The hotel is well situated to get to other areas of Bangkok my mum and I stayed here a couple of times during out 3 month tour of Asia and we enjoyed it everytime. The customer service is really great with everyone being very welcoming and friendly, it was always nice to get back to the hotel for the welcoming smiles. The breakfast is mediocre but adequate, try and avoid the busy times though! There is a street in front of the hotel that has shops for snacks and also where you can use the In... Read more

The Royal Benja is average in pretty much every category - Size, amenities, facilities etc. the rooms are relatively clean and basic. They provide breakfast which is typically overrun by large groups of noisy Asian tourists who sweep through like locusts leaving devastation in their wake. There's free wifi in the lobby only. Otherwise it's $12/day per device. The location is okay but not in walking distance to any major attractions. There is quite a bit of street activity in the neighborhood in... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights before and after an organised tour. On the first two got a room on floor 29 which had been refurbished to a nice standard, rooms are clean and tidy and the hotel has a good level of service and English without being too excessive. Last night got an older room and while it's a bit tired around the edges it's still clean and tidy. The hotel takes huge tour groups, probably 200+ Chinese per night when we visited and I assume each month is a different nationality as th... Read more

I stayed in this hotel in December 2015 and loved it! It's a nice hotel with all required amenities. Rooms are cleaned and interior of the hotel is really good. You get wifi, nice swimming pool, near BTS, staff is co-operative and you'll enjoy the hotel for sure. Beds are damn amazing! I really loved it. Quite comfortable and fluffy. I liked room furniture too. And loved bathroom too. Only thing they should add there is indoor games. Apart from that, it's superb!

The hotel gains points on location. It is at Sukhumvit Soi which is burstling with shops, street food, massage parlors. The rooms are clean and hygienic. We had a bath tub rather than a mere bath cubicle in our room which was like a brownie point. The breakfast spread is extensive. The live egg counter is awesome. You can have a hearty meal here.

This is a good hotel for a conference. Nothing great about it except it is located close to shopping & night life. The breakfast area was large and accommodated lots of people. A little over crowded for me. Service was fair. The bed was Very hard!

The hotel was very convenient and easy to access transportation. You can walk to local food places close by. The amenities were clean- the bathroom was a little dated but adequate. The food choices were good for breakfast which I enjoyed everyday.

There was mold in the shower and while eating breakfast, my teacher found mold on the bread. Also, they took our luggage when we arrived, but then just left it right outside the elevator where someone could have easily stolen it. I did like that the hotel was down the street from a 7/11 though and the hotel provides your basic needs.
