I stayed here last year and decided to book again. We stayed in villa A which is only rooms with balcony and are really quiet although all the rooms are pretty dark.we love the big pool and food is very good saying all that think it's time to try somewhere New. After such a long journey was delighted to arrive at sabai lodge early in the morning to check in to a receptionist who never spoke to us are even raised he's head. A few staff really friendly the rest don't want to be there after a 3 wee... Read more

Nice pools but poolside staff miserable and one particular lady quite rude. The rooms are of adequate size we stayed in room 618 which has corridor running along so made the rooms dark and dull. We faced the garden area which was stacked up with broken sun beds the shower in the room was hopeless and the wifi practically non existent. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels - 5 minute walk to the beach and bars. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice

tired looking rooms . other than that it was clean . massive beds , wetroom showers , nice pool , happy staff , it is what it is , hotel , aircon , big bed , shower. ,,restaurant was good with a good breakfast and the steak was nice , its a nice average hotel on a quiet soi out of the way from the madness , wouldent stay there again as for the same money could get better , but having said that was not a disappointing place to stay either .

Sabai lodge is a hotel that has been build more than 30 years ago. Half is renovated now and slowly the other rooms follow. I am coming here for many years. I like the people working there. Always helpful. You should know this is the training place for new personnel of all sabai hotels. So sometimes they mess up orders. But they are so happy when you point out their mistake and allow that to correct. I really like the big swimming pool and the food. Breakfast I never take as I wake up late. ... Read more

Everything you want in a hotel can be found at Sabai lodge. Friendly staff, relaxing pool, great cocktails, stunning Thai food, laid back vibes. Located on Soi 2, easy location for bars, tuk tuk ride 10baht per person to walking street. Rooms cleaned everyday, safe in room, air con was fab, easygoing hotel. Plan on returning.

As with all planned trips we read the reviews hoping to choose the right hotel and getting value for money. Its true to say Pattaya hotels in general need some sort of refurbishment if choosing low budget hotels. People need to realise if you want pristine / new / excellence you have to be prepared to pay for that and stay in the 5 star offerings Pattaya have to offer. OK sermon over. I enjoyed every day of my vacation staying in the Sabai lodge. Yes the rooms need updating however they were cle... Read more

Being a young, English couple we didn't want to stay somewhere overly sleazy and full of the usual Pattaya visitors. This is a good distance from the madness, with easy access via taxi (or 30min stroll) to walking Street if you want that. The pools were great and the room was clean, no sign of insects. We didnt book in advance, just rocked up and got the promotion deal of 800baht a night for basic room (no window). Great place to just sleep and have a quick swim. Oh and the onion rings were to d... clean , simple , comfortable and well located . it is part of adjoining sabai hotels chain and you can go from one property to the other . the location is close to popular international fast food outlets , and a local thai food market with all kind of fresh thai food available , which gave me options to control my dinner budget without losing on variety . excellent location . Lots of money changers once you walk down 200 yards . close to Hot spots too which was uncomfortable with the family

I have stayed at the Sabai Lodge about 10 times over the last 12 years. When I first stayed Soi 2 was bustling with great bars and the nightlife was very simply right on the doorstep. Over the years this has changed with the building of the Siam@Siam high rise hotel at the top of the street. The 4 pools are all nice, the rooms are ok and spacious, the food isn't bad and it is very inexpensive. The service isn't as good as it was 10 years ago, the rooms could do with a bit of renovation but i... Read more

I did stay in Sabai Lodge, Pattaya, during start of this year for an official purpose. This perticilar hotel is located in the centre of party town and is at a walkable distance to Walking Street through the nice Beach Road. Still you wont feel any noice, as you are a bit off the main road where most of the pubs are.

I have stayed here many times and the pools are lovely always well maintained. This time there seemed to be even more girls than usual and my room was near what seemed to be a revolving door room - he surely had stamina! However notwithstanding the girls this is a good value hotel and using the Baht buses gets you most places in minutes
