Where do I start? Poor living conditions! Even jails wouldn't have have rooms like this! Mould everywhere, rotting wood on fixtures and decking, lights and electrical sockets falling apart. Poor customer service. When complaining about the room, the staff started to insult usin their own language. Absolutely appalling! I stayed one week in.May in one of the bungalows, at first all looked good. Nice pool, lovely gardens, then I discovered the bungalow! Door look took 5 minutes of fiddling to close. Mattress hard as a rock. Shower damaged, old with fittings hanging off. Flyscreens clogged with dust. Sitting on the patio on torture chairs is only possible if doesn't rain as the super moldy cover leaks everywhere. Breakfast is very poor if you manage to go trough hundreds of Chinese every morning.
