There is no view from room all u can see is a white wall from the window. Rooms are too old and needs renovation. Even breakfast is not up to the standards of 4 star hotel. Think twice before booking the rooms and I would mark it as an 3 star hotel not an 4 star.

I would recommend this hotel for the following reasons. 1) It is in close proximity to local shops, Chit Lom Skytrain Station, Indira Market, DMK International Hotel, Local shopping, Massage Centres, Indian Restaurants. 2) The freebies are good. 3) Electronic Safe. 4) Superb aircon. 5) Hassle free check in and check out. 6) Very helpful staff. The only draw back is that the breakfast buffet has very limited options for vegetarians. Overall it was a fabulous stay.

Stayed 6 nights at this hotel, not overly impressed. Foyer looks great, but stops there. Rooms are tired looking but cleaning staff do a good job, staff are friendly. Breakfast not really what I would have preferred, same, same, every day. Not up to eating various kinds of Rice, Stir Fry Veg, Curry, Noodles every day. Don't mind trying other food, but not the same every day. Gets a little loud of a night sometimes, some guests don't have enough thought for others.

I would have loved to give this hotel 5 stars but there unfortunately had to be some negative aspects to it. The good ? Very lovely hotel. The rooms and the lobby are pleasing to the eye. ? Room was very spacious with a neat bathroom and an amazing view of the Bangkok skyline. ? Breakfast was good with a fair variety. ? Well located. Walking distance to Platinum Fashion, Siam Paragon, Palladium, Big C etc The bad ? The wifi connection was terrible! We phoned reception plenty times a... Read more

Our visit to Bangkok was during the hottest month in Thailand. The air conditioning in the hotel was always a relief. Location: It was easy to get around from Ramada. We could walk to Palladium mall and Platinum Fashion mall. Transport is very expensive in Bangkok, compared to Phuket. The cheapest option was Uber. The problem was that the Uber drivers always got lost when they came to pick us up. Their GPS coordinates were a bit off, so they would drive past and take the long way around. If yo... Read more

Infact many travelers recommended this property in tripadvisor and without a thought we booked it. The Breakfast buffet was just awesome and the property is well located in the mid of city. It has all cabs access round the clock and pleasing staff who are ready to help you all the time, whenever you need them. In the same vicinity, we... Read more

The most DISGUSTING hotel i have EVER stayed in, we were left a note that we need to clean our used towels that had makeup on or we are going to be charged 400 barhts!!!! Our rooms were not cleaned when we came back and our bedding was not changed. Not to mention that the hotel is situated in the shadiest place EVER. Staff is rude and they don't understand English. Do yourself and DO NOT stay here, you will regret it.

I stay in this hotel from 3 Jul until 8 July. The pros is the customer service of the reception was quite good. The cons are the hygiene problem at the restaurant, saw cockroaches every morning when i ate my breakfast. Besides that, there are no view from my rooms, only can see a white wall from my room's window.

In four nights I was there in the hotel, I haven't experienced anything of regret - it was surely clean place to sleep at night, big and tidy room, gym, swimming pool and very sumptuous breakfast, . The best part is that they even provide customized rates to your choice of dates and activities. The hotel executives were very friendly in supporting me to find taxi and speak to the taxi drivers - as I was pretty challenged in the Thai language. They make sure to book with them again.

I went to Bangkok and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel has 2 kinds of rooms, one facing the city (if you are at a high floor you ll get a view of the city which looks wonderful especially at night) and the other rooms are facing the back side of the hotel where you can see the white construction wall with zero view. For the first 2 days i got the room facing back side and finally when I requested them to change I got the room facing the city. Due to which I realized how non-worthy ar... Read more

The hotel is in a weird part of the city with slums right behind. The hotel is very dated and the rooms are depressing. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are extremely cost conscious and are choosing between this hotel and a hostel. For anyone else, I would urge you to pay up as there are so many beautiful hotels in the city that don't cost that much more.

This hotel is situated in a quiet area about 300metres ( easy walking distance )from Pratuman market. Without the hustle and bustle of the area near Pratuman it seems to be a bit cooler too. Good street food, restaraunts and bars available right outside the hotel.Good breakfast, comfortable rooms and a good swimming pool too. Well worth a stay here

We stayed here for 3 nights in August on our way to Phuket. The room was a little dated but we were out all day any way and the pool area is a nice place to relax. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Never had any problems with breakfast there was a wide selection of food. We also dined at the restaurant one night and had a lovely meal service was excellent. Woud stay here again

Location too good .. Hotel clean .. Rooms excellent.. But THE DRAW BACK IS you have to Check out of the room before 1200 . Not a second late .. The smart card does not operate .. You need the card to operate the lift .. I was on the 19 floor .. I checked out of the room at 12.08 .. Got into the lift .. Door closes .. None of the system works coz your card is deactivated .. No phone in the lift .. Lights off in few minutes ..
