We stayed at Graceland for 7 nights during our first trip to Thailand. Hotel is conveniently located across from the beach and close walking distance to Patong Beach, restaurants and bars. The hotel was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was spacious and included a separate lounge room. It overlooked the pool, mountains and the hotel gardens. You could even hear the sound of crashing waves on the shore. Housekeeping staff were efficient and friendly. The gardeners also did a gre... Read more

We stayed only one night in this hotel booked through booking.com in best price and we found that this is best located luxury hotel in Phuket nearby 700 meters from patong beach. The best value of what we paid during our trip. They have nice property with beautiful swimming pool, nice garden and best breakfast we have found during our 22 days business trip in Thailand. You can see the beautiful sunset view from restaurant area, enjoyed dinner at restaurant. Only things if they renovate building ... Read more

First off i will say that the grounds and pool's of the hotel were very clean and nice.some of the staff on the other hand need attention. Not that they were rude but for a four star resort i expect a lot more.Examples when walking into empty restaurants with six staff standing out the front you would think a greeting would be nice and not for them all to run away,After walking around for 3 minutes looking for a highchair we finally got someone to serve us.Except for the reception managers who he... It is a wonderful resort which no package operator offers. We booked it directly through Agoda. Price offered was amazingly low. Resort location is the best which offers serenity of resorts of Karon beach yet is very near to heart of town and bang on Patong beach. The facilities of the resort were five star with excellent service, cleanliness and privacy. The resort upgraded our pool facing rooms to pool access rooms which added to the fun and experience. Recently had 11 nights here. Resort rooms a little dated, but very clean. Linen changed every day. The shower was quite old and the nozzle kept falling down, drainage was very poor from the shower. Great pool complexes, but can't understand why they cannot be used after 8 pm. This is the time of day when a nice relaxing swim would be the best way to end a hot sticky day.

Stayed at Graceland about 15 minute walk to Bangla rd and shopping . Had a pool access room. Beautiful . Well worth the extra money . I found the buffet breakfast a little disappointing. With not a lot of western food. I also found the staff not as friendly . The pool bar staff were not willing or able to interact or participate with guests. Very clean hotel. The BBC restaurant on the front of the complex had great food. Loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

This was our 3rd time returning to Gracelands as we have always loved it here. There were 5 in our group, 2 adults and 3 kids and we stayed for 10 nights. It was our second stay in the 2 bedroom suites and I was very disappointed with how run down our room was. Also to mention dirty. There were some sort of marks that ran down the tiles next to the toilet that still was there to the day we checked out, we constantly had issues with house cleaning as she would never replace enough towels always s... Our second visit to Gracelands. I was looking forward to the large garden and long pools once again and it certainly didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful as usual except the travel agent who just pointed to concierge to arrange for a bungee jump experience myself and they, concierge and bungee company proceeded to ask for limitless hidden amounts I'd rather have had planned and packaged! This was my first visit to Thailand and of course first visit to Graceland Resort. Graceland has two sections to it, a new wing and an older wing. I stayed in the older wing, therefore I can only discuss this part of the hotel accommodation wise. The exterior of the hotel is a little tired and in need of a touch up. The walls are very thin and could hear a lot of what was happening from my loud neighbors. Regarding noise, the Air Con was rather loud too, lucky for me I didn't sleep with Air Co... Read more

You absolutely cannot beat this location. At this resort you are at the northern end of the beach away from the crowds.. but Bangla Road is a 10 minute walk. I honestly could not imagine a better place to chill by the pool/beach all day then explore the markets in the evening. Perfect location & really fun loving Resort!!! Upbeat music plays all day around the pool areas creating a cool atmosphere. Highly recommend to ALL. 4 star standard- but 5 star experience.

A Great resort and location. Beach across the road. Plenty of beautiful gardens and designated area's not cramped very spacious. Great quality pools covering the whole area. Buffet breakfast is huge and lots to choose from. Rooms are always clean and well maintained . My family and I come back here every year. Why look for anywhere else, when the staff are so very pleasant and its always a fantastic experience.

Great Hotel Top location. 8 of us stayed there this hotel is located just far enough away from the hustle and Bustle. The pool bars and cocktails are always great. Buffet breakfast is so big you couldn't jump over it, after 2 weeks a piece of toast and coffee was enough. Would stay there again without hesitation. If you are looking for transport just ask for Mr Sam in the car park / lobby and I have no doubt he will look after you.

A very god resort close enough to everything, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle. We have stayed at Graceland 3 times now out of our 10 trips to Phuket, and will only stay there when we go to Phuket in the future. We stayed in a deluxe pool view (new) and highly recommend the little bit extra you pay. Massive pool and family friendly

Ideal hotel walking distance, about 20 mins, from Bangla Road, close enough to get to the action yet far enough to get away from it. Hotel itself is good. Breakfast is ok, served en masse which I didn't enjoy, rushed and very busy. Lovely pools to enjoy swimming and bathing, and beach just across the road. Patong is busy, itself very commercial.

Without doubt the best location in Patong. It's Big, I like to 'swim' to the beach via the hotel pools. I like the turf and I was very happy at this resort. In the morning there are annoying bird sounds that twitter - hey wake up ! look at this place so nice like a palace for a royal couple my girlfriend loved the ponds and pools of fish. the breakfast is superb, go bowling and walk around a big resort in awe 2017 April 10 I will be a guest. again because of the location and amenities

There are 8 rooms up there and for most of our stay we had that pool to ourselves as only two other rooms were occupied and they were out most of the time. No problem except I paid for a family room for 4 and got 2 double beds and a sofa lounge instead of 1 double and 2 singles, which made an uncomfortable sleep who ever had to sleep on the sofa lounge. I have just spent 5 nights at this resort having previously been at its namesake but different chain in Khao Lak. The resort is at the quiet end of Patong or per the map is on Kalim Beach. I would describe it as a hybrid resort in both its styling and who it is trying to attract. We were in the new section the sunset wing and had a pool access room. The room, I could not fault, was the most spacious I have had in SEA and was well furnished. The pool balcony was very large and had a 2 lounges wi... Read more

This is our second time in Phuket, first time in Patong. The resort itself is beautiful and very close to the beach and the shops and everything. Worst thing about the resort is the internet conection which was not really good, and the breakfast which is the same every day. Also a lot of employees speak little or no english so it was kinda hard to get something. But the best part and the only reason we would come back is the entertainment team, Barbara, Stan, Mia and Tina. They are amazing, all ... Read more

Great Hotel. Check was pretty standard but friendly. The rooms we stayed in were old but very clean, there is a new section of the hotel but we never saw the rooms. The view from the balcony was great, it overlooked the pool and we had good glimpses of the beach, we could see the waves breaking on the shore only a 100 meters away. In one of the pools the hotel provided entertainment for the guests everyday. The other 2 pools were more relaxed and a few less people which suited me fine. Breakfa... Read more

This was our second visit in 18 months to Gracelands and this time we brought our 7 yr old son and my mother (for babysitting). Firstly: love how clean everything is and how welcoming everyone is. As we booked through flight centre / infinity holidays (for MyTime) we were given a 30% discount at the grace spa. Omg! Amazing!!! I went three times during our 14 night stay because they were so good! At 1260 baht (1800 baht normally) it was great value for money. In Australian that's about $40 for a ... Read more

While planning my dream vacation, it was very clear in my mind that the hotel had to be AAA! Phuket Graceland is that and much more. Location is superb, facilities are awesome, staff lovely... i could go on and on....the only thing we struggled a bit was the food bit, had to be halal plus am nearly vegetarian! The resort has a halal breakfast restaurant but has limited choices, maybe they can look into that. Apart from that the 10 days i spent there in july 2016 can easily be the best vacation ... Me and my family had such an amazing first holiday in Phuket, and Graceland was the perfect hotel for us all. The hotel was well set out and very close to different activities for us to do outside of the hotel, it was very family oriented because it had family activities for us all to participate in. These activities were run by the carpe diem team and I'd like to thank Barbara Stan Martina and Mia a lot for running all these activities for us. We hope you are there next time we visit.

We have just come back after spending 7 nights at the Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa. The Location is very good, you are within walking distance to restaurants, massage places, mini marts, markets, Bangla Rd and the beach is right across the road. The rooms are well appointed and very spacious (we had a family room - 2 adults/2 children). The Main restaurant for breakfast can be quite busy, after a couple of days we discovered the Sunset Restaurant and ended up going there for breakfast for th... Read more

Had a BRILLIANT 9 day stay here at Graceland. We upgraded to the deluxe pool entry room, which is well worth the money. The OUTSTANDING entertainment team 'carpe diem' made our kids holiday sooo much fun,.. the kids disco and volleyball a real hit. Barbara, Stan, Martina and (especially) Mia made it such a cool holiday,... I think we'll be coming back next year (as long as they will be here)! Food was EXCELLENT,.. pools were perfect for the kids. WIFI worked well for us! The only negative wa... Read more

This place is the nicest we have been to in awhile. Start your day in there ample fitness centre or with some bikram yoga (extra cost) then follow with a free buffet breakfast with loads of options. Swim in one of there beautiful pools ( the main pool is the best it has all the activities) then eat in one of the 4 restaurants. They even have a Belgian beer cafe, pricey but great choices. Bangla road is only a 10 minute walk and beach is right across the road. The only thing to remember when orde... Read more

Currently staying here for seven nights, on our third night in. This resort is amazing. We had a slight problem (due to medical issue) and management (Stuart) went above and beyond to assist. It's close to everything but if u can't be bothered to walk to main area expect to pay 200 baht for a tuk tuk. Breaky great (bring own vegemite)Three pools, all awesome. Sunset wing more quiet but main pool great for kids with heaps of entertainment

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days at Phuket Graceland. The staff are wonderful, and the resort has a lot to offer! Their kids club is fantastic. My 8yo daughter Lilly just loved kids club so much, she spent a lot of her time there by her own choice! There are lots of activities for kids of all ages, the girls are lovely and Lilly made many friends there. We would especially like to thank the Carpe Diem group. They were a highlight for us and especially for Lilly. They run all sorts of fun acti... Read more

This resort is fanastic. We stayed in the sunset wing and did not regret it. The pool access was very easy as pools are everywhere, including direct access from ground floor rooms. The Belgian beer cafe is right on the beach front of the resort and although more expensive than bars outside the resort it is a must visit. Also the view from The View bar is stunning. WiFi is available but we had real trouble with it as it kept cutting out. There is beach access or a main gate. Bangla rd and every ... Read more

Family (two adults, two kids 4,6) Room: large Sunset deluxe family room in building 5. Half view to pool. A little less than half of these rooms look into a building wall (but not issue for us). Nice room. Generally cleaned well. Housekeeping are very kind. Poor soundproofing. If you get noisy chinese close, you will not get much sleep. High season must be a problem. Hotel: we almost only used the pool. The long and large one (Sunset pool). Very nice and clean. Ok bar service (not fast and the... Read more

Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa is a fantastic resort. I have coeliac disease and they cater for my dietary requirements. Food allergies is not a choice and a lot of resorts do not understand this but Graceland do. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Reception desk staff have helped us out a couple of times and have been very courteous and obliging. Breakfast is amazing. The pools are beautiful. They even provide entertainment and ac... Read more

We spent 12 nights at Graceland not knowing what to expect, but was greatly surprised. The resort is comfortable and relaxing with great service and close to shops and beach. I have to personally thank the entertainment staff, as they accommodated my 8 year old grand daughter in every way. They built a strong bond with her straight away, offering a large range of fun activities every day and friendly greetings. She was terribly sad to say goodbye to them, even a few tears were shed. We stayed here recently with 9 friends. Half of us had been to Patong before but this was our first stay at Gracelands. We stayed in the newer Sunset Wing and had a pool access room. The room was large, the AC was excellent and the bathroom is equipped with a plastic rubbish bin. Very sensible as so many people get a bit of Thai Belly even when you try to avoid ice and tap water. I was surprised that they didn't provide hair conditioner but they had things like razors, cotton buds etc. Getting i... Read more

The pools were clean and had a choice of 4 pool areas, the rooms were perfect and everything you needed was available. The breakfast was great with a overall good variety daily. The restaurant by the side road was unpleasant none of the spring rolls fried rice or pizza was tasty so bad I forgit the name. The German beer hall was vibey and enjoyable. I stayed at this resort with my family in 2 rooms from 26 July for 10 nights. Excellent pools, clean surroundings, great buffet breakfast, services and facilities. Was our first time overseas and the resort was a refuge from the busyness of Patong on those first couple of days and a great base to explore from. Staff were super friendly, unobtrusive and there to help whenever you needed them. Would recommend to any one! Thanks for a great stay.
