Short stay (over night). Rooms were clean and had all we needed. Quite outdated rooms and high price ($65nzd) for what you get but seemed to be higher priced accommodation in Bangkok than it is in islands. Would return for night or two, good location and did the job. Breakfast was very basic and nothing special.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were quite spacious, the decor and the rooms are a Bit dated but it was a comfy stay the staff are helpful maybe not the friendliest but they will still help you. The location of the hotel is great for the airport links and also guy I a walk to a lot of local street markets. wold stay again if I was in the area

This hotel is good for a short stay, thr locstion is good, walking distance to the shopping malls, if you are prepared to walk. The rooms themselves are in need of an upgrade, paint was peeling off the bathroom door, the shower curtain was very cheap and the plugs were a hazard. Apart from this i enjoyed my stay in the hotel, it is also very close to transport links and boasts an excellent roodtop pool!

The staff was very helpful and gave us directions properly. Also the rooms were great for the price and the beds were very comfortable. The roof top was beautiful with the outdoor pool although it was sunny. Overall nothing to complain. Would consider going again there if i fly to bangkok again

I been here on holiday with my friend, quiet nice hotel, friendly staff, the location is very close to the BTS station and shopping mall. But this hotel is old, wifi is really slow and air con was little noisy!!!

We travelled with my 3 kids and, with my wife, had 2 rooms whitch can communicate each other. The room were clean and amazing, nice woods for the bed, all the parts. The swimming pool on the roof was good, as was the breakfast and services.

Good hotel, the 2 rooms we had were beautiful, kids were in the other room. The swiiming pool was clean, nice with a real view on Bangkok. Breakfast was good. Good price for the quality, we will go back.

We stayed there for 1 night in a family room. The room is a bit dated, need to refurbish soon if they want to get up to 4-5 stars, water pressure is really bad (didn't have a chance to report to reception). Location wise is pretty convenient, close to BTS station, and shopping centre. Staff at the front desk are friendly. Overall the whole experience about this hotel is average.... Good for short stay and not fussy guests.

we took the family room that occupies 4 adults for the 3 of us. The room was dated but basic supplies e.g. bottled water, towels, cable tv were given. Wi-fi was not that strong in the room. What I like was the security at the main lift that allows only those with access card to enter. Other than that, convenience store right outside the gate and the BTS station is 10 minutes away. There's also street food available during day and night outside the nearby mall.

Value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only they need to improve house keeping. I stayed 16 days. Breakfast is good. Lifts are smooth but have to take stairs for lobby, not easy for older people.

Good location as you are very near Victory Monument and also Phaya Thai. The rooms are a little dated as others have said, but we were here for four nights and no problems. Staff were friendly enough. Lots of breakfast and lunch options nearby too. Would recommend this hotel because of its location to get around Bangkok! Dinner option, head out the hotel right, left and then left, you will find Pha Thong buffet, it's great 180 bhat for an all you can eat Thai BBQ buffet which you cook at the ta... Read more

This hotel is excellent location, close to Victory Monument BTS station (+-250m,) and is ideal for those wanting a stop over after a long flight before going on to your destination in Thailand. Staff are very helpful, and pleasant with good English. Breakfast wasn't included in our package, but is very reasonably priced and is a buffet, everything you need to start the day, was very good. The lobby, reception areas and restaurant are beautiful. Rooms are a little tired, but everything worked a... Read more

Not a place I'd choose again even though the location is good; a two minute walk to the sky-train, the mall for coffee and the like, street food on your doorstep and accessibility to all the major malls within a few stops. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and in need of a bit of tlc, the bathrooms need a revamp, the bed was okay- I was very tired i guess, and the pool on the roof is just big enough for a dip. Overall a good stopover. Staff were helpful.

Spacious room, good wifi and close to Victory Monument BTS station but decor, fixtures and fittings were in a bad state. There was no effort to even make the rooms look presentable. The noisy aircon unit was outside of the room on the balcony. The gym was quite adequate but opens too late at 10am (not even 10 mins before). Limited TV channels available. Staff are very selective with who they give excellent service and smiles to (preferably males and shockingly obvious). A couple of the receptio... Read more

I knew that my one night stay was going to end badly when the shower curtain railing fell on head. This was after I had staggered up the two flights of stairs to the lobby, and stood perplexed by the self registration i pad thing....I had a crack at registering myself simply because the 6 employees behind the counter were all engaged on their mobile phones, and giggling in the corner. The ipad kept defaulting to Thai, which i don't read, and so could not register myself. I waved my passport and ... Read more

The best about this hotel is its location. It‚??s near a shopping centre and there are plenty of small restaurants and food vendors around. A small 24 hours‚?? convenience store is just around the corner. The downside: the hotel is in a small side road which is a one-way road. That makes it difficult to get a taxi. The bellboy is not very helpful in organizing a taxi. He would just recommend to walk down to the main road and flag down a taxi there. The rooms are small but clean. The interior loo... Read more

Found this on the internet. Was probably a nice place in its time..40-40 years ago, old and tired and depressing now. Room reeked of mothballs, so pungent, birnt my sinuses. Found Mothballs in the sink drain. No plug in in the batheoon, some in the bedroom were too loose to use, got a power bar extension cord from bellboy so I could plug in my curling iron...ha ha, it had a three pronged plug but all the electrical outlets were old 2 pronged!!!Room was clean and wi fi was good. I stay at this hotel often as it is at the end of the Airport Rail Link, close to Phay Thai BTS station, and near the Victory Monument. I discovered it following an awful visit to the Florida Hotel where I was offered a filthy disgusting room... I lost my money there, and wandered around to find somewhere decent to stay. The Victory Executive Residence is a very decent place to stay, above average for the price, with very helpful staff, and a good breakfast in the morning. Both Phaya Thai and Vi... Read more
