Go there for the view. It is located on a beautiful small beach in the trendy area of Pattaya, that it shares with the famous Yacht Club in the Pratumnak area. As for the food, go for Thai, don't bother with their "International Fare". The Spareribs arrived cold and tasteless; Thai item on the menu, on the other hand were tasty and hot. That also went for the appetizers. It was a Saturday night and the service brigade was somewhat overstrained. Nevertheless, a pleasant evening, a stunning sunset... Read more

The hotel was typical of current Thailand - Tired staff - indifferent food - the curries tasted more like irish stews or Russian soup - no spices - the area is off the Baht bus route so getting around is expensive. At the top of the main street the dogs from the Dolphin hotel are constantly attacking white people. There are no good restaurants as all the food has been modified to Russian taste - the only place I've been in Thailand where you don't get Thai dipping sauces served automatically - j... Read more

I've been in a few different hotels around Pattaya Cosy Beach is by far the worst I've stayed in. Don't be fooled by the website, looks very nice but once I arrived and checked in I was very disappointed. Not the easiest place to catch a taxi into town, had to walk most of the way up the hill for a motorbike. Staff didn't seem very interested to help but by the time I left a couple did give me a smile. Wifi turned out to be a computer in the main entrance.

A couple of miles outside the hustle and bustle of Pattaya this place is a fantastic place to "chill". The hotel rooms are average, but the two pools, location and friendly staff are far above average. The room was functional, cleaned to a high standard daily and of a good size. All the staff were friendly.Their spoken English was limited, but then again my Thai is non existent. One pool is a real pool and is very large, the second pool is more family friendly with a walk down area, slide etc, t... Read more

Love the pool, excellent food and staff excellent. Great location overlooking Sky Gallery and beach. Value for money with breakfast included. Only down side was the wifi not free and restricted to room and lobby with sometimes poor reception.

I'm glad to stay in Cosy beach hotel which recommended me my tourist manager. Room service was very good: cleaned every day with 2 bottles of water and and flowers. Very quiet hotel: no noise, no cars, no children (I love children;)). Near hotel there are many cafes and shops. Breakfast was great and so tasty. I recommend to stay in superior room, because of ocean view which I stayed.
