I have stayed at Wiriya many times now Each time I return due to the warm and engaging staff it is like visiting family The rooms are basic but cleaned daily Kitchen food here is good and well priced (try the kapok moo) Unfortunately At This price point you do get the odd half wit traveller with "issues" but that is hardly the fault of Wiriya house but they are not well prepared to manage it after hours All in all a great stay Thanks again

Terrible. The staff were unfriendly, the door on the room broke and the cleaning ladies steal your belongings. I was stolen 150USD from my suitcase. When I tried to tell the receptionist, she couldn't care less. Don't choose this hotel! A bunch of thieves.

Meow by name and meow by nature. Wiryia House can only be given one star because I can't select 0star after the behaviour of one of it's staff Meow. We stayed here as friends had stayed before in Feb. We where not expecting much just a basic hotel and a place to rest our head. However there is basic and then there is dirty. Our sheets had stains on them, ants in the bathroom, stains on floors and the air con was not working correctly. It sounded like a tuk tuk. Would not recommend we stayed one night and moved on. There is better elsewhere for same money.

Hotel was lovely, it wAs basic and clean. The pool was nice to come back and relax away from the hectic ciry. We stayed on the light festival and the hotel showed us how to make our own floating lanterns. The little lady who cooks is wonderful and always smiley. There was also someone at reception all day and night. Only thing have to say was that we only got towels on the first and last night and that the skinheads were either broken or breaking. Think it just needed a bit of TLC. Other than th... Read more
