We were really surprised by how big, organized and modern this place was, considering the value. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy (make sure to get a room with a nice view of the Bangkok skyline). If you just wanna kick back and relax for a bit you can go the pool area where there's a bar and restaurant service. The views from the top are amazing. The hotel itself has it's own restaurant, which is open until late. Staff were generally very friendly albeit less than helpful at times, but t... Read more

I'm not picky but that place is terrible .Stuff are rude and mean and of course don't speak any English .food in they restaurant was nasty .I will never recommend that place to anybody. Stay a way ,spent more money and go somewhere else ,the only good thing was close to night markets and pretty safe .

You can book this hotel and still enjoy the shopping all around the hotel and great bargains,. Take a taxi boat to other side of the market. If you want to shopping best place to stay at. The hotel staff are friendly There is twin tower that you can choose which side to stay at. The older side is best if you want to shop as it is convenient, The newer side is stunning if you want peace and quiet

We thought we had a paid to go to the the floating market and when we drove a hour we had to pay 1000Bhat per person to go on the boats and drivers only stopped at their friends stores. I don't like leaving a bad review but, it had to be done. The staff in the hotel were the most unhelpful and rude I've possibly ever come across, with little or no interaction with guests. My husband and I stayed in a suite, as it's our honeymoon but wouldn't do it again. Nothing in the room worked, when I called the 'manager' he said it was because they couldn't afford the items missing which was odd. The next couple of days, the maids didn't do to the room so we had to call down, when I rang... Read more

Checked in and the first thing we see on the sink counter in the living room area is cockroaches. Killed the first one and opened the cabinet to find two more scurrying around. Proceeded to go to talk to the staff in the checkout counter to see if I could change rooms. They were incredibly unapologetic about the situation and had asked me to wait in my cockroach room for a cleaner to stop by. Cleaner came and showed him where I had seen the cockroaches in the living room. We then went into t... Read more

Everything matters when it comes to the hotel experience. I am currently typing this review in a random corner of the hotel lobby as there is no wi-fi in the rooms, only public areas of the hotel. There aren't really nice seating areas in the hotel, so I am literally sitting on some window ledge to get wi-fi and plug in my laptop at the same time. I can also hear the bell boy playing Pokemon Go right now. If you're going to do that sir, at least turn off the sound. Starting from check-in, I co... Read more

What a large hotel, but with good facilities. Our enormous standard room was in Tower B. Compared to the room size the bathroom was rather small, but not a problem. When staying in Tower B, it gives you a bit of a walk to the restaurant and reception. There are 2 nice swimming pools located at 2 different spots. The b´fast buffet is huge, lot of choices. Its always busy during b´fast, but there is no problem in finding a tabel. The staff is very friendly and service minded. 1 comment on the ... Read more

It's a huge hotel situated next to the river flowing across the city. The hotel is situated in somewhat a suburban area of the city, thus a little far from most of the happening places in Bangkok. The facility options in the hotel are good: a nice pool, nice city view, a lot of variety in breakfast and the best thing is it is just 10 steps away from the boat taxi stand which can help you travel to a few tourist places. Has the potential to be a four star hotel, which is sad as they actually says it is. Trust me it is not. To be a four star hotel you need to have good customer service across the board. The only staff that actually knew how to speak to customers properly were the guys that opened and closed doors for you. Oh and the taxi guy at the street door. So what are my gripes? There is a waterway motorboat stop nearby to go to near by attractions / places. Nice continental breakfast spread. Negatives: Service can be faster. Beware of Tuk Tuk & Taxi Drivers (not hotel's fault) standing in front of hotel, they may ask for 30-40% more than the fair fare for any place.
