are built, you can expect mosquitoes at dusk, so best close your balcony door. However it is still by peaseant to eat out on the boardwalk in front of the restaurant, both in the evening and for breakfast. If you tend to get bitten then wear long pants and long sleeves... Superb rooms but the experience is completely ruined by a filthy swimming pool and a badly managed kitchen. Unable to talk to the manager in person as he chose this long holiday weekend (busy time) as this is the time he chose to have off. Taking it out on very pleasant staff is not fair. The managers need to take a more hands on approach to what undoubtedly could be a stunning experience.

We stayed only one night arriving only in the evening therefore our stay was rather short. We had booked the pool villa but as we were shown to the room there seemed to be some problem with the electricity, it kept going off. It had been raining and it appeared that there was some problem with the circuit breaker, which according to the technician was "exposed" to the elements. We did as were recommended, to stay in the float villa instead. We had not unpacked so we were happy we didn't have the... Read more

Most likely it's the best option for Phitsanulok: luxury spacious rooms all with balconies (incl. sofabed) with timeless design and great Kingsize beds! The whole resort concept is very well planned and realized. Indeed an amazing pool area! Breakfast exceptional for Thailand (made to order juices, etc.) However their rates for a double start around 100 USD (BF incl.) which is 3-4 times the local competition. So I'd also expect exceptional service but you'll be disappointed: - Wifi is (still!)... Read more

Really beautiful resort. The room was big and airy with a spacious bathroom. Our balcony faced the pool and pond so we had a great view. We had drinks at the hotelbar after dinner at the night bazaar. The waitress saw me scratching and immediately brought over some mosquito repellent. I found this very thoughtful! There are a few points they could improve on. There was no service at the pool. It would be great if they could offer that. And a lot of the staff members speak very little English. ... Read more

This is a very well designed hotel with the rooms weaving among the garden and from the rear opening to the full view of the swimming pool. With the lily pond and palm trees, you can see lots of wild life here without moving an inch! Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Food is fantastic. Beautiful restaurant. Romantic ! The reception staffs are a bit stiff though. They can't smile !

We spent 4 nights at the beginning of November in the Pattara Resort & Spa when visiting Sukhothai and Si Satchanalai. It is really a nice and quiet hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and pond. Our stay was very relaxing. The food in the restaurant is very good. The only small improvement could be the breakfast (a little bit more choice). The staff is nice but do not always understand English very well. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
