Gigantic pool is the landmark of this hotel. If you like to spend hours in infinity shape pool, this hotel can serve you well. The pool is 1.2 meter deep and such a few life guard compare to the size of the pool, so, if you have children, you should keep them in sight. Hotel staffs was friendly, helpful, and surely make us feel at home. Check-in and check out process was fast. Restaurant staff also friendly. Love this hotel.

The personal touch's they provide are second too none. I would like too personally thank Unya for making all of the arrangements, J and Phat for taking care of us while we were their and what can I say about Ploy every time she has spent time making our room special. It was very difficult to other guest to communicate with them especially in front desk.Otherwise they still their best to provide the service. Luckily i'm quiet good in thai language

As my little break just a night with my family, I think It doesn't feel like I've stayed in 5 stars hotel. Well, all staff were nice and kind but in my opinion it would be better if the hotel provide more amentities in room as good as other 5 stars hotels did. Room was so simple, they should provide the ipod dock in room, bath foam in the bathroom, toothbrushes, and no turn down service. In the bathroom, there was things which allllllllll hotels do like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Over... Read more

A group of crazy baraatis ( wedding party) descending on any off site resort would be far from Zen , you would say. But The Sheraton managed to contain all the madness and yet provide a tranquil experience. Starting from early morning , a brisk walk along the beach and then a unhurried stroll through the lovely blooming garden was the best way to start a day. All the wedding festivities were held outdoor and though the weather was hot and sultry , the marquees were comfortable. The staff was ... Read more

The pool was great. The resort was surrounded by swimming pool or lagoon. I have a lagoon access room and hence it was great to be able to jump in straight from the room. I can actually swim to the restaurant, to the beach, or back to room. The room was very clean. The breakfast has enough variety and the food was great. Lagoon access room is a good choice if you plan to spend a night or two here, personally I'm not too crazy about this property due to its location situated a bit far away from Hua Hin town. But if you enjoy walking around and spending a day by the beach reading your favorite book it's not too bad at all. Bed and pillows are comfortable with its fine linen. An SPG member will also be entitled to a lagoon access room that is much closer to the beach so that's an advantage

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff (from gardener over reception to security) is very friendly. The room was excellent, spacious and quiet. We didn't have one with a pool exit, that might be a bit more noisy. Breakfast: FANTASTIC! I really loved it. Several Thai meals, sushi, dim sum, English breakfast and besides this all the classic Western food. Noodles with shrimps to start your day... I am a fan! My second visit to Sheraton Hua Hin. This time I went there with two of my friends. We stayed in Lagoon Access room which the space is enough for three of us. I personally didn't like the pillow. It's too soft even you use two of them already, still feel like you didn't use them yet. Good things for this room is that you can of course access to the pool from few steps from your bed. During our stay, there's a big Indian wedding at the resort. The noise is a little bit loud but it's okay for us s... Read more

This was an amazing hotel, and far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is currently composed of 9 buildings, arranged in a horse-shoe. The main building is in the center with 4 buildings of rooms headed to the ocean. buildings 4 and 8 are closest to the water. This hotel deserves its very high rating on TripAdvisor. It's a resort hotel, popular with families, who are probably attracted to the hotel because of its long, winding swimming pools and immediate access from some of the ground level rooms. The staff members at reception are outstanding and were extremely helpful. From my understanding, there are 3 main types of rooms: 1) garden view; 2) pool view; and 3) pool access. We were staying at the resort to attend a wedding and OMG this was such a beautiful hotel. There is a pool all around it and you can just lie in there all day if you wanted to. Such a serene place. The rooms have all amenities and are very well equipped. If you are staying as a family, there is a kids club which can keep the little ones occupied all day long. Its also a great location to host a destination wedding. The settings for my friend's wedding were perfect in every way. Highly recomm... Read more

From checking in to checking out all was first class. Room, Service, food everything. The layout of the hotel is really good and the pool is landscaped from almost reception to the beach, beautifuly designed. Large grass area in front of the beach for sunbathing. Long sandy beach where you can walk for miles. One warning please pay attention to warning flags if they say Jelly Fish are in the sea. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

gently serviable hotel personel, mighty pool, I should have taken a room with direct access to the pool, according to me best for families. Also nice to rest and recuperate as in my case after a 12 day trip thrue Thailand.

Spacious hotel on the sea front. Not much beach here if wanting beach but fabulous extensive pool. 8 x 2 storey blocks around a lagoon pool. Rooms are on both sides of block, so some have pool views/direct access from terrace and others look out onto garden. Food and beverage prices are high in comparison to local prices. A bit isolated but there is a shuttle bus to Hua Hin available.

The rooms are quite large and spacious but a little bit dated. The first room we were given smelled very strongly of damp but we were moved when we asked. The pool is great and flows round the entire grounds of the hotel. Some of the rooms have pool access, ours didn't but it was no problem to get to the pool from your room. The beach area was good too although the sea there is not like Thai island sea and the waters are not crystal clear. The breakfast selection was huge and very good> We also ... Read more

The room was clean and staff were very helpful. Our kid love the pool that spans almost all the property. Location is a little bit far from Hua Hin city center but you get a very peaceful hotel in return.

I did no prior research at all before arriving - just wanted a Starwood hotel in Hau Hin. Booked a taxi (baht 3,000) from Bangkok (Sukhumvit) to the Sheraton. A very pleasant 2 hour 30 minute drive with two pit stops. As a SPG member we were upgraded to two adjoining "pool access" rooms. Check in - wonderful. Bags were picked up from the taxi and delivered to the rooms shortly after checking in. Reception area, large, open and breezy. Welcome drink. Great view of the hotel grounds, the pool and... Normally SPG hotels live up to their standard, but the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa actually went above and beyond. Almost all the facilities were better than expected and there were zero issues during the stay. I believe that the biggest credit goes to the awesome staff at the resort. Every single person from the reception to the shuttle service was very friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention the front desk staff and the staff at Luna Lanai restaurant; great awesome people. ... Read more

To start off with, let me say I got married at the Sheraton Hua Hin last year. It was a 3 day, full fledged Indian wedding. The staff understands every and any situation you present them with, and are always more than ready to help you in anyway that they can, all our special needs and requirements were catered to without a fuss! The food, whether at the restaurants or room service was always fresh and flavourful, value for money. The rooms are very luxurious, spacious and modern; there is noth... Read more

A great place for a destination wedding .Not much to see from the point of a tourist .It's a holiday resort, laid out on a huge estate away from the city centre. No tourist viewing places but has a night market and a few shops .

I must admit, this Sheraton has the best breakfast I ever experienced. The whole hotel is not at a central location, but also not to far for a cheep taxi ride to Hua Hin center. It has perfect facilities for children, the rooms located to the Lagune (pool area) are very nice and offer a cool atmosphere. Our suite was located directly to the sea, we saw a perfect sunset every morning and this was simply great. During our stay, the hotel had an Indian wedding with 200 guests. I must admit, this wa... We were there for a friends four day destination wedding and it was a perfect resort for all the events and festivities. The food was amazing!!!! The beach across the resort however was very disappointing. The water was very dirty and you can't really swim in it. But the resort has an amazing infinity pool :)

Fabulous hotel with beautiful gardens and pool areas. Breakfast buffet has a huge range of excellent food. Staff very friendly and can't do enough for you. Very impressed. Had an amazing holiday. Hotel has a minibus service into Hua Hin which cost about £5.00 return for both of us. Used this every day. Absolutely definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but there are issues. Location is not very good. The hotel shuttle bus is needed to get to Hua Hin town centre, 10/15 minutes away, which is charged at 50 THB p/p, each way. A taxi will cost approx 300 THB each way. A five star hotel should be providing free shuttle buses for their guests, this hotel doesn't. Pay Sheraton or pay more for a taxi...disappointing! Book the bus early as well because their bus is small and it can be a problem getting on it. The staff were quite indifferen... Read more
