In my life i have experienced several budget hotels in Pattaya and the price - quality is for me very reasonable. The swimming pool is really worth visiting it for hours. You only will get jealous of the more expensive hotels surrounding it. You can visit the sky high swimming pool of the hotel next door for 350b including drink, hamburger and fries.

I stayed here in November 2015 and was satisfied, except for the rock hard beds. For my return visit in October 2016 I emailed months in advance that I'd like to stay again but needed a better mattress. Ms. Joy in reservations guaranteed me that they had newer softer mattresses available. Imagine my disappointment when I was booked into the exact same room as the year before with the exact same rock hard bead. I arrived late night on 20 October and did not sleep well on the terrible mattress... Read more

this is a very good value for money hotel we have stayed here three times now and always book a corner room which are nice and roomy with good bathrooms (although no bath, no balcony and no nice veiws) there is shampoo etc supplied. TV has some English speaking channels.the hotel in general is very clean and tidy. Breakfast is pretty good although not a lot of western choice but decent bacon eggs and toast. there is a nice bar area where you can get tea and coffee as well as alcohol and a patio ... Read more

I have stayed here about 5 times in past two years. As a solo traveller always feel safe.Love the nearby street food for lunch and dinner.Well located for access to Big C shopping,Art in Paradise and short baht bus trip to wharves where you can catch cheap ferry to island beaches.

Been here many times over the past 6 years and feel it's going in the wrong direction. Most staff, except the helpful receptionists, were indifferent at best. Breakfasts were ok but spoilt by the awful, dreary, repetetive background music which staff said they were not permitted to turn off or change on the boss's orders. He should be made to suffer it daily. The two other meals we had there were poor.

The rooms were clean, good water pressure with hot water at all times, cold air conditioning, and modern decoration which was much better than expected. I do not know of any other hotel in Pattaya like this at these extremely low rates! My only negative comment: When we checked in I asked for a non smoking room. I soon discovered that we were put on the smoking floor and our room smelled so bad that it made us feel sick. Upon complaining to reception they informed us that the hotel was fully ... Read more

I've stayed a number of times at sister property Sabai Lodge, service at Sabai Empress is just as good as I have experienced in the past. Staff was all smiles and always helpful. Housekeeping was prompt and always did a good job. Breakfast (mix of western and bland Thai dishes) was not much to speak of, better values and selection can be found around town, so I'd recommend not doing a rate with breakfast included. The only downside to this hotel is that the beds are rock hard. VERY uncomfor... Read more

Hotel really next to the road. When I checked from Agoda seem like they next to the beach but is not. Nice roof restaurant and swimming pool. Room was good. Car park in front hotel was to less space that annoyed me because sometimes not available at all.

Whilst the Hotel is reasonably new 3-4 years old and the furnishings are quite modern the Hotel was lacking a few minor things Power Points - there was only one dosnt sound much of an issue however when there is two of you and you both have ipads, i phones and your spending minimal time in the room , keeping everything charged was a challenge, having to unplug lights etc was a pain WIFI was atrocious hardly ever worked . its newer and more modern and more expensive than its sister hotles Sabai L...
