I stayed at the Dawin twice in the last couple of weeks. It has a good location in Sukhumvit close to the Skytrain and although there are a number of bars close by, I didn't have any problem with noise at night. The customer service was excellent - I found the staff extremely helpful, friendly and easy going. The rooms have a modern feel and were kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. The bathrooms are large and bright with a walk-in shower - some have a bath. Only a few bad points: ... Read more

Very clean, quiet hotel very close to night life. It is 8 min walk to bts Nana. Sound proofing is good. The streets outside the hotel are crowded by hookers at night. Pool at 6 th floor open till 7 pm.

Friendly smiling staff, clean well appointed rooms, good prices and close to Skytrain and MTR. And on the doorstep of Nana plaza and a zillion bars where you can poplewatch all night ( with friendly female company if you want). The hotel is in the quieter part of street Soi 4 and it's quiet inside. WiFi was a bit temperamental but it settled down. I would have given it 5 stars but the hotel does not have an iron or ironing board for guests. Even at Asian laundry prices this seems harsh to me esp.... Read more

My party of four stayed for 3 nights at this amazing hotel. It was amazing in many ways. It has only about 55 well appointed rooms and is about 8 years old. But because it is constantly well maintained, it has a new feel to it. The hotel has a welcoming ambiance and looked smart and trendy. The rooms were clean, well maintained and the towels we were given on all three days were really white! In some hotels, white may have been the original colour but they look well worn and off putting. The ... Read more

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights from 13-16 May 2016. Rooms 403 + 405. Overall was quite happy with hotel location, staff and facilities BUT one day after returning home (18may), I was shocked to find out (when i checked my bank balance as I paid via debit card) that they had billed me AGAIN!!! I called The Dawin immediately and was assured that the matter would be dealt with immediately and that I would be reimbursed accordingly. It has been more than 1 WEEK and despite me corresponding with THIS ... Read more

Well got to say the Dawin Hotel is a great place to stay. Great Location, great staff and a great room space. The location is not too far from all the action on Soi 4 but far enough for it to be quiet for a great nights sleep. I upgraded to a deluxe room and was really pleased with the upgrade. The bedroom was big and well laid out. Stayed here four nights and really pleased with my choice. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.

The Dawin Bangkok Hotel have great location in Bangkok, just two minutes from the Nana plaza and about 15 minutes walk from the Soi cowboy. The rooms are scrupiously clean and quiet with a very modern design. The food is excellent and you can choose to eat in the lobby restaurant or for no additional cost there is 24 hour room service delivered your food to your room if you prefer. Staying at either is a real pleasure and make sure to visit Gulliver‚??s the German beer garden which is only about... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for the last four days and nights of my visit to Thailand. The hotel is very smart, clean and the staff are all great. They serve food here, including breakfast which is good quality and value. My room was very well presented and kept clean, and had enough facilities to suit me. There is a pool on the top, with sun loungers and the area was kept tidy. Also, this hotel in my opinion is excellent value for what you get. When I return to Bangkok, this would be somewhere where... Read more

A lovely litte boutiqe style hotel with friendly staff. Located on Soi 4(Soi Nana) just a couple of meters from all nightlife but in a quiet location. The rooms are cleaned daily and are both quite spacious, modern and comfortable. Stayed here at least on 10 different occasions. Have not tried the restaurant. Recommended as it is inexpensive and great value for money.

If you are looking for a hotel with a "soul", the Dawin Hotel certainly has it. It is located within ~5 min walking distance from Sukhumvit, on a small, quiet street. The rooms are well furnitured and ergonomic. There is a nice restaurant at the lobby, and for those who want to grab some quick snack - a 7eleven nearby. Stuff is both friendly and helpful. Interior of the hotel was undoubtedly designed by someone with good taste. In my opinion, the greatest advantage of Dawin is its swimming pool.... Read more

The Dawin Hotel is a five minute walk from the Nana skytrain and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is extremely good value for money. Pleasant staff and the rooms nice and clean. A nice outdoor swimming pool to spend some relaxation time before heading out to the lively streets of Bangkok. The food that is served in the hotel is very tasty and again great value for money. All the luxuries you would get at a 5 star hotel but half the price.

Right on Soi 4 yet quiet, clean and comfortable. Great rooms with quality furnishings that help to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Hospitable, friendly staff who really make an effort and are a credit to the place, its some of the best front of house service ive experienced in Bangkok. Clean rooms and bathrooms, good restaurant food and a nice clean pool. hard to beat this hotel within the area, ive stayed at ones that where $60 US more and this beats them. Very good Thai and Western food.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we were very happy with everything. It was close enough to a sky train station (5 min walk to Nana) so really easy to move around the city. Also walking distance to bars and nightlife (red light or otherwise...) The room was clean, comfortable and we slept really well (no street noise). We also took advantage of the rooftop pool (great views over the city), which was really refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. The cherry on top was the friendly helpful st... Read more

so the location of the hotel is great and it offers rooms at a competitive price point and the rooms are good, clean , good amenities and helpful staff but know that this hotel is right in the main ' pleasure district' of bangkok. it was a bit of a surprise to us when we came , its located in nana which is the lane for all the naughty stuff! we were sort of taken aback when we realized this but the location is so central that we sort of didn't really care eventally

The hotel is ok, good value for money, reasonably well furnished and clean. The real issue here is, however, the location. It is right in the epic centre of red light area with bar girls minimally dressed scouting for customers just across the street. Absolutely no no for families with kids. Couples, definitely man traveling alone, may find the area nice and lively at night. If you are a man looking for action then this is the place for you.

Overall, this hotel is like my second home. They have hospitable crew though some of them cannot understand english very well, they will find a way to respond on your needs. The cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel is superb!! It is location wise as well! Close to 7-eleven and western pubs that you can enjoy having your night drink and huge serving of food. I will definitely come back at this hotel on my future trips in Bangkok.

A relatively good hotel to stay in for Sukhumvit area albeit the many escorts outside. The room's acoustic treatment is good so you don't hear all the street side noise from outside. The rooms are good, bed comfortable. Service here is good although housekeeping crew could do with a few English classes for better communication. The breakfast served is limited in choose but good. The hotel location is great. The staff are really helpful and cheerful. The room are tidy and the room service are quick and handy. I loved the hotel from every aspect and it ended by the when I was leaving I checked out at 6:30 am they prepared my breakfast in plastic boxes as I won't be able to catch the restaurant (open at 7:00 am) All in all, the hotel is really nice and serves a great location.

We were in the hotel a day later than the booking. We have had issues with our flights and bad weather. I managed to send an email that we would be late. When we arrived our reservation was cancelled but the receptionist took care of it and we were in our room in 10min. 4th floor was satisfying, don't take room below, it tends to get loud in the evenings. Also, its a good idea to have a room facing Ibis hotel, less noise from the street... And its the busiest street. The room was modern and clea... Read more

Stayed here for 6 days, booked via Agoda. Clean rooms, friendly staff, ( not quite as friendly though in the front eating area, ( I always said hello, but they gave a half hearted one back ) ice pool which I used often! This is in the heart of the adult fun zone on soi 4, but nearby to the BTS if you want to get away from all that! Plenty of little travel shops to book day trips near by on Sukhumvit Road.

Overpriced as I can get similar quality accommodation (3 star) at cheaper rate. Most taxi drivers don't know the location of this hotel. There was no bellboy to assist with calling a taxi. The road leading to the hotel is in a red light district with bars on both sides. Not recommended for women or families with kids to walk around in. I stayed just after the sad loss of the King of Thailand so things were subdued. You can certainly do worse than staying here.

This our second time staying at the Dawin Hotel. My friends and I decided to stay here again due to the wonderful experience we had during our first time. Again, the Dawin did not disappoint us. We were a party of four, and they did their best to try and group two and two on the same floor. They were unable to put all us all on the same floor due to the type of room each of us selected.
