Stayed here, in the Royal wing, floor 15, with a large group of friends, 5 nights. Positives Great location, walking distance to everything Room sizes are fair. Large bed Comfy chairs and plenty of desk space and places to put luggage Easy to use and free safe in rooms Gym and spa are faultless - the spa ladies even organised a cake for our friend's bday. They are lovely and very accommodating Pool area is beautiful, gardens/grounds well maintained, the grounds staff are very friendly Lob... Read more

The location of the hotel is perfect, 1 block from bangala rd, 2 blocks from the beach. The room is sound proof for when you need to sleep blocking the party noise. Breakfast is fantastic!! Great selection of food for all nationalities. Pool is warm and on 3 levels so you can swim in a quiet section or spend your time at the pool bar, happy hour is buy one get one free. The resturant on the top floor is beautiful. There is only a few minor glitches, the rooms are older but very clean, the towel... Read more

Property is getting a bit dated. We noticed a quite a big difference from the last visit in 2014. Pool has algae in between tiles and generally a bit grubby. Service was good but the food was pretty average.Great location.

The highlight of the property is the location and how near it is to every place we want to visit while we are in Phuket. Its 2 mins walk from the Bangla road famous for its nightlife. The hotel is a walking distance from all restaurants, bars, street shopping, Patong beach, night clubs, shopping center etc. The rooms are decent at the price the sell it for. Although, the hotel charges extra THB 1000 per guest, if you have an extra guest visiting your room. The swimming pool is fabulous with a ... Read more

Very busy hotel, but still, the service was amazing. Felt welcome. Nice hotel, amazing food. Clean rooms. Very accessible market outside, dedicated car parking. Can't find one thing wrong with the hotel.

So we wanted a few days in Patong and ended up booking here. Everything was fine, nothing special, not good, not bad. We stayed in the wing near the pool and if you plan on sleeping before 3am stay somewhere else or high in the tower. Rooms were clean if a little dark, grey tiles didn't do it any favours. Hotel was build in 2004 but looks and feels like a throwback of the seventies.

Stayed here with my partner for the past 2 weeks and had the best time imaginable! Phuket is an amazing place with so much to do. First of all the staff at the Royal Paradise are brilliant, very helpful always polite and happy people, especially the pool bar staff the 2 ladies who help you book all of your trips and i think his name was 'Butt' who was always around the lobby and pool bar area. The holiday wouldn't have been the same without these friendly faces around the hotel. The hotel offe... Read more

I stayed here with my partner for 8 nights in July 2016. At the time of my booking I was able to upgrade from a standard room in the paradise wing to a deluxe room in the Royal wing for free. This was good! The room was nice and spacious. When we arrived however a light bulb in our room kept flickering and the soap holder in the shower kept falling off revealing sharp metal. Thankfully the staff fixed this issue before we even told them anything was wrong! The only negatives I would have to sa... Read more

The hotel is nice, good location, close enough to the main areas but far enough to get a break from them as well. The Pool area is good but would imagine is a bit on the small side when the hotel is really busy. The main issue we had was noise within the hotel at night, we were on the 10th floor and seemed we could hear when anyone on the floor flushed the toilet or were walking through the corridors at night. The rooms were adequate but probably ready for a refurbishment, but they were very fun... Read more

If staying in this hotel only stay in the Royal wing which is close to the pool and the rooms are clean and tidy with white (not grey) towels. The paradise wing is tired and a bit shabby - need a bit of a upgrade with a lick of paint and new towels and bed linen. Staff very helpful and friendly. Both relationship managers fantastic

Having been to Patong Beach 10 times previously but not in the last 3 years, I did a lot of research before deciding on the Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa. The main reasons for selecting this hotel were the location in the centre of Patong (close to the Gay Paradise Centre), proximity to Bang La Road and Jung Ceylon Shopping Centre as well as the facilities (pool with wet bar, spa, gym etc) and reviews on Trip Advisor and other travel sites. The location suited us perfectly and the value for money w... Read more

Stayed at the new wing. Room was ok. Hotel is located at the little gay street. Location wise is that you have to walk like 15 minutes walk to the busy streets of Bangla Road and the mall. Breakfast buffet has many varieties but it was average only.

Average hotel. Old building that needs some urgent maintenance. We stayed 2 nights and that was more then enough. The hallway had a bad smell which was unpleasant. The rooms are ok, the bathroom had medium water but not hot. The staff was friendly and polite. If they would lower the price the hotel would be worth it.

Arrived late evening Saturday. Had trouble with staff straight away as our son was with us but not checking in. They hassled us about him not staying in room even though we assured them he had another hotel organised. The night manager was very aggressive and clearly not interested in what we were telling her. We eventually sorted this out. Was quite upset as after a long flight all we wanted was a shower and quiet time to unwind but we were quite agitated after this event. Next day our son came...
