We were really surprised by how big, organized and modern this place was, considering the value. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy (make sure to get a room with a nice view of the Bangkok skyline). If you just wanna kick back and relax for a bit you can go the pool area where there's a bar and restaurant service. The views from the top are amazing. The hotel itself has it's own restaurant, which is open until late. Staff were generally very friendly albeit less than helpful at times, but t... Read more

We stayed in a family suite that is big enough for 5 persons. The hotel is located in the centre and easily accessible with tuktuk or taxi. It has 2 nice pools. The breakfast is very good. So good hotel for a few nights in Bangkok.

I'm not picky but that place is terrible .Stuff are rude and mean and of course don't speak any English .food in they restaurant was nasty .I will never recommend that place to anybody. Stay a way ,spent more money and go somewhere else ,the only good thing was close to night markets and pretty safe .

You can book this hotel and still enjoy the shopping all around the hotel and great bargains,. Take a taxi boat to other side of the market. If you want to shopping best place to stay at. The hotel staff are friendly There is twin tower that you can choose which side to stay at. The older side is best if you want to shop as it is convenient, The newer side is stunning if you want peace and quiet

We stayed in the hotel as backpackers and the main thing was that the hotel is far away walking from the backpackers street. Overal it is faded glory, especially the rooms. We did enjoy the pools and the service.

The hotel is very good and it has lots of varieties in breakfast. Shopping centre is in walking distance plus there is a fruit market nearby where you get cheap and fresh fruit. Please note that all shops do bargaining.

Now this is one hotel that does not appear on top of listed choices. I still booked and oh boy, this property amazed me. Amidst a bustling local Wholesale market that needs one full day of shopping, this Property has it all. The first 10 floors are Markets, offices and parking and Hotel lobby is at 11th floor. Stunnningly beautiful and picturisque. We got 27th floor and it was simply breathtaking view out of the window. Great Pool area, quite okay breakfast and a brilliant place to see the whole... We stayed for a few nights, and it was amazing! Perfect rooms, super huge bed, pretty bathroom, and breathtaking view (29th floor). Breakfasts were very tasty, anyone could find something for themselves. Employees are very friendly and helpful, locarion is great as well, prices are not too high. If I'll ever come back, it will be Prince palace:)

Says on the website that the bar and pool are available til 11 pm. But ended up closed at 7 pm which was not mentioned on their page. Must say that its quite a disappointment. When the staff were confronted about this, they will just give you a snob.

I and my husband checked in last night and we will stay a couple of nights. The stuffs at the front desk was helpful, and they spoke English when we checked-in. The room was OK like a typical old hotel. The bed had clean sheets. But the bathroom was quite scary. I found BLACK MOLD on the shower curtain and tile(?). The mold on the tiles and grout was piled up!!!! I will attach photos of the nasty molded tile & grout and not molded one. So you can see how bad the tile mold is. We already paid... Read more

Two swimming pools. One with the bar on 11th floor serves good food and priced well, run by a lady called Paya who is always on hand to see that your looked after. I travelled with my wife and 12 yr old daughter. I've read many reviews of this hotel and I did become nervous until we arrived. Arrival: Yes its different to most hotels. The entry foyer is on the ground floor and you are directed to the 11th floor where reception is. This was a very easy process, a door man met us and we were again met at reception. Booking in was very quick and easy with staff eager and keen to please. English didn't seem to be a problem with no communication issues. O... Read more

Stayed here for a week with my family in January, so we booked the 3 bedroom family suite. The pictures on the internet must have been taken back in the 90s, because nothing has been updated since then. The living room was very large, but the couch was tiny and uncomfortable. Out of the 6 people the room could sleep, I think it could seat 2.5 during the day. T.V. was also dated and didn't have a lot of channels. Furniture like the cupboards were broken and bathroom tiles yellowing. We had prob... Read more

My friends and i stayed there for a week, really nice...the staffs were really kind and polite...we've been there mainly for shopping and believe me if your aim is to do so, prince palace is the best place to stay you have a big wholesale market downstairs and all around it is less time consuming and you'll save on transport and of course dont forget the chatuchuk market etc

The room I was in was old and carpet quite dirty. View was good but spoilt by the date decor. Where I parked the car to reception is a long long long way away as the sheer size. Dinner was very ordinary with a great view and very expensive. The inclusive breakfast had a great variety of food was fresh ,tasty and was enjoyable. This could be a great hotel with a great location.

Stayed in July , had 25 floor view. Really clean hotel. Two nice pools. Sushi was really good. Massive indoor market below hotel at very good prices. Tuk tuk easy transportation. 100 baht per trip. Dont get sucked into floating market or canal trip. Obvious scam to floating market.

Great location! Little tired in the rooms. No wifi in the rooms only lobby. Pools are both nice. Beware of the vendors trying to sell tours outside of hotel. We thought we had a paid to go to the the floating market and when we drove a hour we had to pay 1000Bhat per person to go on the boats and drivers only stopped at their friends stores. Walk a block over and get better pricing on Tuk Tuk rides.

The size of this hotel is unbeleivable, but that's about it. The location isnt the best since it is far away from the happening and busy part of the city. The rooms are quite dated and is basic at best. Pool is small and crowded, but the view from there was quite good. No wifi in the rooms which is quite a turn-off from the start. We had dinner at one of the restauants and it was average, expensive and seemed quite boring due to lack of people and no ambience whatsoever. We chose this place only... Read more

This hotel is really huge, I felt like I am in a little city on its own. Big minus is that it has Internet only at public areas and even there it was not working half of the time I tried to connect. I booked for king sized bed and they only had with two separated beds so they have just put them together. I asked how was it possible then to book king size, they apologized. The rooftop pool looking over Bangkok is fantastic and it is very affordable given it is a high rise 4* hotel. Being a devils advocate, the rooms are in need of update and it's not easy to get to by public transport from either airport. Satisfactory I'd say and nothing to complain about really. Hard to be critical with A/C and that pool area

This place has a great variety in standards of rooms and really nice beds. Breakfast is eminent and more than plenty. It takes some time to get to know the hotel as there are 3 separate towers. 2 big swimming pools, one for small children at 11th. and one, normally pleasant, at 12th.floor in tower C, connected to the spa facilities. Several restaurants and great room service provides that you are covered basic needs. Very friendly and service minded staff. Some quests can be close to troublesom... Read more
