Amazing view overlooking the beautiful mountain.. - slow cheek in for one of our rooms - We stayed at one bedroom apartment . big and clean with kitchen and washing machine. but I did not like the design of the bedroom and the bath . the living room was excellent. -Everything near, Maya mall and a lot of coffee shops and restaurants -The breakfast was very very good I liked it.

Good experience with the lodging and hospitality of the staffs, except for the breakfast. The varieties serving for breakfast were plenty and fresh, but flies were on the tables, on mates and some foods. Though most of the trays had covers, but not every tray has one and some were left uncover by guests. Other than that, I'll not hesitate to give a better rating for the hotel.

Hi We just came back from Chiang Mai. My wife and I stayed here for few days getaway trips. The hotel is beautiful and very stylish, room was super clean, bed very comfy. The location is great, right on the corner of Huay Kaew Rd & Nimmanheamin Rd. This is the famous street for eats, drinks, nightlife and shopping. The pool is big and the gym area is clean and decent size, great for a quick workout. Breakfast buffet at T Station is awesome, serving an impressive choice of quality food. The staff... Read more

I stayed with my family in one of the suites located on the 8th floor (807) of the property. The room was exquisite, spacious, neatly appointed with a magnificent view of the city. The design and layout of the living as well as the bed room, gave both a panoramic view. There is a kitchenette attached which gives one the flexibility to cook some home food. The also has a automatic washing machine, fridge and a microwave. Hotel is modern, chic, trendy and very tastefully done. It is conveniently l... Read more

Eastin Tan is located in a great area of Chiang Mai with a lot of nice little restaurants and shops and the Maya shopping center. Very good service and friendly staff and the visit was all around extremely good. The only problem was that rooms that have Windows facing the nice square outside the hotel where cafes and restaurants are, are not well soundproofed so noisy rooms and disturbed sleep if in that part of the hotel. Would stay again but then on the other side.

Stayed 5 nights for a sporting event held at the 700th Anniversary stadium. Location of Eastin was good, but it really depends what you want. The night markets around the hotel was not very happening, unlike the night markets around the Le Meridien Hotel. Maya is an upscale mall which may not suit everyone's idea of a Thai holiday. There were definitely plenty of eateries around the hotel. Room wise no complaints as everything worked and was clean and comfotable. The room was neither small nor h... Read more

We loved it here. Lovely staff. So friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here and eating here. My daughter is vegan and they would make her a vegetarian sandwich with no butter and no cheese. Service here is so great. Wonderful location. There is a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor behind the entrances. Just have a look around for it. 20 baht to wash and 10 baht to dry. When you book see if you can get a room with a kitchenette. I think Tuk is amazing, he works in the rest... Read more

We loved our 4 night stay in Chiang Mai. Although this hotel is not in Central Chiang Mai, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel resources (gym, pool and sauna) are of a 5* standard, however, we felt the room was very small and of a 4* standard. The shops and cafes around the hotel were cheap and enjoyable. The large shopping centre opposite the hotel was a nice break and had some lovely roof top bars! We mainly took the car taxi/buses into the markets etc and these were only 30bht each which is ver... We stayed for 4 nights and would highly recomend this hotel! The rooms were lovely and gym and pool facilities great. Staff were fantastic, and very helpful, nothing was a problem. But the breakfast- well, I have never had such an amazing breakfast spread. I got excited every morning about the breakfast and they changed it daily. We were in food heaven, the attention to detail was beautiful. If you love food, come here. Also we loved the location if this hotel, next to a shopping mall with some ... Read more

Very pleased with accommodations. The suites were excellent with many amenities. Close to many shopping areas. There was a brand new shopping mall across the street with local vendors coming in to set up Friday night as well. The site seems well located to get to parts of Chiang Mai but outside the busiest areas. I would definitely stay there again. Luxury hotel at modest prices for those from U.S.

This is an icon hotel located at Nimman district. Love the cosy balcony and the new facilities inside the hotel. The breakfast is nice but it would be better if the choice could be changed as today is my 3rd day here but I had the same choice everyday in the morning. The pool is small if it compared with Imperial Ming Peng hotel, but the hotel itself is newer than Ming Peng hotel and Furama hotel. The wifi signal is strong but the complain point is the noisy. Perhaps the wall between the ro... Read more

A little lacking in local character but excellently located both for shopping and getting in and out of Central Chiang Mai and very comfortable. The rooms are possibly beginning to look and feel a little bit dated and I was put into a room with a very thin and not at all soundproofed connecting door. The young couple next door appeared to be very much in love. Not something I needed to know to the degree it was made apparent to me throughout the night.

Meya shopping center Opposite this hotel , the hotel is also near Nimman road, venue of shops, bistros, small chic restaurants, it's very popular among locals and also tourists, esp weekend nights. Pleasantly surprised after a recommendation from someone who doesn't usually get it right. Friendly and helpful staff took care of everything we needed, and made sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Breakfast is a good spread, and the food menu during the day / evenings is also great. Although maybe a bit pricey compared to surrounding restaurants. The "square" in front of the hotel has a variety of shops and restaurants and bars, so evening entertainment doesn't need to be far away. ... Read more

Stayed here for 4 nights in September, the staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is great, very modern feel, clean and new. The location was good because opposite was a shopping mall and then down the road restaurants and bars and cafes, also 7/11. I would recommend this hotel and stay here if I went to chiang mai again. Stayed 2 nights in a 3 bedroom suite for 2 nights October 10 and 11. The room has a fantastic living room downstairs with floor to ceiling windows: great views over the city. Big balcony with comfortable seating was a lovely place to relax. The master bedroom is also downstairs, with very comfortable bed and ensuite with shower and spa. Upstairs had 2 more bedrooms, both with shower and toilet. Excellent layout for a family! The restaurant on Floor 1 was reasonably priced and had amazing food. ... Read more

5 day stay in a lovely room with magnificent view of Doi Sutep. The bathroom had bath and separate shower with a built in seat. The loo had the most elaborate functions, which was quite a laugh ! I stayed here for 3 nights and it's been great. Very close to Nimman Road and just right opposite to Maya. The service was great, breakfast was great too.
