Room service is available during limited hours. Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool and a children's pool. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas and the resort has an Internet point. For a surcharge, shuttle services include a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request), a theme park shuttle, a cruise ship terminal shuttle, and a ferry terminal shuttle. Tour/ticket assistance and tour assistance are available. Guest parking is complimentary. Additional property amenities include multilingual staff, gift shops/newsstands, and a grocery/convenience store. Guests have access to a partner property's outdoor pool. Beds come with triple sheeting and premium bedding. These individually furnished rooms include single sofa beds and desks. Guestrooms share bathrooms; amenities include double sinks, bidets, and makeup/shaving mirrors. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. In addition to ergonomic chairs and safes, guestrooms offer multi-line phones as well as free local calls (restrictions may apply). High-definition televisions have cable channels. Rooms also include complimentary bottled water and windows that open. Housekeeping is offered daily and guests may request wake-up calls.
