Go there for the view. It is located on a beautiful small beach in the trendy area of Pattaya, that it shares with the famous Yacht Club in the Pratumnak area. As for the food, go for Thai, don't bother with their "International Fare". The Spareribs arrived cold and tasteless; Thai item on the menu, on the other hand were tasty and hot. I've been in a few different hotels around Pattaya Cosy Beach is by far the worst I've stayed in. Don't be fooled by the website, looks very nice but once I arrived and checked in I was very disappointed. Not the easiest place to catch a taxi into town, had to walk most of the way up the hill for a motorbike. Staff didn't seem very interested to help but by the time I left a couple did give me a smile. Wifi turned out to be a computer in the main entrance.
