We've been coming here for more than 10 years now for our 4 week annual holiday. Last year there had been much "penny pinching" but this has now greatly improved. The staff are all very helpful and polite and usually sort out any problems. Yes, the place is in need of a make-over and 15 year old lampshades do not last very well, but we love it here. Always meet the same people from around Europe as they also always come back. It does give the feeling that the Chinese are being courted more than... Read more

Enjoyed seven nights as a group of six with main objective to play some golf but was delighted with the benefits of staying at the Hilton. Large rooms with balconies and sea view. Well stocked minibar with complimentary tea, coffee and water. Good showers, large bath, nice towels and usual soap, shampoo etc. Cleaned promptly on leaving with some nice touches of flower petals on bed. Breakfast plentiful. The only place to stay excellent facilities close to everything. It almost feels as if Hua Hin was built around the Hilton.Hotel is starting to show its age but still excellent. The pool area is fantastic and everything around is at your finger tips. The only thing to improve on is the internet access.

Our first choice was a pool villa at Centara but they were fully booked so we booked a suite here instead. It was spacious with a great view but it was tired, sparsely furnished, and in desperate need of an update. The bathroom had been updated and was nice and modern but the shower was quite grubby where it hadn't been cleaned properly. Most suites these days have coffee machines, this one offered sachets of Nescafe red cup - unacceptable! We had access to the small Club Lounge. The service w... Read more

Located on the beach but I wouldn't I didn't use the beach in Hua Hin because it looked pretty dirty, for as far as the eye could see. The hotel itself is quite dated, rooms are pretty nice, but loud air conditioning, patched holes here and there, hot and muggy elevators. Breakfast is good, nice pool and professional staff.

If you read some of the reviews the Hilton sounds like it's on its knees! It's not, trust me. The service level is outstanding, at check in try and get checked by a fantastic young lady called Beer, she is superb and exceeds any service standards I expect. There is a western manager who took time on several occasions to ask about our stay, very helpful. The hotel is very impressive, the pool area is a playground for kids, there is an actual kids club. It was always very clean and the staff were pretty friendly but we asked to pay extra to keep our room for longer and were told we weren't allowed which was kind of annoying so we had to sit in the hotel lobby for hours and there was no air con at all so we were very uncomfortable

This hotel is very nice including the lobby, pool/beach area & the rooms. It's also a great location. Unfortunately, the staff (other than the pool staff, they were helpful & friendly) needs some customer service training. The main issue was with check-in, they didn't want to honor our upgrade rate. We had the email confirmation with our upgrade rate but after we checked in we received an email from the Duty Manager-Front Office stating, "as a gesture of goodwill for your first time experien... What I didn't like: The rooms at Hilton Hua Hin need to be refreshed or renovated to keep it attractive to guests. Details: 1) Cleanliness is good, some dust can be found hiding in corners and around the bed headboards though. 2) Bathroom is generally clean, some mildew or mold around the shower stall, but that can't be helped due to the age and the ... One of several hotels which has it's own beach on Hua Hin. A walking distance to the night market and have tons of massage centres right opposite the resort. Great facilities and excellent breakfast spread. Not a good idea to visit Hua Hin in September as it's rainy weather but with a hotel like this you don't really need to worry about that and chill at the hotel itself. Only non plus point I can think of is free WiFi available only in lobby. You need to pay for WiFi in room.

if you only care about the location, this is the hotel suitable for your choice. However if you want to make your stay special, comfy then you should go for another hotels around. It was absolutely amazing. Yeah the hotel needs some refurbishing and the house keeping is not immaculate but the overall experience is amazing. The pool and private beach are the highlights. The pool is so good me and my 4 year old never wanted to go anywhere else. They have a special net for jelly fishes. The breakfast was very good. The locations is just amazing. Right out of the hotel are nice places to eat and walk around. We loved our stay here.
