This hotel is not only a beautiful place to stay and the service exceptional. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make you stay at the hotel relaxing and enjoyable. The room are large and luxurious and well appointed. I highly recommend this hotel, great value and fantastic service!

Not nearly good enough for the money! You can do better for 55% of what they charge. In room wifi is 10 USD a night. The free wifi is in the lobby and you have to ask for the password; and it cant even reach the restaurant. Too many flies buzzing around the buffet for my liking. Stay somewhere else! Location is poor as well, nothing around in a decent walking distance.

Stayed at this hotel with rooms which are fantastic. Go to their website and review. Staff are great and can't do enough for you. Swimming pool is different in that it is a long river like experience being very narrow but forming a large rectangle with bridges and elephants! The breakfast is fine but I confess we then went into the town to eat as the hotel drinks and food costs were far more expensive than local places which we prefer. A true 5 stars for this hotel and if we can afford it we wo... Read more

My husband and I got married in Thailand and decided to celebrate our fifth anniversary in Chiang Mai. We stumbled across the Siripanna and decided to give it a go. The staff were amazing, great service at the restaurant and the hotel in general, as well as helpful to recommend places to go. Happy hour was a great way to mingle with other guests or just relax by the pool. It was a short walk to the markets and other interesting sites. We enjoyed it so much we are planning another trip this year ... Read more

THE HOTEL: This hotel is VERY clean and super nice. Housekeeping comes every day, cleans, gives you fresh towels and refills any toiletries that you used. They always check on everything to make sure that you werenâ??t low on anything. Two complimentary waters, instant coffee packages, green tea, black tea, creamers, are all replenished each day and they have a very fast electrical tea kettle to use for hot water. The bed sheets were always clean, I think they switch them out every other day, ... Read more

You cannot go down to eat and return hotel promptly Room: spacious and clean. Not noisy Food: hotel food is fair. Room service food is good. First time in Chiang Mai, for just 5 days and had no idea of things to do or see. I chose Siripanna on the basis of consistent Tripadvisor reviews and I wasn't led astray. It's a quaint, quiet little hotel a little ways away from the old city center and markets- just THB100 tuktuk fare away. The rooms (Lanna deluxe) were large, clean and well appointed, with dark timber, gorgeous pillows and blackout curtains -yay! The brekky buffet was of generally good quality, though not outstanding. Anamika's review below is dead on the pros and cons of Siripanna... generally a very positive experience here - the Thai cooking class was private for my son and I was lots of fun, delicious and educational as we love to cook and got to learn a lot about Thai ingredients and spices... we made this simple but so amazing dish with bananas and coconut milk - like eating the warm memories of childhood! The hotel is super pretty, the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, this place is truly an oasis in a fairly crazy place. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day stay with our family of 6. The best part is the amazing service, several of the front desk and concierge staff were outstanding, they seemed to know what we were up to every day (in a good way) for example asking us the next day how was our elephant expedition on the prior day. I rang the hotel once we had been discharged from hospital they were brilliant. They came and picked us up, took us to a local chemist to get extra supplies. We stayed in a grand royal lanna villa which was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. The staff were friendly. A swimming pool was stylish. There were quite a bit mosquitos here. We stayed at Siripanna for four nights in July. The resort is beautiful and all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The staff at the front desk spoke good English which was very helpful.
