My need was to be close to the airport prior to an early morning flight. The hotel was comfortable and quiet and I enjoyed a good meal via room service for the evening and was surprised to be provided a travel breakfast box upon checking out since my flight left prior to their restaurant being open. The reception was friendly and they spoke English well. No disappointments and it 100% served my purpose at a very good cost.

After reading the reviews I was starting to get a bit worried, but to be honest I had nothing to worry about at all. Free airport transfers ,great sized rooms and a small restaurant were you could get a cold beer with out getting ripped off on price. The staff even packed a takeaway breakfast for us as we were leaving very early. We only stayed for about ten hours so did not bother to venture out so I could not comment on what's outside the hotel. In short ,free transfers cold beers ,air con in r... Read more

A great choice for a short airport hotel stay. They provide reliable 24 hour airport transfers and a prompt wake up call . Nice pool area, although we didn't use it. . Good Thai restaurant. Economical and a good value.

Let me start by saying that the pics on the booking sites are very deceiving . This hotel is less than desirable and I would only recommend this place if on a strict budget and need to be at the airport early in the morning and are pressed for time. This hotel is on a dirt road off the main street and is not in the best location. The room smelled like they sprayed it with some strong air freshener to mask some nasty odor . There are two locks on the door but the deadbolt lock doesn't work. There... Read more

This hotel makes a fine, basic stay when you have an overnight connection in Bangkok. What is NOT fine is the reality vs their website. Take the photo, it looks like a big pool, it is a little rectangular pool, not the large pool in the photo (can you say photoshop). The rooms are basic (not anywhere close to 4 star as listed on some sites). Bed, basic bathroom, bleach smell, A/C. It is a very inexpensive place and if they presented themselves with honesty, I would go back. After all, how ... Read more

If you are looking for a very basic hotel close to the airport with free airport transfers then this hotel is ideal. A representative will meet you at the hotel with a name card. Send an email requesting details of the meeting point. The bathroom are very dirty and filled with lots of grime. Dirty sofa in the room. Depends what you are looking for. We stayed for one night between flights.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet in a nook 10 minutes from the airport. Pick-up and drop off included and efficient making this great value for money EXCEPT...if your flight arrives 1am in the morning arriving at hotel 2am - you still have to check-out at 12 noon - my husband was told to leave at 10.30am which gave him barely 8 hours in the room. Late check-out is at the rate of 100 bhat per hour. OK if you have bhat but if transiting and do not want to change money, it is a nuisance ... Read more

We were looking for a "Transit Hotel" near the Airport. this hotel is not 3*. It is clean enough. the problems were the architectural layout had the lifts operating off mezzanine floors. This meant you had to get your bag either up or down half a flight of stairs to reach your room. Wheeled luggage does not function on stairs. Only the rooms have AC. The beds appear to be made of stone. My sister damaged her back. Breakfast was included in the tariff. Nearly flight meant the dining room wou... Read more

This hotel is fine for a quick night just before hopping on or off a plane. It is nice and close to the new airport - only about 5 minutes. It has a free shuttle from the airport which is very handy. It runs 24 hours. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, and were able to help with any questions we had. The room itself was not terribly fancy, but the beds were comfortable enough (although a bit firm) - after a long flight we didn't mind. The room was a good size - large enoug... Read more

A bit further from the airport - the taxi driver had never heard of it. Good price and good breakfast. Shuttle bus provided to airport which was useful. Staff friendly and wifi good. Stray dogs around hotel a little alarming! Air conditioning leaked. Other than that, fair.

We had 12 hours to kill so stayed here for a rest before our flight. For $20 it was a steal! Coming from the Philippines, they would charge you P5000 a night for the same type of room lol....The main building is old but once you are in the room it is super clean, has a balcony overlooking the pool and mini bar etc with a small but efficient bathroom. Bed is super comfortable. The staff are super helpful and they have free airport shuttle...perfect!

This is the worst night I have ever had since I was born. They stop electricity at 9 pm and nobody care you when you tell them their room contains problem. By the way this hotel is really really far away from the airport. So many mosquitos will hit you and I felt so so bad!!!!!The only one point I give them is that they take me to airport since it is too far

A really average hotel, for the price you pay. Airport transport is a main 'plus' for staying here, and the breakfast was good. The rooms are comfortable (although nothing special) and I got upgraded upon arrival. Room service was no extra cost either, which was a plus.

We stayed at the Sinsuvarn the night before an early flight. It served its purpose and the staff was very friendly, but the rooms were basic and such a disappointing contrast after having stayed at the elegant Pathumwan Princess. To its credit the bill was fair and it was very convenient with the shuttle to the nearby airport.

We booked this hotel via Booking.com as it is one of the few 4 star hotels near Bangkok airport and we had a morning flight. We should have been warned by the low price, but it was a special deal. On arrival we found the hotel at the end of a rutted side street. Reception was tired, but we paid the first night's fee and were then shown to a dirty scuffed room with damp walls and chipped furniture. The bathroom was dirty, with hair on the toilet seat. We went back to reception, where were refu... Read more

As people have said this hotel is pretty basic. Then again I'm not sure what people realistically expect when they pay £17-£22 for a room for the night. It was perfectly fine for an overnight stay before we flew out the following morning and the breakfast was also perfectly fine too.

A few budget hotel near the airport claim to be 4 stars, when really they are only 2-3 stars. They have a few amenities (restaurant, (small) pool, Spa...) but not 4 stars standing. Sinsuvarn is one of those hotels, another common aspect of those hotels is they are in the middle of nowhere, you access them through back roads, the Sinsuvarn one is particularly bumpy, and no one in the neighborhood seem to have ever heard of them. Having said that the hotel is fine, good size rooms, clean, they of... Read more

Looking at other reviews can understand if this hotel is advertised as 4 stars that they are disappointed but for our needs this was perfect. Friendly staff, clean facilities and great breakfast. We had a balcony room which looks over the courtyard/bus area but very quiet. Would stay again. Stayed here 4 years ago and apart from the road would say everything has improved.

My friends and I had booked this hotel on the basis that it was close to the airport and the pictures made the rooms seem modern and clean. When we arrived, our room was clean but it just seemed a bit tired. There were marks on the walls and some of the pillows. The rug and sofa seemed tired too. The wifi in the room and restaurant was slow. The pool had far too much chlorine in it. The hotel staff were a little short with us at check-in. Had a 18 hour transit at Bangkok airport and didn't feel like going in to the city. First of all I think the airport lacks essential features that can even make a small stopover pleasant unless you like to sleep on plastic seats (and I'm not fussy). There are plenty of options for transit hotel but the obvious one right outside the hotel, Novotel, is rather pricy if you're on a budget. Think I paid something like $30AUD for a night at Sinsuvarn, including airport transport (this goes every 3... Read more

We came here as a family of four, prior to going home to England. The location is ideal for the airport due to its position, only five minutes away from the airport. However there's a limited number of places to eat. In fact there was no places to eat (other than the restaurant at the hotel). The closest restaurant was more than half a mile away. The rooms were basic but fine. In conclusion, we were happy with our room.

The rooms are a bit warn but after a 9 hour flight from Sydney plus the customs drag at the airport its 5 star. Had to wait 30 minutes for the transfer bus thanks to a rude German family. The nearby food and small market are sensational. Its a great one night stop close to the airport before you hit the city centre for closer accommodation.

Very basic and cheap hotel. Reasonably clean. Basic room amenities. Very nice free shuttle from and to airport, only 5 min. Ok for a transit hotel, not if you wish to visit the city. There's nothing outside the hotel. For the disabled please note the lift stops at half floor so you will have to take 7-8 stairs to your level.

Treatment by staff members was an absolute disgrace. I have emailed hotel management with my complaint to give them a chance to reply before I wrote on here, but they have chose to ignore my email.
