We stayed in this hotel from 14 - 17 April 2016. We had a sea facing suite, and it was perfect. Nice size room with a lounge area and a good view. Aircon worked well, which is important! Rooms are nicely cleaned and serviced. The buffet breakfast is adequate, with a wide range of options available. Swimming pool area is nice a quiet and clean, and there is a "shortcut" exit/entrance to the beach down the stairs from the pool. Close enough to Patong beach to be able to walk around. I would stay h... Read more

Stayed here for 10days in a family room- 2 bedrooms with TVs and ensuite, 2 kitchenettes and huge living room easily fitted our group of 2 adults and 5kids. Staff were exceptionally friendly, even invited us to join their family on a truck for Songkran festival (so much fun!). Location was easy walking distance to everything and their breakfasts had the most range of anywhere we've stayed before. Thanks Andaman- we'll be coming back for sure!!

Returned for another great stay at ABS in March (sorry for the late review). I love this place, terrific staff, good food, the BBQ night for 750B is great value for all you can eat plus entertainment. I am always given a room on the 15th floor which has great views and is always cleaned well. Great massages by the pool are always a great relaxing plus. Never had a bad time or bad service & never had a problem with the WiFi. Hopefully I will be back next year for my 10th visit.

We have stayed here before & enjoyed the experience, however this trip we have not. They are doing heavy drilling all day long, which makes it impossible to relax around the pool. Despite complaints, the noise continues. I understand that upgrading is necessary, but I feel & so do our friends, we should have been told of this before they accepted our booking. We have been forced to leave the hotel for the entire day because we cannot sit & swim in the pool area.

Warm welcoming followed by a refreshing welcome drink. Spacious rooms with big windows, with poolside view. Wonderful location, right beside the Patong beach, perfect for a night beach walk. Clean and blue swimming pool was an added advantage. Quality of breakfast was too good! Altogether a happy stay!

When we arrived we were told our booking was cancelled (despite having our booking confirmation with us) they also couldnt provide us with the cancellation they supposedly received from our travel agents. It took almost 2 hours to resolve the Issue, calling our travel agents back and forth and being billed for the calls. They put us in a room a class below what we booked and paid for, the bathroom was dirty and had a funny smell coming from the shower drain. A day after we were moved to a bet... Read more

We went there for one of the day and the hotel was very average. The breakfast was above the average but the rooms were not up to the mark. The location is amazing and the street outside is nice. Try to book the room in bigger building rather than the small adjoining building.

We only stayed here as we paid for a Scoopon deal for 8 nights - I loved it. Nice clean room, very spacious for two people. The deal included the Deluxe Seaview room, when we arrived we were put on level 7 and even though you could see the Beach and water we requested to be moved up higher which the hotel were more than happy to accommodate. We were moved to level 11 and it was a great view from the balcony. The breakfast isn't the best I've had but it was sufficient enough. The only disappoint... Read more

I am at Phuket airport waiting to fly home back to Perth, Australia. We just stayed here for 10 nights using a Scoupon Voucher. Staff were nice, and we had a couple of maintenance issues which they attended to really well, but that is where it stops for us. Breakfast was OK, but certainly nothing to write home about, and the ambience / atmosphere here was like a wet rag. This hotel seriously needs to do more with it's guests to encourage people to mingle. I know it is low season in Phuket at t... Read more

The view of the pool and the ocean from the 16th floor was amazing, loved watching the sunset from our generous sized balcony. We had 2 double beds on arrival, but upon request, they quickly came and transferred them into one big one. Breakfast was good, a little more selection would have been good. Massage ladies were lovely and one worked very hard to fix a pain I had gotten in my neck and she did relieve the pain. Having just stayed in the last week, I would not recommend based on staff and facilities. Whilst situated within walking distance of most places in Patong, I found the linen to be stained and worn and the staff unhelpful. It took several attempts to organise a late 6pm checkout, despite what appeared to be a low occupancy period. This was difficulty to believe considering I have had no issues with this in the past and would be out of hotel prior to a majority of inbound flights arriving. Once I ... Read more

Stayed in the other building which had the view of the city. Overall I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only hiccup I had was the electricity in the room kept tripping, called the front desk and it was dealt with in a very professional manner, was sorted out quickly. The breakfast was absolutely awesome. All of my tours were done through the hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic and amazing, went out of their way to help.

We had a room on the 10th floor which had a good view. (lower floors worse & higher floors better of course!) Room was clean & tidy, bathroom the same, although showing signs of age. The only issue we had with the bathroom was that the door opened up right next to the bed & the door was a frosted glass, so any night time visits tended to flood the bedroom with light. I have been disappointed by the Hotel and the staff. The Hotel is well located (Patong) but is dirty, not cleaned and obviously not interested by clients' reviews. Our only disappointment was the website was a little misleading in my opinion. I was under the impression there was a staffed kids club as that's what the site said, however, in reality there was a small kids room that had no staff. You are able to hire the hotels nannies though, which can then supervise in the kids room but that was not an option we chose. Aside from that, Beautiful clean hotel, lovely staff. It was a good hotel to stay. One can see the sea from their room. Food are good. Love to stay again in this hotel. Very good for honeymooners ;). Rooms are very clean. It is recommended to stay at higher floors with sea facing rooms. But this hotel is far from Bangla Road. Those who want to go to Bangla Road may have to take a vehicle or by walking also one can reach there. We took 20 mins walk to reach Bangla Road.

Hotel is located in Patong and its close to the main mall and walking street. Hotel itself is functional; the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is ok. The hotel has a pool, gym and tennis courts. I'd stay here again if I was just on my own, but if with family I'd probably chose something a little more luxurious. Overall a solid base for a Golf trip.
