Food was terrible! Nothing much for vegetarians. No taste and blank.. Even for non veg nothing much. Very limited options. Rooms are well kept. But the walkway to the rooms should be refurbished. Water patches on the carpet and lot of dust. Old hotel Wifi is very good.

Had to wait for check-in arrived too early in the morning. Although the staff was friendly and willing to help. Very close to everything shopping beach restaurant's spa in the hotel. The breakfast was really good and they had everything fruit, eggs, rolls, stir-fry, sausage, cereal. The hotel was inexpensive, great pool and lots of children. Good Stay

Stayed for 6 nights . great sea view . Breakfast average. Value for money. Location is ideal for central Pattaya , near the beach ,close to an abundance of restaurants. Had many Russian guests who sit outside the hotel steps drinking from beer cans and bottles which they buy in 7 eleven.

Stayed there for one night without any prior booking, the hotel rooms are spacious. We got upgraded for free as it was low season. The wifi was good and the location is not near the beach but it was 5-7 mins walk. The room had a good view of the beach but from a distance. Definitely staying there again.

I came to this hotel as my friends wanted the use of an outdoor pool and we moved from another hotel. I hate writing bad reviews and this is not a bad hotel...again as with most places in Thailand you get what you pay for. The communal areas are in dire need of renovation as the carpets/lift and the ceilings look like they haven't been touched in years. The reception looks very nice but again very dated. The staff as again with most cheap places in Thailand struggle with the language barrier.... Read more

Well its a good deal for this amount of money. Pool was clean, room was clean and spacious. But washroom had no tissues or water system to wipe after poop.shower was not satisfying. Architecture is old. 5min walk-down from beach. The biggest mall central festival was 20baht ride from here. So hotel placing was good. Rest upto you

I stayed for 3 nights there, at 9th floor , sea facing room, but out side room there was water leakage I think from central ac, but that was ok when u in room Room was spacious, tv in the room has only one hindi channel and two english rest thai which I don't understand Staff was humble, and helping. Good breakfast with many options Clean swimming pool to relax, I would recommend for higher floor and sea facing room
