Great hotel. Central location. Great service & friendly staff. Would 100% stay here again. My partner and I had a deluxe sea view room which overlooked the pool. The breakfast buffet food was okay. All amenities quite clean & we'll looked after.

Loved that this hotel was away from the craziness of Patong beach yet it was all accessible via free shuttle they offer. The breakfast was great and our pool access room was the cherry on top! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new hotel!

Just what we needed after a month long yoga retreat! How wonderfully relaxing. Our welcome was amazing, welcome towels and a cold drink after a really long days travel and wonderful smiling helpful staff to assist in checking in! We were upgraded to an ocean view Villa for our second night, as I had booked the nights separtely and was originally in two different rooms, this was a wonderful surprise! Spent 2 nights here in a pool access room after a not so good experience at a resort in Khao Lak and it was most enjoyable. Everything was clean and tip top. Only really one downside the breakfast is not really that good. Within walking distance of good shopping centre and the night life.

We stayed 4 nights and the room is spacious with balcony. The hotel is situated on hill top, with glamorous seaview, and close to night market for food and malls for shopping. They offer free parking and the staff are nice. We took time to use the swimming pool and that was wonderful experiences to see sunset while swimming. However, it required us to remind them for room supplements. Overall, it was good.

If you are thinking about booking this hotel, do it!! I have just returned from 8 nights at The Senses Resort with my Fiancée and we are both speechless! The staff are some of the friendliest we have ever come across, right from the concierge team, to reception, to the tour guide lady, to the maids. Everyone is very friendly and smiley. The hotel is beautiful and so relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and feels so nice to come back to after a day at the beach or after shopping. ... Read more

Rejuvenation Suit Saw on agoda a deal for a room with twin tub, a necessity for our leisure diving trip to relax after a long day out diving. Room The room looks excellent with a great twin tub, however the location of the tub, after our first dip we kept reminding ourself to off the AC before using the tub or will freeze when we get out. A small balcony facing the beach was an excellent smoking area. Good for drying our diving gears too. On our last day, we used the tub to soak our dive gear... Read more

We have just returned from a week stay in a Rejuvenation Suite. Very spacious suite with separate living area and great veiws over the city. Service by the staff was exceptional with nothing being a trouble. We would like to thank in no particular order Por - Concierge, Choahm - Splash Bar, Nee - Breakfast (great eggs) Pare and Palmy - Breakfast. Pare and Christine - Reception. All staff that we met were bright and friendly. We would certainly stay again. Thankyou

Stayed here two years in a row, really nice hotel. It's located a few streets away from the Jungceylon Shopping Centre (7 mins walk). Free shuttle bus service goes to the beach and Jungceylon and picks up from them as well. I'd recommend a Pool Access Room. The room has air conditioning, mini bar, flat screen tv etc. Breakfast is ok, food at the bar is nice, I'd recommend the chicken club sandwich!

We had an incredible stay with The Senses. It was tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still an awesome location for easy walking between the main beach, Bangla Road and Jungceylon Shopping Centre. The main beach was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Sea View room, and it was quite spacious! Looked never slept in! It was like coming home to a "home away from home" at days end which couldn't have made our stay any more relaxing and comfortable. We opted for th... Read more

It may not be easy to find this hotel online as many booking websites would not show it to you, but it is a truly amazing place to stay when in Phuket. I visited this place a long time back however still remember it today. We took the pool access room and it was probably the best so far. The welcome drink they offer was out of this world and I wish I could request them to send it to me in India.. just kidding guys.

Taxi is around 800baht If you don't mind the travel between Patong beach and hotel, this place is good and quiet place, stay away from the party and noisy.

My friends and I stayed at The Senses Resort from the 10th to the 13th of July. We booked the Sea View deluxe room and weren't disappointed. The room was large and spacious and was really clean. The view itself is not bad as well, even though the resort is quite a distance away from the beach. We were unfortunate to have been here in the rainy season so it pretty much rained every morning, but if the skies were clear I would imagine the view to be great. Firstly, booked this hotel for my birthday trip. I am really particular in selecting hotels and just by a sum of fantastic reviews, I could possibly expect not to disappoint myself (as well as my partner) in terms of service, cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, etc. I really thought this hotel (or rather 4.5 star resort) would be a perfect accommodation for me and my partner. BUT NO! Before I start off with the huge disappointments, I would say the hotel is not too bad. The resort is strateg... Read more

Booked a package deal for 13 nights that seemed good value for money. The hotel itself was clean and well managed and the staff were more than helpful. Our package included a buffet breakfast, which was adequate though quite bland. There were a couple of disadvantages however. The Senses Resort Patong Beach is well equipped with a good sized pool, gym and a cafe for any holiday-goer who prefers just to chill out and relax. The size of the rooms are large, beds are comfy enough, bathroom is huge and has a balcony for one to lounge and enjoy the sea view if able to. Overall I like this hotel, the location is good, short walk down the hill to Patong, staff are very very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Pare at reception is the nicest person.
