Suvarnabhumi Suite Airport Hotel a miracle how they get that rating The rooms are already a bit old and the towels are grey instead of white (the original color) - noise - not from the airport but from 2 bars just next to the hotel The pool is very small, not really for swimm The breakfast was dissapointing just the close distance to the airport makes it worth to stay there as a walk in guest I want to see the room before I pay, that was not a normal procedure for the recepionist - and they... 10 minutes from airport and Sky Train into the city. Pay the little extra for the superior room. Much more roomy. Bathroom windows aren't locked open. Nice balcony. Rooftop restaurant is always breezy which really helps keep the heat at bay.

The shuttle bus costs more than taxis to the airport. Room walls are so thin, you can hear everything next door. The roof top restaurant area is dangerous for young kids, no safety wrangling. It is a extreme hazard. We arrived in our room and it was 40 deg, the aircon took 30 min to cool the room and when we went for dinner, the aircon stopped again, as they only give one key. The staff were friendly enough though, sadly cannot recommend this hotel as a suitable hotel for airport stop overs. Do... Read more

The rooms are very nice and clean, I stayed in one without window which was still nice. The only thing I didn't like is that the walls were very thin and I could hear everything from the other room. Other than that the service is Excellent they have the shuttle bus free service to the airport they are very punctual and they even gave us a packed breakfast to take when we left. The location is great, 10 minutes to the airport and a 7/11 almost across the street. The pool is nice and clean. The r... Read more

Landed at 4am. Next flight is at noon to Hanoi. Clean airport but so much to walk around It's tiring. Airport staff does not know English At the CIP lounge which is freezing cold wish the air conditioning was controlled. Good breakfast at the lounge. Must have the cold coffee and tuna sandwich Wifi keeps disconnecting the minute one locks the phone.

We didnt stay at the hotel, but we did stop by to eat at their rooftop restaurant. It's panorama view across bangkok was lovely at night. It was also quiet up there and had a nice breeze away from the hectic streets below. If you want to get away for a meal this is a great spot!

We chose this hotel mainly because it is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle which takes only about 10 minutes to Suvarnabhumi airport. The room was pretty big and had a balcony, good for smokers like ourselves. They're also very clean and offer a lot of amenities like free Wifi. Quick check-in and check-out, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Although it is close to the airport, the rooms are very quiet. And in case you can't sleep, there are many bars close to the hotel with goo... Read more

Internet in the rooms does not work. I would not book a hotel at this price in Bangkok without internet. The concierge sent someone to fix it, but he could not. Hotel refused to compensate through complimentary airport transfer and did not offer to let me change my room. In Bangkok, you can book much nicer place in my opinion.

The hotel was clean but there were a lot of mosquitoes. The gentleman carrying out bags was very kind however the woman at the front desk just wasn't very friendly. The WiFi is also not free, you can buy it for 100 baht and only one device can use it. Again, only good for one night nothing more. There is a 711 close buy were you can get snacks if needed.

Hotel dinner and breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was tasty, had a great view of the city from the rooftop and the location to the airport is ideal - that's why we stayed there. The room had no windows except for the bathroom and felt cavernous but was clean, very modern and large. There was loud music playing from the bar across the way that kept up past midnight - we heard it from the tiny little window above the shower that had no glass - just a screen. Maybe the other rooms are better - ... Read more

We checked in for our Suvarnabhumi Suite shuttle a short walk to the left from the domestic arrive exit. Our wait was about 15 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the Hotel. My family of four were the only occupants in a van able to seat about 10. The shuttle was clean, the ride was quick and uneventful. The during the ride over to the Hotel, the driver told us of a Night Market a short walk to the east of the hotel. Later that afternoon we choose to walk over to the market, look around a... This is a strange place, complete with giant transformer figures. The roof top dining was fun - good food. BUT the room was unsatisfactory. We found gecko excrement on surfaces and someone's nail clippings on the floor - disgusting. Wi-fi didn't work. The breakfast box provided for our early departure was also very disappointing. It's convenient, close to the airport, but that's about all.

What an amazing site to pull up to and Transformers flank each side of the road. Sculptures made out of car parts add to the character of the hotel. Friendly staff. Rooftop restaurant and spa (6th floor). Decent sized rooms. A pool on the ground floor. Close to airport.

Can't believe things are rather dusty here, you have glass wrapped by plastic which said sanitised, but the glass inside is dusty. There are place to hang your clothes but first you should bring along a hanger. Some spider webs in there room. You have to keep the toilet door shut or your room will become hot because there are windows you couldn't close. Power sockets are on the floor, even the working desk has no power sockets. Pros: - location - use the within 10 km taxi line at the airport, cost about 120 baht - good AC that quickly cools the room - sheets clean - neat movie statues outside hotel (transformers, Marvel characters) - hotel shuttle to airport available for 200 baht per party Con: - stiff mattress (and I usually like it firm) and pillows - shower wo... I stayed here the night before flying out of BKK, but I would not recommend this place. The biggest problem was the noise from the landing air planes (one every 3 min) and from the bar near by. The room only gave me two towels, and the AC shuts off the minute you leave your room. In addition, I found out that the small safe was not bolted to the wall (so someone can easily pick it up and take it - when I explained this problem to the front desk staff, they had a hard time understanding me, and t... Been there few times because it's not far from Suvarnabhumi airport and arrangements can be done for airport pic up. It has the lot like pool, restaurant, massage shop but it's expensive, sauna and business center. About 40 minutes from Bangkok downtown. Prices are reasonable. But bit noisy at night due to nearby bar and dancing club, you will be fine when window is closed.

I had to take an overnight halt in Bangkok and take an early flight the following morning. So I opted to stay somewhere near to the airport. Overall the experience was not bad at all. Rooms are pretty decent & comfortable. I particularly liked the food in their restaurant. Very well priced and delicious. The staff extremely courteous & helpful . I had a free pick & drop which too was very well organised.

The rooftop bar and restaurant are nice and the food is good, not much of a view though. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. This is by far the best hotel I've been to around Suvarnabhumi. It is more expensive than hotels I usually book, but it is far better. Rooms are nice and clean, restaurant serves good quality food and the Spa is also very nice. Obviously there are cheaper options nearby, in terms of food and massage but I couldn't be bothered to go out, the price was reasonable and they even give you a discount voucher for both Spa and restaurant when you check in. This is a good hotel if you are making an airport connection at Suvarnabhumi Airport and are laying over for the night. It is probably not your best choice if you are staying in Bangkok for several days because it is far from the city.
